Overall a decent place. For me it's the convenience of been 10 minutes to work. However, after a year here I feel there are better places for the money, they nickel and dime you to death with all the extras .. sewer tax , water and valet trash .. plan on that being an extra 80-90 bux. Parking is horrible and lots of late night parties. It's a very loud complex with very little oversight. The is no security so if you have an emergency other than the water heater going out , good luck trying to get the police here, The traffic in and out of this place during rush hours are bothersome along with the Causeway traffic on the weekends .. and there is no local grocery store. Again, for me it's convenience so I put up with it and plan accordingly.

I really do love my apartment. Unfortunately, I haven't had the most positive experiences with the staff when my car got towed or when we had the bee problem outside our door or when I tried to ask a quick question during office hours and got told to "make an appointment because we don't have time for questions right now".

Communication seems to be a problem. They only send emails which I don't check regularly- they could call or text me if they need something to avoid problems. I had a silk tree outside my apartment door that was gonna be moved inside once I had help moving it bc I had just moved into the apartment and didn't know where I was gonna put it... it was taken by maintenance bc of a fire inspection but I never knew.. and now I've been sent to collection for a water bill letovet from my previous apartment- that effects my credit score- and they could've called, left a note on the door, texted... I don't check emails everyday and they send a lot of them out with all the repairs going on around here. Maintenance returned my tree a week later but I had to cover it and protect it from being damaged by the outside elements for a week- if the office communication was better these things could be avoided.

Post rocky point is pretty when you first tour it. The community has much to offer with ameninties and what not. But once I moved in I realized the place is actually a disaster. I have had more issues with termites and bugs than you could even imagine. I even brought forward the news of the termites to the property manager and she DISMISSED ME. She left me a voicemail and email saying that I just had fire ants. I call BS because I had the report of the service done to my apartment where it clearly states the diagnosis is termites. I have my apartment routinely treated on a month-to-month basis. I can't wait for my lease to expire. I will be moving elsewhere. Not only am I unsatisfied with the living conditions of the complex but I am very disappointed that I was lied to and dismissed by the property manager. I do not recommend living here to anyone!!! Your money is better spent elsewhere.

The maintenance staff has always been extremely quick, professional, and kind. This complex however does NOT feel safe at times. Management chose to update the leasing center (which looked fine before) instead of posting a few security cameras around the complex.

It is clean and well kempt, love the pools and other amenities. There is a great little trail around the property to take a nice walk with little bbq and seating areas all along the path. Views of the water are really nice

Great environment!!! It feels like you are on vacation... we love the water walking trial and the pools. Sunsets are beautiful here and there is akways a group of friends to make events exciting and fun!

In the beginning when I moved in, it was nice, quiet and an excellent location. Now, the quality of tenant has gone down, it's a haven for college kids, and partiers! I could get a contact high from the substance being smoked pouring out of a few apts, which is hard to ignore especially when the wind is blowing in the right direction. The location is the only reason I stay, due to the fact I travel a lot, and like being close to the airport.

Great community. Great location - centrally located near shopping, airport, and entertainment. Enjoying my new neighbors. People are friendly and welcoming. Love the dog park and herb garden. Love that the apartment complex is dog friendly

So far, our experience has been positive. Maintenance gets addressed super quickly, the area is quiet and feels safe, beautiful grounds and views, walking trail. The only issue we've experienced is finding a parking spot by our building, but can usually find one at a neighboring building.

Experience has been good so far. Beautiful location and friendly staff and residents. We really enjoy the water view apartment and the various pools available. The fitness center is a good size and the spa is also nice.

The new management company lacks training for it's associates. When asking about total cost every associate provides a different answer. The location of the complex makes it difficult to get to stores or just getting gas.

There is a lot to do on property and the scenery is beautiful. Recently hammocks were installed poolside along with brand new gas grills. There is easy access to Rte 60 which takes you either East to downtown Tampa or the Airport (10 minutes) or West to the beaches.

The staff have been great to work with. The location is beautiful and centrally located. The apartment we have is spacious. Maintenance comes quickly to fix things when requests are made. I highly recommend Post Rocky Point.

Move in was very challenging. I had the moving truck at the apartment and opened my garage only to find a water leak from the apartment above. Actively draining into the garage the office staff offered no solutions other than submit a maintenance request. The maintenance team seemed less than impressed with my request for emergency service to stop the water so I could store my belongings on move in day.

The community is very quiet and safe.We love the recreation's areas and the ground around it. Our family enjoy the relaxing sea views. The maintenance team are very efficient and the areas are clean and neat.

Great experience working with Colin and the leading team at Rocky Point. He even went over and measured the counter height before I moved in as I was concerned about my bar stools! The community is clean and I feel safe here.

Love the trail and mature landscaping. Feels like you are always on vacation. Would love a kayak launch. For the area the rent is affordable. Quiet community but near many places for entertainment and nearby highways.

The location is great, but the apartments are a bit dated on the inside. Community security is questionable at times, and many pet owners do not pick up after themselves. Also be aware that there are no breed restrictions, so any type of dog is allowed, even aggressive ones.

Good views, pet friendly, nice apartments. The walking trail is very scenic and peaceful. The apartments are nice, as well as the amenities. Three pools to choose from and plenty of grills for cookouts.

Maintenance is responsive, helpful and fast. Apartment came pre-wired for home networking, FiOS and an entertainment system, which was nice. Fixtures, appliances and countertops are the usual crummy apartment garbage but that's pretty normal these days. Generally satisfied, but I'm not sure if it's worth the fairly high price.

Very nice and everything is good everyone is very friendly and helpful the only problem is that people do not pick up their dog ?? and it's all over the place that is so disgusting we all need to remind them to pick up after their pet.

The outdoor space is attractive, the apartments are spacious and there are a variety of floorplans available. Management seems overwhelmed by size of property. Too many aggressive dog breeds allowed. Almost zero security (no security guards or cameras), poorly lit property. Pest control is an issue.
