Great place to live. Friendly neighbors and what a wonderful view of the Tampa bay from anywhere on the the seawall. It truly is a magical place. I can see myself renewing here no questions asked. A+

I like the trail around the the apartments at night. Lights are magical and no bugs.. Very good. Maintenance does a good job. Area's always well kept. Very nice place to live. Staff always very helpful.

Beautiful property. False advertising. Hidden fees. Lack of rule enforcement. ------ appliances. ------ repairs. ------ customer service. Terrible gate security. OVERPRICED!!!! Refused to let me out of my lease when I had an offer on my dream home accepted. Then offered to let me out of my lease rather than reduce my rent to a proper amount. I HATE THIS PROPERTY MANAGEMENT COMPANY; IT HAS TURNED PARADISE INTO HELL

Awesome so far. No complaints. Professional staff in the leasing office- very knowledgeable, great customer service, friendly, fast, prompt service. Made moving in, a breeze. The community is great. Very quiet, neighbors are nice.

The community is in a perfect location. It would be nice if, as a resident, we were offered discounts at the many rocky point island businesses. Rusty Pelican, Bahama Breeze, Westin, hotels for guests, etc..

This community has been a great place to live. The only thing I would complain about is the noise of the neighbors, especially when it is late at night and I have work early the next day. The community is clean and it is kept up really well.

Awesome location! You can be just about anywhere - downtown, beaches, etc. within 30 minutes. We also have a distinct community group at PRP - everyone helps each other and we look out for one another. It is great to have a small convenience store on-site as well.

If your not Cuban or a friend of theirs, you will get screwed over bad... My mother has been here 15yrs.. Only to get screwed over time and time again. Air does not work, maintenance is ignorant to fixing anything unless you're family. Americans will get screwed over here.. That's a fact

Rocky Point is a very good safe community and resort style Anne ties, except the gym which should be part of community access. The Maintenance team is very helpful and part of the day to day operations that keeps our community safe and operating fluently.

My experience was at post Rocky Point was ok. I thought the rent was a little too high. Garbage compactor was always consistently broken and garbage would pile up. No trash pickup service,...............

Overall this is a very good property. It's not been perfect with some annoying things like parking problems snd propane grills out of other things being out of service. But all in all you can not beat the location and views.

I just moved in and the staff (Andrew) was really helpful and friendly. It seems like a quiet community so far with excellent facilities. The location is excellent and it's an older crowd of residents.

My wife love living here ? the only issue is the lack of cleaning in the common corridors. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. I would like to have a new refrigerator and stove but??? Additionally the rent increases every year are a bit high

Absolutely terrible. I would not recommend this property to anyone. My apartment was infested with termites and the office did absolutely nothing about it. The environment here is completely sketchy and questionable. The office staff is the most incapable group of people I've ever met.

So far so good, except on Sundays coming from work and not found a parquing space, just because a lot of people are using the swimming pool, and they don't leave here. And I have to spend time alone off time to find a parquing space

Nice place, beautiful views and for the most part good place to live. Service and maintenance are less than desired, no good communication with status of repairs especially when you are at work, which for me is often.

Good like the smart home features. Easy access to pay rent, request maintenance, and talk to the front office. Amenities offered everywhere from the views to the pools to the full sized gym. Great impression so far

So many things to love especially the walking path on the water. As with any apartment complex there are things that could be fixed or worked on or addressed but overall the location being so close to the airport in a community on the water great

Parking is horrible. There is no visitor parking and I live near the gym. I can rarely find close parking to my apartment which is very frustrating. The gym should also be free to residents. Access to groceries, gas stations, etc is not good. The causeway is often closed which also creates a ton of traffic just trying to leave.

I have only been in this community a couple weeks so not sure how accurate my experience is yet. The viewing and moving in process was not the smoothest, communication was lacking and we were not shown around the neighborhood, just given a map and told to drive around. There were still people working in the apartment when we came to get the keys even though we were told the apartment was ready. There were quite a few things that needed to be fixed in the apartment but I was impressed by how promptly these were fixed. Now that we are moved in and everything is fixed it is wonderful! Looking forward to living here for at least the next year.
