You do not want me to do that right now.. I've had nothing but trouble with maintenance and cockroaches. I'm not sure why I pay for pest control because I've taken matters into my own hands to try and fix the problem because I'm so grossed out. I'm a physician and have decent guests over often and this place is terrible! I basically live in a college dorm level of cleanliness.

Post Rocky Point is in a beautiful setting. Right on Old Tampa Bay, it is surrounded by beautiful views of the bay on all sides. There is a gorgeous, tropical walking path around the complex and 3 pools to choose from. The complex bills itself as a luxury apartment complex, but the interiors are builder basic: formica counter tops, small cabinets, vinyl tile floors and cheapo appliances and carpet. The landscaping is overgrown with large bushes that provide cover for rodents though, I'm happy to say, I have never had bugs in my apartment. The leasing agents are great when you are initially leasing, then, unless you are persistent and on top of them, ignore calls, e-mails, talks in person at the office (all with a smile and we'll check that out promise). They don't staff a secretary or ad min, and only the leasing agents are available for contact re problems. Or, I should say, are rarely available since if they are out showing apartments, the office is locked and no one is there to help with apartment problems. There is a serious shortage of parking spaces and I have had to park on the other side of the complex (and it is a huge complex) when arriving home late at night lugging suitcases, etc. So people park in non-parking spaces making negotiating the drive through the complex an unpleasant challenge. There is a spa which is the work out room and no other access to a workout room. The spa is an extra $30.00 per month. It would be GREAT if they would fix these issues, because even with the problems, all in all, I'm really happy here. I love my screened porch, the view of the bay and easy access to the airport, I 275, and downtown, The apartment is comfortable enough, but it's not luxury. For the price though, it is a good choice. I chose it over the more expensive luxury complex with a view of the parking lot.

I have moved every year for five years I have found a home living here. Some noise but mostly quiet- gates are in good use. And frequent emails from community for updates in community. Things to look out for. Even with Irma that came through I got a what to do letter on my front door. Excellent living, amenities, and staff !

Safety is a huge issue. Gates are constantly left open or broken and there have been instances because of pay for the gated community in the lease and it's a joke. I do not feel comfortable here. There is also dog droppings everywhere and no one to regulate or punish.

It's hard to respond to these surveys because they do not specify to which service/maintenance request I am rating/commenting on. Screens - the 2 on the porch were replaced The faucet in the kitchen was upgraded but installed backwards ( the knobs turn outward instead of inward) the laminate on the bathroom cabinets were glued - that works for me the garbage disposal was replaced When I first moved in I asked about getting a new dishwasher / the one I have is outdated and discolored inside - can this please be addressed. In addition there are a few things I have noticed around the grounds as I take my dog for a walk everyday. 1. There is a short light post broken on the west end of the walking trail near the gazebo. It's just laying on the floor and has been like that since I moved here (8/21/2017). 2. Can we get a light at the dog park? 3. Can we get a water depot for the dog park? 4. I did ask about the grass being cut in the dog park yesterday and it was cut today - that was AWESOME!! thank you!! 5. There are several very dark areas in the complex at night. The lighting in the parking lot needs to be much better. 6. The lights along the walking trail are dingy and dirty, some of the cases are coming off 7. Can a water source be added to the picnic areas? ( I was out walking with my dog and I wanted to get him some water - I thought there would be water at the picnic areas - but not a drop) I even looked on the buildings and didn't find one. That's all for now. I'm sorry to be such a pain.

Building infested with wood termites and large and small cockroaches; refusal to address; place is totally uninhabitable and management had failed to act in good faith to address problems; building should be condemned!!!!

The 5 months of living here has not been up to par. Maintenance seems non-existent/don't communicate nor fix tickets in a timely manner, front office seems very like they'll get things done, but then never follow up or follow through, the gates are always broken, there is trash throughout the property, there's been a few break ins lately. 2 positives are that the pools are nice and parking is easy.

The apartment had several issues that needed to be taken care of before I moved in. It took me four weeks after I moved in to actually get the leasing office to correctly fill out the work order form to take care of the issues.

Overall nice apartment. Staff in the office was very nice and prepared for our move in. Apartment was clean and there was no noticeable damages in the apartment. Out one problem related to the extremely terrible water pressure! Supposedly a pipe burst in years passed and was never properly fixed. major concern!

The overall management of the community is great. However, the management of the Spa and in particular the gym is incredibly poor. The gym is consistently dirty with TV's out of service. The sauna is rarely, if ever, cleaned. The free weights are consistently loose and are a safety concern for anyone who uses them. The attentiveness and inspection of both the gym equipment and overall quality of the gym and cardio room itself is very poor. There never appears to be any safety inspections that take place. The employees who work in there are friendly and seem to be very nice people which leads me to believe that it is a management issue. Would like to see this addressed soon.

It's a great community close to everything. There is no grocery store or gas station very close but there is a market for basic essentials. Love the pools and there are great water sunset views and good walking trails that feel very safe as it is a gated community. The maintenance is good but could be better but at least they respond fast if there is an ac or plumbing issue. The rent is very high but the community is nice.

Nice place to live. Quiet, accessible to many areas in the Tampa/St. Pete area. Biking the causeway, walking the shell trail around the property, and easy access to interstates and airports make it attractive for a busy professional who wants to relax after a long day.

Has gone from a premiere property to an overpriced average complex. Quality has gone down hill in the past year with the new management company taking over - they have stripped the quality and value from what is a high-rent community. Long-term (3-9yr) residents are leaving in droves. And the new management company is allowing weekly rentals with limited credit checks. The community is becoming more transient - the management company's actions support the change in residents and facilities. So lower the rent or up the standards back to what they were in 2015/2016 - it was easy to want to renew last year. Not this year...

Great location, however the maintenance of the grounds is poor. It is not a gated community, the gates are non functional and usually open. Office personnel are friendly, however they do not follow up on requested issues. They discriminate against existing tenants with price gouging rent increases while offering below market rents to prospective tenants.

I love this place, except they painted all the buildings different colors, and ugly colors at that. It was so beautiful when we moved in, now out building is a smurf green blue, and the others are dull brown. They really messed this up

Have lived in Post Rocky Point for just over a month and have had the absolute worst experience!!! Office staff is awful and could careless about their jobs! Have had problems with them never documentting my first months rent! Never got the correct mail keys so had no access for over a month. Took 29 days fr a maintenance request to even be considered! Just awful

Good quality apartments and helpful staff. Moved in end of june and enjoying the apartment, the complex and it's entire environment so far. No issues yet. Commute through traffic sometimes stinks but works perfectly for someone who works an off schedule like me.

Let's say, I can see were reviews can go both ways because of the amount of units and types, it really comes down to the unit you select and location of unit, so be aware not all units are the same or similar. I got an awesome unit, upgraded, top floor and next to the water, so from my perspective, it is awesome. I think this is a superb pet friendly location, I don't have pets, but the layout really works for pet owners. Another great thing is garages, lots of units with garages, with that said, many people don't use garages for cars, so not having one will prove to be difficult to find empty spots as many units seem to have multple cars, at no fault to the complex, but the tenants. So look for a unit with garage. Common areas are clean and nice, you do feel very safe in this community, not only is it gated, but it is fairly isolated. Great views and mostly quiet comunity, you can't pick neighbors so never perfect, but compared to other apartments I have stayed at, this is is above all. Best of luck and be smart when picking a unit as your experiance will be a reflection of the unit you pick.

I love living here. I am "home". There is absolutely nothing I would change about my apartment, the location, the amenities and the spectacular view! The office and maintenance staff are friendly, knowledgeable, efficient and professional, a pleasure to interact with!

The gates are the biggest annoyance and are always broken. The painters and lawn maintenance people are very irresponsible by ruin or damage property and management does not do anything to make up for this.

Donâ t live here you will regret it. Although itâ s beautiful looking on the outside and the location is great, maintenance staff will make this place your worst nightmare. Tons of issues and not one of them is qualified to do even a mediocre job. Also, customer service here is horrible. I just received a package dated for 7/20/17 and today is 9/27/17. The leasing office called to tell me about it for the first time yesterday! This is just one small example of their general lack of caring.

Post Rocky Point is a well-organized, professional apartment complex. The staff are very helpful. The move-in process was smooth and I was satisfied with the assistance I received in getting settled in. Overall, the facilities are very clean and the amenities throughout the property are well-maintained and kept to a high standard. I would definitely recommend living here :)

The biggest complaint I have is the gates to enter the different sections of the community. They give you a fab which needs to be placed very closely to the box. When raining you are opening your window to activate. The the gate gets stuck or someone has driven through the safety bar. In the day of technology, have a sensor for the interior of the car that activates gate.

Day one I was told lies about the leasing options and contract renewals. Multiple problems within the apartment that are still not resolved. Work outside our apartment is being left behind and not completed in a timely fashion.
