    Love it so far. Great apartment, great location/views. Great service. Grounds are well kept except for one area that leads from my walkway to the walking path. When it rains it gets flooded and very messy.

        I like it so far. The community is well taken care of and I love the layout of my apartment. My dog loves going to the dog park, even though there are a few holes and no water for the dogs. I wish there was at least a hose there so that dogs can stay hydrated while playing, but overall, the dog park is nice.

          The maintenance is extremely slow, parking is limited and I don't think the management is the best. As for the employees like the front office girls and the maintenance guys they help as much as they can when ever they can which makes living here and dealing with the management more manageable.

            This place has a beautiful location and the grounds are kept well. The downside would be, very few residents pick up after their pets and the community allows aggressive breeds. Inside the apartments you are well insulated from neighbor noise, even upstairs neighbors. But most units have carpet, the AC units and duct work is old so if you have allergies this will be a problem for you. On the whole, good value for the money but i have heard rent has gone up substantially since i moved in. I pay $1450 for a 2/2 waterfront view.

              It has been great. The community is quiet but your neighbors are nice. Even when there is construction it doesn't seem to be bothersome. The only gripe I? have is that it takes a while to get things done and you need to be sure to stay on top of things. I? have waited days for a somewhat urgent maitnence request to be completed and things like the gate which go out do service sometimes don't get fixed promptly.

                  Great location. Central to a lot of places. Scenic views. Maintenance is very quick and easy to request. Rent is easy to pay. Auto pay available in portal/app. Lots of amenities. Great community and staff.

                    Sitting by pool near the clubhouse makes us feel like we are on vacation and our friends and family up north think we live at a resort. The walking path is beautiful with the water surroundings. The location of the complex is also perfect for our needs.

                      THIS PLACE IS TERRIBLE, literally run away as fast as you can. I am a current resident. My sister and brother in law have lived here for years however they moved out about a year ago because the new management is absolutely awful. Here is a list of stuff that residents have had to deal with within the last 6 months: - Back porches not getting screened back in - Painters that repainted the buildings leaving nails on the ground (going into residents tires) and paint somehow getting all over our cars. - Stolen packages from our front door (I've had 3 stolen) - Broken in apartments and cars - Front gates haven't worked in over 2 months as well as the trash compacters being broken for several weeks. ***Last but not least***: We just had a SHOOTING on our property, 1/15/2018 which involved several helicopters and a police chase. The Management has yet to acknowledge this and are trying to keep it out of the public eye. (luckily we have a resident FB to keep us all in the loop). I can not wait until my lease is up before even more things happen. If all this is worth living on the Courtney Campbell, then go for it, otherwise be smart and live somewhere else.

                        Service is horrible. Iâ ve been waiting on an irrigation repair for about eight months now That includes an irrigation hose that sprays water directly into my patio. The office people are not very Helpful despite a never ending line of promises to fix whatever is wrong. Landscaping appearance is wonderful, hopefully thatâ s all you need, because the service is the worst Iâ ve encountered in any apartment Iâ ve stayed in out of 15 years of renting.

                          Apt needs work for the price the apt should be top quality. ..insread it is just average at best. Dealing with service people who don't speak english. At 1500 a month at month to it wouldn't be to bad but with all the inconvenience and Hassel to get things doNE right the first time or at all definitely not worth it.

                            The overall layout and grounds for the apartment are great- water views and lawn maintenance is excellent. I have to say the complex is the best part about this place with the pools and facilities. The range of apartments plans are great but not enough exact models to see the layout in person of the layouts being offered to you.

                              The rent is raised every year at the time of lease. This is very unfair to the current long term renters here. We are being forced to move against our will. Thus being penalized for additional moving expenses and deposit.

                                We live in a beautiful apartment with waterview. When we moved in we got a brand new carpet and everything was clean. The walking trail is amazing and you will see dolphins and manatees every day. The maintenance service is very good. They fix orders within hours. We are happy about our new home. The only no-go is the dog situation. If you don't like dogs or if you scared of "aggressive breeds", don't move in. Lots of dog owners are ignoring the leash-law. And also the dog excrements. It's disgusting. This place would be the perfect place for me, if everyone would take care of their dog in a right way. Maybe with a breed restriction.

                                    All 3 entry gates need to be illuminated. Light post there just never lit. Seen rats by compactor. Need to figure out parking situation, assign spaces, guest parking areas? Atrium areas , fountains not well kept. Everything else is ok.

                                      I love this place, the location is great. My apartment spacious, bright, move in with new carpet and paint, need some upgrades but all works well no need if you are not super picky. This is like living in paradise, surrounded by ocean. The grounds and view are absolutely gorgeous. I love going out to walk my dog because I get to enjoy the amazing waterfront path you can enjoy dolphins and manatees, beautiful sunsets, friendly people. Cons: *Gates - THE GATES ARE ALWAYS BROKEN

                                        The apartment and the property are well maintained. The neighbors as well as the staff are vey nice. My only complaint's are: the lights outside of my apartment have not been fixed. I reported this when I moved in and followed up a second time to no avail.

                                          This is based on my recent maintenance request to have the paint on my outside door touched up. There are areas that show the old black paint and even some of the green door paint from 5-6 years ago. I have submitted five requests including three phone calls and 2 online requests beginning on Oct 10. Today is Nov 6 and am still waiting for the painters to show up.

                                            The apartments have many issues in which manintence rarely fixes all at once or even at all with the specified time according to the contract. Post Rocky Point employees have been unprofessional, lacking quality customer area is nice to live by, but the living conditions are not worth as much as you're paying. Would not recommend unless some serious changes to the interior of apartments change, as well as changes to the organization as a whole change.

                                              When I called the office, the response was very prompt and they took care the complaint very quickly. It was my air conditioning that stopped working. They found out it was the control battery that died . So they fixed it within the hour. Am grateful.

                                                On the water,beautiful walking trail, 3 gorgeous pool. My apartment gives out to green lush trees 3rd floor is great Clean place well kept and lots of green areas although we are right mext to airport. Super convenient and the airplane noise can barely be heard. Great place to be.
