Easy move in process, quick response for maintenance request, office slow to respond, not enough parking but our area has a great view and fairly quiet. The pool areas can be noisy and crowded with party people on the weekends if you like that sort of thing.

Just moved in, but so far love it! Large apartment, many amenities to enjoy, and a beautiful community. Love the general location -- close to the airport and easy drive to downtown and beach. Quite apartment with no extraneous noises or hearing neighbors. Very happy!

Awful staff no parking they steal ideas and are rude pool is dirty and loud on weekends they make paying rent hard and charge fees with no flexibility no maintenance checks just come unannounced randomly

Aqu? todas la personas entran de todas partes sin vivir aqu?,siempre los Portones estas rotos o tienen problemas las piscinas con los grills da?ados nunca hay parking debido a que los que viven aqu? no tienen un parking asignado,me robaron las 2 bicicletas de mis ni?os y nunca me quisieron responder en realidad estoy decepcionado con este citio.

The front office was very kind and efficient in helping my boyfriend and I find our dream apartment at this beautiful location, I am so confident in this decision that I am still thinking it's too good to be true!

My experience here has been nothing but outstanding! The office staff is always pleasant and helpful. Maintenance is always on top of things and following up. Beautiful community! A lot of amenities that are very well maintained.

This community has everything we need. Great location, ready move-in, three pools and our unit even has a two-car attached garage! Close to restaurants and shopping. Airport is close but not close enough to be bothered by jet noise. Unit is well maintained and appliances are brand new. Great value and an easy rental process

Community is inclusive and nice. There should be a loyalty program to live here though. Rent increases aren't cool and I'd stay here if they didn't go up $300 every year. I now need to find a roommate

Communication between staff and residents can always be improved. The complex itself is gorgeous and what makes it worth the cost for me. Security could be improved here as well as that has been an issue.

I have loved living here. The location is amazing, people are kind and respectful. The neighborhood is comfortable/safe and overall a great place to live. Units are larger than most in the Tampa area as well.

Upon coming into this community, I moved from Pennsylvania so this was a change of scenery for me. I Enjoy a lot about this apartment complex. To start, the views surrounding the complex as we are on our own little island it feels like sometimes. I love the gated community as it makes me feel safe and adds a level of exclusivity to the overall feeling. Moving in was easy as I was greeted by a friendly staff that was willing to help. Communal laundry is definitely something I dislike as it is just a nuisance. I also feel that I pay a healthy amount in terms of rent and am upset that the gym is not an amenity that comes within the community. I wish I could go but for the price if that I can go somewhere else with more equipment and a cheaper price than $35/Mo.

The Staff does not really seem to know what is going on as far as the community goes. We were told one thing by one staff member then something else by another. The staff is very nice however they don't seem to be on the same page and it gets frustrating for a customer. We already paid our rent and fees. We were not expecting to be paying more than that.

The apartment is nice and feels very homey. I just think that rent is too much to justify continuing to rent and would rather be spending that money towards a mortgage. I like the community but I will not pay more than I am paying now after being here for 2 years already.

Post rocky point is an ok place to live. It has its moments. It's private and a nice location that not to many people know of or where unless you live here. Community staff was nice at first (since trying to rent an apartment to you) but after that they are helpless honestly. Rent prices are going Up a lot here also. Just for my 1/1 it's almost $2100. It's not worth it. It did come with new appliances (except for microwave) and in unit full size washer and dryer but other than that, nothing is new. Carpets are nasty and smell funny, paint job looks rushed especially since their is dried paint everywhere in the carpets. I'm not sure what Pest control controls but it's not pest. When we moved in the first night we kept getting itchy (ants where everywhere) and also bitten but some bug yet "pest control" just came a couple days before we moved in. Some neighbors are so rude here and others mind their business. The upkeep of rocky point is whatever. Trash everywhere cause no one throws it in the actual garbage. They just leave it next to it. Parking sucks also. Monday through Friday, anytime after 5:30/6 pm, good luck with finding parking near your building. They do have attached garages which barely anyone uses which is why their barley is spots and then there is detached garages too. You'd just most likely be on a wait list for a couple months. Their is three different sides so three different gate entrances and exits for each side. Either one or two of the gates is ALWAYS broken. They try fixing it every day. This is a pet friendly complex so a lot of people have pets but most of the time their pets aren't on leashes so that's one thing. Atleast their nice most of the time or will grab their pet when they see you approaching. Other than that, I wouldn't waste my money here no more lol.

It has a beautiful location with a trail around the building where you can watch the sunset across the water. Also multiple BBQ areas. Everyone that lives here is very nice, the apartments are very cute and spacious with a lot of closet space.

So far everything has been great, appreciate Kassi and Bailey in the leasing office for their help! Nice quiet community that is close to everything I need, maintenance has been quick to resolve any issues

I am quite pleased with the community. I feel safe, most folks are friendly and show respect or consideration for others. My biggest concern is that the roach problem is not at the unit level. I has to be the building and it is quite annoying and unhealthy.

Enjoy living here. Convenient location. Maintenance has an awesome record for timeliness and fixed right the first time. Office staff is aloof and focuses on potential residents. MAA is taking full advantage of the current market with non-negotiable high rate increases.

Its been a hit or miss. I assumed some of the maintenance issues should have been checked prior. Others were due to a lack of understanding the process. It would be helpful if there was more of a welcome kit.

Great people Beautiful views Awesome gym Fun pools Perfect landscaping Staff is super nice Taking the Harley down the causeway is a blast . The restaurants within walking distance is awesome. Love being 8 minutes from Tampa International Airport.

I really like living in this place, the social areas are perfect, but if I have to say what is a big problem with parking, many people park in this place without being residents, problems in the gates are not effective.

It's fine. Like the pools. Gym is too small but the complex is pretty nice. Wish there was a security guard- at least at night time. Sometimes we have bugs but we for sure rarely have hot water and nobody is helping :)

All good except 2+things a security light automaticity come on at dusk in the area behind my unit. The angle of this spot light shines all night in my living room, porch and bedroom. It it could be angled down to shine more on the open area between the building vs directly on my unit, it would be appreciated. Also, the common walkways and the open area behind my unit need to be cleaned and blown off more often.
