Great office staff. They were very helpful in the process. This is a very large apartment and has a lot of amenities. This was the best apartment complex for the money. I know we will be very happy living here.

We've encountered our share of displeasure with management/office staff/maintenance over the past almost 6 years. We once went 2 weeks without a working air conditioner which was unacceptable. It seems office staff doesn't want to take responsibility

NO COMPLAINTS OR PROBLEMS. MIDGE AND REST OF TEAM ANSWERED ALL OUR QUESTIONS AND MADE THE MOVING PROCESS SIMPLE. WISH PARKING LOCATIONS/AVAILABILITY WAS A LITTLE BETTER BUT IT WAS EXPECTED SINCE THERE ARE NO ASSIGNED SPOTS

Nice Apartment Complex and Staff is very helpful. They keep the grounds looking nice. The Pool is nice but needs cleaned more often. Need a second garbage compactor or dumpster. Overall , enjoying it so far

The apartments are nice. We live in a 3rd floor unit and the high ceilings are the best. I'm used to higher ceilings and especially in an apartment it makes it feel a lot bigger/more open. It is quiet for the most part and I don't really have any reasons to give why someone should not move here if they are looking to rent an apartment. People are friendly, it is clean, and the price is right.

I have only been here for about a week and the front office has been super helpful during this transition. I also moved in with my dog and the cleanliness of the yards was really great, not only do I want a clean area for myself but as well as my dog.

Lori was very helpful during the entire process of moving in. She answered all of our questions and went over all the options of units available. She gave us her undivided attention and is a major reason of us choosing this community.

This community is Quiet and nice, I have three children and hav never had any issues, there is nothing bad I can really say staff is kind and helpful especially Lori she literally is the BEST!!! They always have small events for the families and we also love that!!!

This place was built in 2007. The appliances are 11 years old. The dishwashers have out lived themselves and don't clean your dishes. They will not replace them or other appliances and bring this place up to par with other communities.

Its a nice place but just need a little more prompting with tenants demands. The office staff is very nice. Especially Mrs. Lori . She is very pleasant and goes out of her way to assist when first move.

Very quiet and clean place to live. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for somewhere to call home. The staff is very prompt and friendly. They are very quick to follow up on any problems or questions you might have.

The prroperty is very nice, it is well maintained and has a very helpful staff! The maintenance staff does a very good job of responding two concerns and a very timely manner as well as also keeping the exterior of the property looking very nice.

Cleanest Local Property I Have found, Friends have rented here previously and was fine then. Have noticed since that time and in the last 4 years Management has actually improved. They have stayed consistent to keep up property and keep fresh look of building and property.

Just moved in two days ago but the grounds of community are clean, not junky. Consideration shown by neighbors with noise and animals. Office staff go out of their way in making the rental process easy.

I appreciate how hands on and caring the staff is. How they keep it clean and safe for us. My new neighbors coming out to say welcome home was really nice. All the kids playing together and how nice it is to be at the bus stop with kids actually line up ready to go. I just love our new apartment and area.

I have been very pleased with the cleanliness, maintenance, and personnel here. Maintenance requests are completed promptly. Office staff listen and respond to any concerns. They maintain the cleanliness of the grounds.

Thoroughly enjoyed the move in process. The office staff have been incredibly nice and helpful through this whole thing. The apartment is very open and was left in wonderful condition. We put a maintenance request in and everything was taken care of the next morning.

Staff is really nice. Lorri is one of the best helped me out very well. Everything looked nice and clean , soon as I walked in my apartment I just fell in love . I absolutely love the space . I can't hear nothing very peaceful I love it .

Friendly staff and reliable leasing agent The work order was submitted and the maintenance came the same day.I would recommend this community to anyone. The landscaping is neat and clean. Nice neighbors, quiet gated safe neighborhood

We move thinking it was a good place, but when months pass by, we start to notice certain things that were wrong and notify them, hoping the staff would do something about it, but NO. We just counting our days to get out of the contact. It's sad, because is a good community, that needs a better management.

We like the community Like the fact that we are close to Pharmacies ,Banks,Home Depot Publix,Winn Dixie Walmart not to far away Florida Medical Clinic not to far away It is a safe community.Neighboors are friendly

The Office staff is an amazing crew. They are so helpful and friendly. They act immediately upon a request, and follow up you with a call. The grounds need a bit of cleaning but for the most part maintenance is on point. Very happy to be in The Columns at Cypress Point.

Very professional and friendly staff! I traveled for two days and was extremely tired when I pulled in to The Columns. It was refreshing when Laurie and the staff made me feel welcome the moment I arrived. They even say, "Welcome Home". Very classy!!!

Hellhole of noise and dog ---- that management does nothing about! For over eight months neighbor has blasted noise both night and day continuously! No such thing as a courtesy officer on off hours and weekends! He is a deputy sheriff who works in another county!
