I love living at Post Rocky Point. The staff is amazing from management to the service techs. There are more amenities here than any other place in Tampa and I think my favorite part is being able to see the nightly sunsets over the Tampa Bay

The move in process was a cinch. The staff is INCREDIBLE to work with. It feels like resort-style living here. Don't have to go anywhere to have activities to do. Fishing is literally within steps. Sunsets are MAGNIFICENT! Walking path is nice with a lot of variety of foliage. Fellow residents have been friendly. Heaven for a dog here :)

Love this community. The staff is super helpful with any maintenance needs or questions, the people in the community are very nice and feels like a community, the property is really beautiful and clean, and the location is close to everything... shopping, entertainment, restaurants, & beaches. I've enjoyed living here.I would recommed this place to anyone. The Bay Pool is amazing and the people that live in here are great. Can't beat living on the water and close to everything in the Tampa Bay Area.

This is a beautiful and well managed complex. We are constantly reminded that details matter here. The pathways are beautiful and the lawns and gardens well maintained. So too are the buildings. Apartment living can have challenges and at Rocky Point they are addressed professionally by management.

The apartments are very nice and the community has several nice amenities. I have noticed some recent repairs and upgrades to the property. The office staff is friendly in helpful. It is a great place to live, if you can afford it.

This is a waterfront community in a great area of Tampa. It can be a challenge sometimes to find a parking space, but it you don't find one you can always park outside the gate. The area is nicely landscaped

DO NOT MOVE HERE! DO NOT MOVE HERE! The list goes on and on. Absolutely worst management experienced we've ever had. Lived in a dozen plus places in different states. Our apartment was suppose to have different appliances then what we have, the carpets were wet when we moved in. Our garage wasn't ready for us and gave us a random one nearby. We only have one opener for it so we have to carry it up every time we use it. There is pet droppings everywhere in common areas. The parking is beyond full everyday. So if you come home later at night. You will have great difficulty finding a spot.

Beautiful community, convenient to airport. Very pricey and you have to put your garbage in your car to take it to the dumpster. Really like the community but I'm paying $1650 for a one bedroom with the garage. Very pricey

This is the best apartment complex I've ever lived in. We do have the upgraded 2/2 apartment - stainless steel and black appliances, nice paint and floors, nice light fixtures and faucets. It's huge and beautiful and a great value for the money. My cats love the screened in patio. The rent can be high, but not as high as other places we've looked at and you get what you pay for here. I have felt very safe and secure here and haven't had a single issue, which is mind blowing compared to our previous horrible experiences at other apartment complexes. The grounds are very nice and the amenities are great. The trail by the water is beautiful, I even saw dolphins in April when my mom was visiting. They do charge for the gym, so I don't use it. There are 3 pools. I love the one overlooking the bay. It feels like you are at a resort. The leasing agents are very nice and say hi to you when they see you around. The sound proofing is great, I hardly ever hear my neighbors. The location works for us, convenient to downtown Tampa and Clearwater. I wish I could buy the apartment!

Beautiful complex in a wonderful area. Right off the water and minutes away from Clearwater. The area just makes you want to go out and explore while the space is beautiful and clean. The community is very nice and located in a great spot. The grounds are well maintained, and the amenities are the best of any complex I have lived in. The apartments are not overly luxurious, and while I do live in a non renovated unit they are still nice and overall well maintained. I have had more maintenance issues with this apartment then previous apartments which has been frustrating, but the maintenance department has been very responsive in addressing problems. Overall I have been very pleased with my time, and look forward to renewing my lease when the time arises.

The pools can be cleaned more often last time I saw the pool was very dirty also the gates are too often broken they had a huge hole by the spa pool some couldve broke their legs if fell into it had no caution tape nothing

Terrible customer service and no flexibility on policy. Had a washer/dryer situation which I eventually was reimbursed for but there was no apology that they were wrong on the front end. They were just defensive. Paid a $700 pet fee when I moved in the they tried to charge me another $450 fee 6 months later because I transferred units. The original fee was for a 14 month lease. No reason for them to charge an additional $450 6 months later just because it is policy. Zero flexibility. Beware of moving in.

I think it's a very nice community with a lot of amenities. I am very happy to live here, the only drawback is that it doesnt have security service at night which makes me feel a little insecure. Also they took like 5 months to fix the tennis courts lights...

Worst residential support we've ever experienced. Jobs are marked as completed when they are not. I'm really surprised I'm b in asked how my experience was when nothing happened. I believe I am paying $5 a month for a useless pest control service. A class action lawsuit should be filed.
