So far living at the Columns has been great. The parking could get better in the back. And my neighbor below me kind of sucks LOL but the management and staff are amazing. The property stays clean and beautiful.

So far it has been awesome, but it is only my third day here. Lori in the front office is amazing and super pleasant to work with. Maintenance is very quick and very friendly. The pool and gym are clean

Neighborhood is quiet and clean. Staff is efficient, friendly and courteous. Ongoing construction on main road is a bit of nuisance and noisy at times but there are many conveniences located in the area including grocery and pharmacy and Home Depot.

The community is very friendly, clean and quiet. The maintenance staff is very kind and helpful. The apartments are nice, spacious and well maintained. The neighbors are friendly. Due to COVID-19 many things change but the office staff is always available to help and emails are answered quickly along with any maintenance requests.

This community is very quiet and well kept. Ongoing Construction to improve the major roadway will make this an even better place in the future. Residents are nice. Pest control is very good and have not noticed any bugs.

It's a nice community except you can hear the noise from the family living on the second floor. I can also hear at times the music and talking by my bedroom wall. I have to turn the radio on to avoid the noise. My bedroom window is by four air units that make noise which was hard at first but now I got use to it. The sound proof is not the best!

I felt very at home in my apartment but one maintenance gentleman was very rude. Other than that it was quiet, the grass was cut, parking was a challenge but manageable. Dog park small but there. The gate was always open so I never needed my card.

Thus far I would have to rate this complex as a 3 out of 5 only because of the poor service of one of their office staff and some inconsistencies that I was told before signing a lease. That's all thanks

Overall spacious apartment and the best screen porch you will find, love the way the entrance opens onto the screen porch. Overall decent pricing for the space, however I wish the grounds and apartments were kept up a little nicer. I feel the kitchen appliances could use an update. Sometimes there are unfavorable neighbors. You can definitely hear some conversation, babies crying, snoring,Music, etc. from your neighbors. Maintenance staff is extremely courteous and helpful, as is the office, they just need to do a better job of taking more pride in the outward appearance and landscaping And I wish neighbors were more courteous of others.

Really nice property. The apartment is spacious and the bedrooms in this 2 bedroom unit are on opposite sides, providing a lot of privacy. The grouds are kept clean, and if you have any problems, they fix them as quickly as possible. Either same day or next. This is definitely a great place to live!

The community is very nice and feels safe when I'm walking around at night or during the day. I like the grounds and landscaping. I wish there was a bit more parking, but I haven't had an issue getting a spot yet. My unit needed some light cleaning when I moved in, but overall not bad.

Very loud neighbors!! Dog poop everywhere, management does not hold neighbors accoutable, its like living in a dorm with weed smokers, loud music blasting late at night. Have complained several times to management and they dont do anything. Not worth the headache, stay away!!

Lori the leasing agent is an absolute doll. She assisted with anything and everything we may have needed. The apartment was clean and everything was working properly upon arrival. I have nothing bad to say about my experience so far

Front office staff were good, but the tenants made living here a terrible experience! Weed smoking, dog poop everywhere because community does not enforce those with dogs to pick up after their dogs. Loud neighbors made it feel like living in a dorm. Could not wait to leave this place!!

Is family friendly. The staff is very respectful to us and take care of every need , I recommend this apartments to anyone, is close to so many places that is easy to shop when need it on a busy day .

My experience at the Columns at Cypress Point has been great. Friendly staff, quite community and good location. Laundry on site and in the unit. Pet friendly and nice neighbors with lots of kids to play with.

Easy move in process with the help of great office staff, beautiful spacious one bedroom apartment with lots of closet space, and a very sunny community pool! The Fitness center keeps us motivated to work out everyday and the laundry room is very accessible and easy to use. The apartments do have hookups for a washer and dryer if you prefer to do laundry at home as well! And it is also pet friendly!! Such a lovely place to make your home.

I like the staff really nice, always trying to help you. Not all the neighbors are nice, specially the one from downstairs, that doesn't understand kids life. We like the walks and the scenes and the birds you see while walking. My kids are very happy that have space to run. The play ground could be better.

Lori at the office is great. She is professional, and answered all my question's, the pool and club house are beautiful and well maintained. There is ample parking and the landscaping is very nice, I recommend the Columns to everyone

I am happy at my new community. It is quiet. I had one issue with a neighbor up stairs who was making noise and it was addressed and I no longer have an issue. Before this quarantine, I was working extended hours and not able to be home much so this time will give me an opportunity to enjoy the apartment although the common areas are all closed at the moment. If I were to make any recommendations, I would say we could use some better care in the area of landscaping and gardening, also some more enforcement of residents not picking up after their pets, this can possible be mitigated with the installation of extra poop trash cans. There has also been a lamppost knocked down in the rear parking area of the complex since I moved in on January 31st. other than that, I like the general layout of the community, there is ample parking, lots of grass and space in between buildings, fair pricing for the location and size of apartment, friendly staff, and clean amenities including the leasing office, pool, fitness center, and laundry. The few neighbors I have met seem friendly.

Landscape is nice but the dog poop takes away from it. I seen cars parked in the lot that hasn't moved in 3 months but my trailer was tagged to get towed. The lighting could be a little bit better around.

This community has plenty to offer. I live on the third floor of this complex and have an amazing view of the pond and fountain from my spacious front screened in patio. Not just that but as a fishing enthusiast, if I want to just cast a few times and not go anywhere the pond has plenty of decent sized fish in it. The tennis court is right by my parking space and frequent the court. The swimming pool is well maintained and although I've never used it, the grill at the pool looks very large and perfect for a party.
