Love it! Great location, great staff & great ammenities! I have not had a single negative experience since I arrived! Every time I step outside my door I think, "Wow, I cannot believe I live here!" I would recommend this complex to anyone & everyone!

I'm Iit is a nice place, but the rent keeps going up and where I live I have to get home by 6:00-6:30. For this reason we will be moving I really have not thing to things day but I will. We did have thousands of centipede at least 20 per day the first person they fixed it only did the side the bottom of the door they were coming in through there but the last person fix the whole thing. I recommend making a parking spot for the people that live there visitors will have to find their own spot

Our entire move in process was horrible starting from when we paid our application fees. Our leasing agent, Jazmyn, started off very friendly and responsive. Then out of no where disappeared. She never returned a single phone call or email. When we would call and talk to someone else they wouldn't say where she was and would always take our name and number to give her a message, never a single answer. She never even told us if we got approved to move in. We had to badger every other leasing agent to get an answer. Lisa was the only responsive and helpful agent. Jazmyn emailed us the night before our move in date and said we could come into the leasing office between 9am and 6pm to get our keys. Seeing how most adults work during the week between those hours we made sure we were there right at 9 to get keys and still make it to work on time. When we got into jazmyns office she said she didn't have the keys because she "had just opened a few minutes ago and most people don't come this early". When your business opens that's when you are ready to help your customers, not when you are finally ready or when people "typically come". Imagine going to a restaurant that opens at 9 am and not getting food till 10 because that's when people typically come? Stupid, not sure how this business has continued to run like this, I imagine we aren't the only people dealing with this issue.

Okay, but the walls are thin and neighbors are loud. I can hear every step my neighbors takes and their dog. Maintenance requests were never addressed or completed, my balcony was unusable which usually is my favorite part of my apartment.

So far it has been very good. We renewed our lease for another year. Only issue we have is our air conditioner broke and we had to have 6 service calls and complaints to get a new unit installed. It shouldn't take that long.

GREAT PLACE SO FAR. VERY CLEAN, FREE PARKING, FRIENDLY, NICE POOL, GREAT LOCATION, SERVICE TEAM IS GREAT. YOU CAN FILL OUT SERVICE REQUEST ONLINE AND IT'S EASY. WE JUST MOVED THIS MONTH AND HAPPY TO BE HERE.

The first night I slept here, my neighbors were screaming and fighting right outside their apartment. It was really uncomfortable, but other than when they go outside to smoke I haven't heard them again.

I love the apartment, view and the people have been wonderful. I have been pleased with my choice and completed the entire process online, relocating from Chicago. The work orders I have submitted have been completed quickly.

Beautiful community and conveniently located (minutes from the airport, 20 minutes to Clearwater and 15 minutes to SOHO area!). Management outs on fun events monthly if you can attend. Always have received quick responses to any maintenance requests. Personally, some units are outdated and I feel the price is too high for them.

Great location, beautiful landscaping and water views. Recurring issues with non functional entrance gates, trash overflow and parking shortage should be resolved by management. Rent is reasonable for the area. Overall a pleasant experience.

The staff is great and was wonderful to work with from Pennsylvania. I love the people that live at Post Rocky Point. Everyone is so friendly. I do wish you would have a playground area for when my grandchildren come to visit.

Post Rocky Point Apartments is an upscale waterfront property with a conveniently located mini market on property. Now that there is new management, the property maintenance, governance, and overall appearance of the property has been significantly improved.

Beautiful location. Dated decor and blinds and will not update the blinds for me. The leasing staff expects you to move out of their way as the barrel around in their little carts showing potential tenants with no regard to currwnt twnants.

Apartment is nice and conveniently located to a main thoroughfare. Great closet and storage space. HVAC unit is rather loud. It would be nice if we had auto gate openers so we didn't have to roll down the window to access the gate opener in a thunderstorm.

It is a fine community. However, the office staff is negligible. To be honest, they don't address needs and when questions are asked the all "pass the buck" if your company cares about management and service please feel free to contact me for elaboration.

Great amenities and location on an island makes you feel like you are at a resort. Only a 10 minute drive from the Westshore area of Tampa. Only a 30 minute drive to Clearwater beach. Bridge the island is on is also like a giant park.

Complex has nice amenities. The path around the complex is nice for taking walks. Gym membership is a separate fee. Our apartment is very nice and have had no issues with it so far. Maintance requests have been very timely.

MAA at Rocky Point is a beautiful property that is well kept and tropical. You really feel like you are on vacation when you are there. Management cares about a residents satisfaction and they strive to assure we feel this is our home.

Post Rocky Point is a one of a kind property with a beautiful landscape along with incredible views, 3 amazing pools, up to date gym and too many amenities to count! The location is absolutely perfect and after living here almost 2 years, I never want to leave :)

The location is great. My building is usually messy as maintenance/cleaning rarely blows out leaves, sand, other debris. Outside lights are cracked. A cigar was laying on top of the fire extinguisher! Maintenance requests are acknowledged quickly but first repair is not usually enough. Refrigerator and garbage disposal have been repaired ALOT in my unit.

All staff are always nice, responsive, professional and easy to deal with. We absolutely love living here! When we started our apartment hunt we looked at many different apartment complexes in the Tampa area and this one always just felt like the perfect fit to us. A year later and Post Rocky Point still feels like the right choice and has definitely become our home. We couldn't imagine a better place to start our life in Florida.

From my tour date to move in date, the entire experience was great. Michael Lowe did a great job of showing me apartments within my search criteria and was very knowledgeable about the community and it's amenities. The apartment I originally wanted to view had just received an application but he quickly found 2 other apartments that fit all my needs and within my price point. Community has great amenities and everyone is friendly and helpful. Post Rocky Point is a great, safe community centralized to Tampa, St Pete and Clearwater with great luxury features and beautiful water views.

Mixed - at times property has been well maintained. Others have been lacking at times. Transitional In contracted help maybe? Have noticed that there has been some def improvement over the last 12 months. Positives include repaired path lighting, better parking lightning, improved landscape. Negatives are limited but entry gate malfunctions, sometimes maintenance (although improved) seems to "get by", rats on my boat (gotten really bad, we've killed a half dozen)
