I loved it here when I moved in in 2018. Since Covid the people moving here are disgusting, the crime is skyrocketing, the security is terrible. Packages are being stolen or lost. Cars are being stolen or harmed. The bay pool is unbearable. The rates are outrageous. The gates never work. You have to pay for a gym. Plumbing is terrible in all apartments.

Great location with a boat and kayak dock and three pretty pools. Spacious apartments and excellent amenities. Management and staff were courteous and accommodating. You get the best of Tampa/Clearwater!

Management and Maintenance have been fantastic. Great place to live with great amenities. The little Market where one can get simple needs and wants is a nice touch. I do wish the Gate was more secure, people like to ride your but through the gate.

We love this community, its amenities and the grounds are the best in all of Tampa Bay being right on the water. Our apartment was exactly what we were looking for and we were very fortunate to find a 2BR/2BA and 2-car unit in early 2019 when we relocated to Florida. This is definitely our "Home".

Amazing transition in a short time. I came here before and now know why I came back. Nicolleta and your staff speak volumes of a great client experience. My apartment is beautiful and so spacious. Amenities galore. I love and will recommend to anyone.

Great except the maintenance applied to the gardens, grounds. There is a tendency here to fill the gardens with mulch. So what we saw when we moved herein 2017, meaning lots of flowers, nice bushes, greenery, now days we see mulch everywhere and in great quantities. Very sad. I guess it is cheaper for the corporation who manages this complex. The covering with the mulch give the impression how cancer spreads all over. It just takes ove. The expensive rent here doesn't equate to the way the grounds are maintained

A lot of money for the gates to never work, it is a great place to live, just very expensive, and in my experience the maintenance team Takes a while to come fix whatever is wrong. Gates are always broken

Beautiful trail. Nice place to live. Gives you the feeling of being in a small town right but with accessibility to major roads. Beautiful water views along the trail. Beautiful sunset views. Three lovely pools.

Best location, beautiful place, nice people, maintenance requests done on time. Always clean surrounding, lot of people not taking the dogs poop that is sad, also need new gates, gate is always broken But it still wonderful place to live in

Wonderful complex with amazing amenities. The community here is great too, all the neighbors we've met have been good people. The location of the complex is extremely central to everything making adjusting to a new city a breeze. We hope to renew when the time comes.

Actually have just moved in . But so far I am very happy with all I have through the staff has very helpful . I have been enjoying what the community has to offer and do like being here. Have been to the market in the community and found a wide variety of items . The location of the community seems great and security is outstanding . The community is next to the city but off in its own little paradise . And I find very quiet in the evenings , and daytime .

Great location; however, appliances are outdated and apartments are old. Maintenance resolves work quickly. Water bugs and termites are an issue. Three pools on the property. Gym cost extra which it shouldn't.

This resort like community is located in a perfect area. Minutes from the airport, shopping and beaches. The property is meticulously maintained. The maintenance staff is top notch. The walking trail around the complex has Water views and sunset point let's you experience the best Florida sunsets ever!

Always being a pleasure living here . The office team is great.New Manager Susan Butler she's Amazing.Lisa summers always help me with Anything the we need. I have a great experience Living here. I would highly recommend this place . Maintenance always take care any issue ASAP fast. Great team .

Since living in the community , the persistance issue lies with the entrance and exit gates which is inoperable too frequenlty.. I have also seen dogs in the swimming pool as well as the swimming pool deck. The grills needs to be fixed as some of the burners are not working

Love it! Great apartment. Love the people around. Great location. Easy access to anywhere. Love being on the water. Very social community. Lots of people to meet. Wish they would bring volleyball back to the pool.

Maintenance staff very helpful and friendly. Leasing office assisted with move in issues. Looking forward to a good rest of time living here. Side note:security gate needs to be fixed the exit gate has been open for over a week now

I absolutely love living here. It's sad everyone is moving to Tampa, driving rent prices through the roof. They should implement a plan to keep rent prices down for only Florida tenants and/or loyal tenants who have never missed a rent payment.

They don't complete work orders in a timely manor. Communication sucks. We still don't have a washer and dryer in our apartment and that was one of the main reasons we chose this apartment. A lot of the staff are rude. I've met one person who actually seemed to care.

The community is very well kept. At night the parking areas, breezeways and walking trail are well lit. It is quiet and the location by the water is great. It is also a 15 minute drive to downtown Tampa

Excellent community. Everyone is very responsive, professional. Love the grounds and the parklike atmosphere. Generally quite, grounds well maintained, cleaned. Staff very professional and responsive. Quite satisfied.

I used to work in the immediate area and liked the idea of living in the community. My self-paced tour was useful, and I never felt pressured to hurry through it. The staff patiently answered all my questions, and they were more than accommodating with concerns I brought up during my move-in period. Every interaction with them has been stellar, and I'm excited about living here.

Inconsistent and the office staff has been really unhelpful. Rent is extremely expensive for something that can hardly be called "luxury" anymore. The rent should be reflective of actual use, not the rent increases of the city.

Very well located apartment complex with 3 pools, gym, a great walking path overseeing the bay. one step away for Bahama breeze, an other beach restaurants close by in addition to the Courtney Campbell Causeway which has a shared used path that crosses the by.

I has been a good experience overall, good and bad with anything in life. I love my view and many of the residents that live here. I think quality of repairs and maintenance needs improvement. Great location
