Application process was easy. The leasing office answered all of my questions and concerns. Ask for Tyler. The website for the community is easy to navigate as well and the photos were accurate. The amenities are also convenient and clean

Place is trash do not live here. Trashy people, bad maitnence, horrible horrible leasing office. I feel unsafe living here now. There is no parking ever. People doing lines of cocaine off the tables at the pool around children. Just bad vibes

The community is beautiful. A lot of the apartments are renovated & touring was very enjoyable. Staff answered all of my questions prior to move-in Still some issues I am waiting on maintenance to fix

The location is excellent. The grounds are beautiful grounds. The amenities are good. The management office is not good at returning important messages. Security gates are frequently broken. Package locker has theft due to lack of deterence.

Excellent amenities. High cost. Love the pools, fitness center, tennis courts, and jogging trail. And the location is unbeatable. However the COST of the apartments is very high. This part of the country is becoming like NY City, almost unmanageable. It takes away from the enjoyment of the community when you think about what you are paying... One other thing to note. The walls are thin. You will hear your neighbors alarm clock, toilet flushing, etc. Finally, they do not use CAMERAS to protect the community against car break ins which happen frequently. Anyone can tailgate another vehicle to come into the community.

Overall the experience has been satisfactory. Maintenance tends to go for the temporary fix rather than address it properly the first time. The community could do more to ensure parking for residents and the gym could be cleaned regularly. Other than that I don't have any complaints.

There have been some wonderful things about living here and also some really disruptive circumstances that I believe could have been avoided with pro-active maintenance and attention to detail in regards to resident needs + maintaining the buildings. The location is amazing, the grounds are beautiful, I have had great experiences with my neighbors. However, it is my opinion based on the experiences I've had within my home that the apartments are over priced for what the company is delivering in service and quality. Black mold, bug issues, sewage issues and water issues have been experienced by me and multiple neighbors, to the extent that several of us have been displaced (some on multiple occasions) while they rectify the problems.

Ths place used to be nicer. Stop treat us like ----. Office ppl and maintenance, especially from weekend unprofessional and rude. I'm paying for over $2000 for old unit a joke. GATE! This place isn't security at all!! And Locker room!! Remove it!! I got over $1800 worth of package was stolen!! because post apt do not secure it!!

Moving in to this apartment was seamless. I have only been here a couple days but the amenities are amazing. Love the gym and the pools and love my apartment. Staff is helpful and location is amazing.

It's good I like living there the property is nice and the sunsets are beautiful. It's perfect if you have a boat or kayak or jet ski or just love being on the water in general and seeing dolphins frequently

Very friendly and informational. I moved from out of state, Nicole and her team have made it an easy transition as anyone could imagine that moving from state to state is nerve wrecking and time consuming. They have made it a easy transition.

Beautiful comunity, although apartments are old and not repaired properly before the move in day. Friendly neighbors, some living here for years. Nice trail around the complex and fairly clean community. Moving in was easy as well the process to get approved.

It's good overall, quality of service went down as the rent increases over the years. It's in good location and beautiful, right by the water. People are often nice. Maintenance team are pretty good in my experience.

Amazing. Love everything about it. Gym is awesome. Pools are beautiful. The view is astonishing. I love the layout too. The room was very clean and easy to navigate. There is so much to do as well. It feels like a resort.

Awesome complete!!!! Staff is friendly management is great! Lisa is the best in town. The leasing staff is great as well as maintenance they will solve your issue quicker than you had it. The views are amazing as well! So accessible to the beach and water views :)

Not maintained well. Maintenance doesn't clean up. Doesn't communicate well. The building I live in is dirty, the common areas are never pressure washed. There is mold both in some of the apartments and outside the windows. There is dog ---- everywhere. Cheap appliances. High rent

As soon as I walked in I felt as if my request to tour (or rather me showing up at all) was an inconvenience to the staff. The associate did not ask for any details regarding my needs/wants, she only asked for my price range (I did let her know I wanted a view since I work remote). The community is difficult to navigate and since it was a self guided tour it took me a while to find the building. Once I entered, it reeked of cigarettes and didn't include some of the major things I wanted in an apartment. I still have no idea what amenities this community offers. But I do know if I'm treated this way before I even lease there's no way they're going to listen or do anything about any concerns once I move in. Definitely would never lease here, even though I love the area.

I actually started off great!!! Unfortunately, as the years went by things started to get worse. I never felt welcome when I went to the leasing office. The gate is always broken. And now we're getting car break-ins once a week. It just doesn't feel safe anymore.

Pro's: Property and apartments are well maintained. Office and maintenance personnel are terrific. Location is beautiful. Welcoming, fun professionals in their 20s to 50s. Garages available. 3 pools (non-heated), gym, small boat lift and kayak storage/launch area. Nice lighted walking trail. Central location to explore both Hillsborough and Pinellas Counties. Very close to Tampa International Airport. Good sized balconies. Gas and charcoal grills available around property. Con's: Large busy property of about 1000 units. Parking first come, first serve and limited. Location not convenient to gas, grocery, shopping, etc. Courtney Campbell Causeway only way in or out and a major throughway for both local and tourist traffic. Can be heard from within apartments. Community confusing for delivery personnel (hassle with uber eats, grubhub, etc). Rent increase of 30% over three year timeframe. 3 story, stairs only. No elevator/lift for heavy items or the physically challenged.

The location of my apartment is wonderful. The maintenance people are very quick to respond and hands-on. There are Always very cautious when they come to my apartment to make sure that my cats do not escape. That is a huge plus for me.. The exterior of the community is always well kept, the plants and shrubbery are maintained and always look very lush. The buildings are clean regularly, definitely worth the cost of living in an upscale community. .Love it , community is great

Love this community it's beautiful and clean and in the ideal location I need I hope I get to live here for a long time soon I applied just waiting on approval hope all goes good for me since I definitely love it here have not gone to see any other apt after seeing this one
