The Maintenance team is excellent. The apartment complex is older and requires service more often than usual, e.g., AC, ceiling water leaks, and electrical outlets. The Maintenance team is always responsive & professional.

The grounds are well kept, the location is amazing, it's a beautiful property. The apartment seems a bit dated but it well laid out and makes good use of space. I wish the overall vibe was a bit more friendly but that just may be a city thing.

The amenities and views of the water and bay from this apartment are unbeatable for the price you pay anywhere else in Tampa Bay. The community is kept clean and the community members are very kind. Outside of the grills not working from time to time and having to pay extra to use the gym, this is a great place to live for the price.

Beautiful community. Maintenance is great. Love the amenities and the proximity to downtown Tampa, Clearwater and St.Petersburg. As with any apartment community, there are pros and cons that come with living closely with many other people; but overall, I would recommend this community.

Love living here. Older apartments but love the community - nice to have the pool, trails, BBQ's, etc., especially during this pandemic. Even during the quarantine, did not feel isolated due to the amenities on this property.

The staff is terrible. Awful attitudes. The walls are thin and the windows aren't properly insulated. No one cleans up after their animals. There's never parking past 7pm. Layouts are nice. Walking trail is great. They accept all breeds.

This is a clean community in a great location. Close to expressways and great restaurants. The community seems to be well taken care of and safe. Also it has a great maintenance team that are polite, professional, and quick to respond to any problems that may arise.

Really like the location. Very much enjoy the walking trail along the water. As a renter, I would view home ownership as the next step because of the price point of monthly rent here at Post Rocky Point, but I think it's a great spot for a couple years. No issues with safety. Fun spot when hanging with friends.

I really enjoy living in the Post Rocky Point community. The landscape is beautiful and it sits right on the water so you're able to take advantage of the walking trail to get exercise, the pools are beautiful, and the people are friendly.

It's a nice place in a good area. The rent is a little high but I chose to pay the extra for the conveniences. I have nothing additional to say but you require 200 characters for some reason so I'm writing this sentence.

Overall, my experience here has been good. I think the community as a whole has been kept up pretty good and maintenance is typically on point with my requests. I just have a unit which I'm being told won't be updated until I move out or pay for basic updates.

It's so welcoming and a beautiful complex! Our location is convenient to everything in the community. The apartment is the perfect size for my boyfriend, dog, and I. Everyone is super friendly and the staff is incredibly knowledgeable and helpful.

I really enjoy living here. The grounds are beautiful!!! You can't beat the location. Waking up and taking my dogs for a walk on the seashell trail on the water is one of my favorite things. I love how dog friendly the community is.

Great scenic bayside location. I mostly satisfied with the overall experience living in the community. However some improvement needed for entrance. The bayside pool grill are out of order since last eight months.

Rent is too high, $1960 for a one bedroom including all the extras charged. Gym is an extra fee. Says gated community but anyone can get in. Amenities sound great but are not maintained. No working grills for 10 months. Parking is a problem for a lot of residents. I have a garage so does not affect me.

Since the first day I walked in the office staff was nice and respectful. The staff are always accommodating if possible. Its an overall great place to live . The complex believes in community so they host event for us to mingle and get to know each other (before COVID).

The guided tours with the staff are fun and the property is amazing where it is located and how it is maintained and all the awesome amenities The property is located close to a nearby beach restaurants and a quick commute to the city and airport

Apartment complex overall is good quality . The apartments need internal updates. The internal issues with the apartment include the AC, bugs, detailed cleanliness of the apartment inside pre move in.

My experience has been wonderful. The apartment is spacious with lots of storage room. The community and amenities are phenomenal specially the walking trail. The pools are lovely and the staff is very friendly!

Clean community in a great neighborhood. Tge staff is very helpful and always keeping us updated about every happening in our community. Fast and polite maintenance services, always new updates in the common area ( pool, gym, bbq, Sunset Point). I moved here to the current 1 bed / 1 bath apartment from a 2/2 (same community), so I've seen both side of this community (Trysail Circle, Tabernacle). Great people, safe place. Thank you

Carolina was extremely helpful with our move in at Post Rocky Point. We needed to wait a few weeks for our move in and she was there to guide us through the whole process, including showing us more than 5 different apartments. We love Post Rocky Point, we love how close we are to the gym, the sunset, and the water!

I love this community! It's beautiful, the people are fun and we are on the water! The people here seem committed to making sure everyone is welcome. I love my neighbors. The pools here make it feel like vacation too :)

Amazing community to live in! Truly recommended! I would live here all my life if I had to. Don't want to leave at all. I truly will miss this place when I leave here. They have the best view, dog park, gym, ect...
