Not good. Didn't see anything other then the office. Front gate was broken so you could drive threw the property no problem. The office staff didn't even get out of her chair to even show me around, no model tour, no nothing.

This is a great community here. I absolutely love it here. Staff is great and very professional. Any issues I report is addressed within 24 hours. This is also a perfect location, within minutes of everything you need.

Very good, really enjoy all the parking, people stay to themselves. I love how big and spacious the apartments are, we have laundry hook ups the carpets were nice and cleaned when we moved in. We haven't had any issues

Disgusted! Nothing about this property is "luxurious". We were told that our apartment had been cleaned prior to us moving in. However, we have found broken pieces of glass, a rusted drill bit, dust / dirt in corners, families of dead roaches living with us free of rent! There are some lazy dog owners here that don't pick up their animals feces and just leave it on the grass where children play and even on the sidewalks where everybody walks! Again, disgusting!!!

The office staff always set up events for the apt community, maintenance is always on top of getting tasks completed in a timely manner. The amenities are keep up to date. Easy access to schools & shops

The staff is very helpful and courageous. I highly recommend the columns. The buildings are in excellent shape. The ponds are kept clean. The walking paths are in excellent condition. The staff address my concerns quickly. Jimmy is very helpful at addressing my concerns.

Overall we have had a wonderful experience here. Lori helped us get our apartment and her sociable, friendly personality really made our entire moving experience great and less stressful. We have not run into any problems in the community so far. Only minor inconveniences like our neighbors' annoying dogs or we had a musty odor coming from our AC, but that was fixed by the maintenance man. We love the size of the apartment and find it very cute and homey. We do wish the cabinets and drawers in the kitchen had handles or knobs on them. We like taking walks around the pond and feel safe in the community even though the gate doesnt work. We do find it very difficult to get out of the apartment complex onto SR 54, especially with construction. But would hope a traffic light would be added to make pulling out on the road easier.

I have lived here since 2014. I have very little to complain about. The apartment is spacious, the amenities are good and the management and maintenance staff outstanding. Any or most apartments you live in will have some problem. This community has few.

It's been fine. It is not a luxury apartment, but it is ok. The staff are generally friendly and helpful. The appliances in the kitchen are not the highest of quality but they work. It's hit or miss trying to contact someone at the front office, mostly get an automated system to leave a message on for them to call you back.

The rent increases are out of control. Office staff is hit or miss depending on their mood. Rules are not enforced uniformly. Entrance gate stays broken and open so we are paying high rates for a secure gated community that isn't. Community gas grill never has gas in the tank.

Lori was very helpful start to finish with touring and applying. I had a smooth experience getting approved and the units are nice but aren't updated, just regular appliances. They are older buildings so I think the walls must be thicker because this is the only place I've lived in where you don't really hear much of your neighbors while you're in your apartment which is nice. Friendly neighborhood and pretty area inside. There is quite a bit of construction going on right now on that main road so prepare for your car to go over some bumps until it gets finished.

Good and friendly people and experience with the surroundings here. I like how it is pet friendly and very green areas to walk the animals around. I just go to the front office if I have a problem or need something fixed and they do there best to accommodate me. Very nice overall.

I have enjoyed living here, residents are friendly and a relatively quiet complex. I will renew should the rate hike be substantial. The complex is very clean and surrounded by nature, very happy with my time spent here.

Great location to live. Units are simple yet they are nice. The back of the apartment complex is tough to park at night. If you come too late you won't get a spot near your building. Also construction on 54 sucks for location but once that's done it will be great

Cost of rent is too high for what this community offers. Despite charging so much, basic issues such as front gate maintenance and making sure there's enough room in the trash compactor are not adequately addressed. Rent is going up by 20% but they are unable to justify where this money is going. It is not being used to properly care for the community.

I live at The columns apartment for four years. I love the location, love that the stores are walking distance. The area is quite and the grounds are kept clean. The pool area is clean and well kept up.
