Great place and office staff is excellent! The appt complex is very much like a resort and the people are very friendly. The facility has three pools, spa and fitness center and an indoor basketball court. So if you are active and like to be outdoors then this is a great place to live.

Amanda was amazing when she showed me the apartment and the complex. She was the reason I chose to rent from post rocky point. The amenities for post rocky point, the walking trail, sunset point, the pool locations, along with the gym are by far the best that I have seen in the area.

I worked with Amanda in the leasing office. She was very helpful. She FaceTime time 4 different apartment homes until I found the perfect one. She was always so happy and cheerful to assist me with any and all the questions I asked. I truly appreciate her!

I love living here! Very pet friendly, beautiful scenery and amazing location. The price is very reasonable compared to other communities in the area. The maintinance team is very quick & always does a great job! I honestly have no complaints living here, great place to live overall.

We love living here. The complex is really nice and quite frankly feels like a resort. The pools are really nice and most people are very friendly. We also like having a mini-mart on site. We were also very impressed Amanda remembered us by name. We would definitely recommend Rocky Point to others

It's been okay. My neighbors are not very respectful of their community. From leaving leaking/moldy trash outside their door for days on end, parking wherever they please (not in spaces with no repercussion), screaming in the middle of the night, or tailgating you through the gate so they don't have to badge in- I've lived in better places. Management does a somewhat good of job of communicating issues but I think the lack of enforcement is more of the issue. They have also been hard to reach in many instances. Honestly, their maintenance staff has been more friendly and approachable that their office staff. Amanda (office) is the only person I've had an excellent experience with. We met her when we came to tour the property and she sold it very well and spoke to her experience living here. Others have been rude and treated me as if I am a burden when asking questions or as if I wasn't intelligent when discussing new leasing options, dismissive would be a good word. If the location wasn't convenient, we would not have signed a second lease. Pricing is expensive and imagine they will hike the price up again if were to continue being a resident (which makes no sense).

Love this place. Tranquility of the beautifully landscaped trail is magical with birds sounds to wake up to. All staff very friendly and professional. Love the pools, the set up and clean. Complex is clean and residents are friendly. Maintenance staff very prompt and efficient.

This is a beautiful property located with Bay views from some locations. The pools, spa and leasing office have been renovated and are quite nice. The apartments are old and need some updates. They are very clean and are well maintained as residents move out.

So far it is awesome! Anything that did arise as a problem the staff was awesome and we came from a really nice place before this but the staff were so nice we feel like this is the place, we almost feel now like our old place was not that good.

The office staff is nice, but sometimes forgetful. The buildings themselves are old and some are roach infested. They are overpriced for the condition. The gates break all the time and there is almost no parking near my unit after 7pm on weekdays. Weekends, the spots are taken up by obnoxious guests. There should be registration stickers! it's also loud and people speed around the complex roads. There is dog poop everywhere, but other than that the outside areas are nice. People are friendly.

Terrible office personnel. They don't care about people and don't care about safety. There have been so many times I have complained and they don't pay attention. The grill has literally caught me on fire. We have had neighbors threaten us and they don't care.

Beautiful grounds, trail and BBQ area by the Tampa Bay to sit and watch the Florida sunsets. Boat docks kayak storage garages and xtra storage units available. Fast excellent response from all staff from office to maintenance. Screened in patio which I love to keep door open for the lovely winter breeze. Peaceful place to love close to both Tampa and Clearwater. Walking distance to beach restaurants also there are picnic areas sunbathing fishing all along the Causeway. You won't find a better location with direct gulf access on the bay then PRP. We have enjoyed everyday.

Parking is one of the largest issues. There are no designated parking spaces so residents battle with guests to park legally. The leasing staff are friendly for the most part. But they fail to enforce the leasing rules such as clean up after your pet, or keep pets leashed. They also really don't want to help when it comes to any issues with the payment of rent. There's no drop box for convenience. On Monday's there is usually a giant garbage heap near the compactors. These are all fixable things that could make this a great property.

This community offers more than most for families without children. It offers many amenities for adults both young and old. It's very quiet given the number of units/tenants. It feels like home. The grounds are very well maintained and the staff is responsive and friendly.

Amazing location and outdoors. Can do a better job at maintaining apartments and community. Maintenance staff is very responsive and well intentioned, but not great at fixing issues properly. These are minor issues. An amazing sunset point and a beautiful jogging track make up for these.

Not great so far... Been here a week. Great view but no parking and dryer doesn't work. We'll see what week 2 is like... Also, I think we may have black mold, it's hard to tell because everything is camouflaged with paint... But it's leaking thru...

So far everything has been good. The property is mature and beautiful. The only thing that is challenging is the parking and that shopping is not conveniently located close to the property. But there is a little convenience store on site. It is a very beautiful complex to live in and the location is amazing (near Tampa).

A new neighbor moved in who is extremely noisy & a chain smoker. We complained multiple times that it renders our balcony unusable because of the cigarette smoke. Nobody cares. We complained about the noise, about the impression that we are living above a discotheque - noone seems to be bothered. Horrible.

It is just ok, as there is constant issues with the Trash Area overflowing with trash and the Gates are always Broken. Also personnel don't pick up after their Dogs, and it is disgusting seeing Dog Crap everywhere!

I don't have anything positive to say as far as the community. I am mostly dissatisfied with how the property is maintained. There is no security and multiple things are always broken. Lisa,from the office is your only asset. She is courteous and professional. If it wasn't for her I would have left this property a long time ago. Any other management besides Lisa,are heinous and extremely low quality.

This community has a lot of potential but the management fall flat with many cheap alternatives. The walls and windows are paper thin and not insulated, so sounds are heard from all sides and the energy bill is high. The trails and communal areas are dirty with trash bags, dog poop and litter. There is never parking available anywhere past 8 pm. We love living here but don't like how much we pay for the quality of what we get.

Community is good. People are nice .. staff is good but just guy who came to touch up paint was not at all nice. He should get trained. Overall Nice experience at this community and other staffs are nice but this guy just spoilt my day.
