It's a great place to live, the people that work here are friendly and take care any problem with the apartment if you have any problem. It's peaceful and safe place to live. The apartment is well taking care.

Office staff is amazing at this location. We have had very minimal issues with maintenance but has been quickly taken care of when addressed. The community is nice and well maintained. Would suggest more parking though as many non handicap residents park in the handicap spots and fire lanes

Very noisy. people don't pick up after their dogs. homeless people walking around the back. people using the pool that don't live here.raising the rent ever year. people driving to fast. garbage all over.

This community is good. The maintenance crew is great, they are very responsive and very friendly. The people at the front desk are very helpful. If you get to work with Lori, you are in great hands! One of the best people I have met, very helpful and a very down to heart person. Overall happy with my experience at the complex! The only thing that would be needing some fixing is the breezeway and steps to the separate buildings being clean.

To soon to comment . Just moved in my furniture yesterday . I was expecting more efective response to previous requests. Need more attention to requests. Also the entrance gate unless it was damage yesterday was opened all day and that does not guarantee our security. It should be completely close all day. With the exception of high traffic c oll ming from work daily 4-6 is acceptable. Other than that should be close

big piles of trash bags at compactor. speeding residents. horrible parking. creepy residents (multiple not just one or two) that stare in your face and when you wave they don't even acknowledge, could be on meds. parking is horrible as well.

Basic service is fine, other issues seem to get lost in translation with office leasing staff. Maintenance very well mannered and helpful. Exterior trash compactor is a losing issue. Not good planning on that service.

have no compaints. love living here,great location in walking distance of CVS,Publix,Family Dollar, Super cuts,Home Depot, Wendy's,Mc Donalds,and many othe shops. Staff is Friendly and Matinence is compentant and fast.

We are extremely happy so far we only spent our first night here but so far it's been wonderful for all of our family. We are looking forward to being here for a few years and we are pretty sure we are going to be very happy

I am happy here so far other than many do not pick up after dogs. It would also be nice if the dog area was made a big larger as some people take their dogs into the childrens play area which is wrong. The just ignore the sign. I have said something to several of them. Over all I find living her nice and it is quiet. Dog poop bags are not kept up for people and the bags are not cleaned out often.

I've been here for years and never had an issue. If anything needed servicing, they've always been available to fix it ASAP. Midge and Laurie are great to work with in the office. The community is quiet and clean! Never have any issues

Great staff thanks for all they do. Lori has been a great help with all issues they i have told her about. Could use a bigger laundry room and it would be nice to pay rent at the office and pay early if one would like to do

It's all been really good. Lori is great! Very professional and always took the time to communicate with me thru the process. The day we signed the lease everything was ready. On the day we moved keys were ready so there was no wait. So far it's been really great!

So far I love the community that I live in. There are times that there are children playing outside until well after dark, screaming and carrying on. Also in the same building as those children; the adults will also be extremely loud. So loud that you can hear them over closed door, TV and a fan.

It's been a very pleasant experience the staff has been wonderful the communities peaceful it's quiet I've had no problems I enjoyed it here it's a wonderful experience, Maintenance always report swiftly whenever you report a problem I have never had any issues and I've said before the staff is wonderful

Columns at cypress piont have been a wonderful place to live. The staff is friendly and the maintance crew are very helpful. The community is clean and well maintained. This year managment updated the childrens playground and my son loves it.

It a nice place to live everything is convenient around you and lots of friendly people. If you have an issue and you need some help maintenance is on point. The office staff is always willing to help adjust anyting that goes wrong and I'm very polite

Building stairs are dirty and stink. Hear neighbors even after midnight. Some neighbor is smoking pot. We have complained. Nothing has been done. Have kids, cant let them go outside. Maintenance personnel are nice. People are so lazy cant even dump trash in the dumpster. We were lied to about the rent.

It was great before it became section 8! It used to be gated here, and occasionally the gate would not work but get fixed eventually. Now, the gate is broken and has been for months! It's just not the same place I chose to move into and call home.

It is very quiet and peaceful. Not many disturbances. You see children all the time outside but it's not a problem. The only issue is that because of where it's located sometimes it's hard to come in and out depending on traffic

I love this place. The staff are amazing. I just moved in but I already love this place. Its always clean. If you have any issues in the apartment, you call them and come quick to fix. And that I love of this place.

Great apartment, layout is perfect for my situation. Neighbors are nice, just not respectful of others. Staff is wonderful ask for Lori, she's a rockstar!! The grounds are amazing, well maintained and very peaceful for the most part.

I love it! If anything has went wrong in my apartment or was broken, a response to my work order has always been responded to within 1-3 days. Things rarely break in my apartment. I truly LOVE my apartment and my community.

Great management. Quick response to maintenance request. Grounds well kept. Better padding under carpets could be used to help noise reduction. Non self closing foyer doors to help prevent slamming of doors by neighbors.
