My experience with this community has been awful. Everything was great until MAA took over for Post. I have complained numerous times about my roach problem and nobody has done anything. I have had painters from a company they hired let into my apartment without my permission, moved furniture around, and then left without locking my door. It took me nearly 3 months to get them to repair an emergency exit light that has been hanging outside my door. The community washer and dryer is always broken and there are always bugs in the laundry room. They charge residents an extra 35 dollars a month just to use the gym on property which is unheard of. This place is an absolute joke. I would not want my worst enemy to experience the issues I've had here. I'd rather be homeless than renew my lease with these people.

The apartment is small and sometimes every neighbor can be heard. The grounds need to be maintained more. The trash and the gates are frequently down and it leads to quite a problem. The staff in the office is confused a lot.

The location is not bad. The staffs are friendly. The real reason I moved here is because of their pet policy. It's one of the best. It also have one of the best apartment gyms I've ever came across in a while.

Good;maintanence and landscaping fair to good but no major complaints.A complex of this size should have a staffed security(car) on site!Some security problems community has recently faced could have been prevented with better security. It may be wise for Maac to include an increase allocated to security even if it means residents paying a fee each month for service.

There are defiantly flaws with this community but overall I enjoy living here. The biggest issues are price, parking, and gym. With the price of the gym, the members should be able to bring guests and the gym should be maintained with a working radio.(which has been broken for over a month) Many residents have wrongfully had their cars towed and had to pay to get their car back when there are not even enough spaces for the amount of residents that live here. The maintenance men are inconvenient and should confirm appropriate times with residents. I am very interested in continuing living here but the price of a 1 bed, 1 bath is absurdly high. Under 1K would be more reasonable.

My apartment is tranquil and comforting ,I truly look forward to returning home here. I love the views of the canal and so much wildlife. It's almost like being on vacation every day. I want to eventually purchase a home in the area but nothing will compare to the scenic trail I use here everyday, it will be hard to leave.

Good community, close to everything. But their penalties and policies are very harsh and stringent, and they never consider extenuating circumstances. A little flexibility wd be helpful. The staff is otherwise helpful and maintenance is more or less prompt.

It is very convenient to downtown Tampa although it has a peaceful and quiet atmosphere surrounded by water. The landscaping is awesome and the amenities are nice and convenient. Close by to beautiful beaches just across the bridge in Clearwater.

This is the worst place in Tampa to live. Management is completely inept. The gates are constantly broken which becomes intolerable at times. The trash compactor is constantly broken. DO NOT LIVE HERE!

Beautiful location, but poor value for cost. Numerous fees and amenity restrictions not detailed before signing lease. Insufficient parking and the office will have your car towed. Trash compactor frequently breaks and will take >1 week to fix with trash piling up. Supposedly a luxury complex but nickels and dimes you for all the amenities and service through front office is poor.

I enjoy living here. I've been here for 3 years now. Living in the water in incredible and living so close to a ton of great restaraunts and beaches is always a plus. The people I've met here have become life long friends, especially since I moved alone and didn't know anyone here. It's a welcoming community.

Great community with amazing water views and trails for walking/running. Location is perfect, convenient access to 60 to head to the Clearwater Beach or to 275 to head into Tampa or go to St Pete. Dog friendly!

I figured for the price, the community and apartments need to be top-notch and ingreat condition. The day I moved in, the gates were broken. Also, the blinds in the bedroom were still broken and my front door was still badly dented/damaged (from the last renters). Everything else beautiful and up to par. The apartment was fully cleaned, brand new carpet, fresh paint on the walls, etc. My advice to management is to not cut corners. We pay a lot of money to live here and deserve great service and quality apartments/complex.

I have only had a few issues while at my apartment, but management responded very quickly. I absolutely love living near the water and the location of the apartment is perfect. I will more than likely continue living at Post Rocky Point for a few more years.

The grounds and access to water and sunset viewing are absolutely spectacular. I have also met so many wonderful people here that remain my friends after they have moved. A wonderful place to live when you just move into the area.

It was Excellent I Hera been living here for 10 years, not continue but in general, I can see how the Rocky Point has been growing to the excellent work. This place has the better team work that them give fast solutions for any situations. Thanks for your attention.

This is a great community with very helpful and curious staff. The property has everything you need and a great variety of amenities. I would recommend this place to anyone. I am extremely glad that I chose this place to live.

Overall it has been ok. The parking is extremely sparse and the gates are broken almost daily. Maintenance has been OK for the most part with only one bad experience when it came to fixing a leak in my wall.

They make the place look nice but don't let that fool you with the 3 pools, spa,market,gym and other things. They don't take care of the issues of people parking where they shouldn't. Just flyers giving warnings but nothing happens. People continue to park where ever. Other residents leaving garbage outside their doors for days without taking it to the trash locations. Have complained and nothing done. Have sent 3 emails over the past couple of weeks and no response concerning garbage, parking and the terrible dishwasher the put in.

Maintenance is the best thing about this apt complex. I've been here for years, they have always been prompt and done a great job. The walking path is also really nice; it's very dog friendly. You always see people outside, walking their dogs, which I like. The gym is nice, but it should be free. Also, the pools are dirty and I'm not sure they ever get cleaned. We live in FL, it would be nice if the pools had more umbrellas for shade.

Place is run down. Do not move here. Horrible experience. Maintenance is lacking. Lights hanging by wires. Dog poop everywhere. Rude office staff. Maintenance requests closed without any work performed. Used to be a nice place to live. I no longer recommend living here.

I love the quiet waterfront community where I live. Quality is pretty good for the apartment, amenities, and price. This is way better "townhome" community feel versus a high rise hotel complex feel of other places

I like it here and it is abeautiful place. It is clean, peaceful and convenient. The only issue I have with the property is the gates and the garbage disposal. The gates seem to be out of operation very very frequent. People leave garbage bags outside the disposal gates and the bags stay on the grounds for a long time which gives the property a bad image
