I throughly believe the maintenance staff doesn't know what they're doing. And I have no idea what they do all throughout the day considering a lot of issues still remain unfixed. Also parking in front of your building (especially if you have a newborn) is damn near impossible. And must park blocks away.

The community is safe, quiet and beautiful! The staff is absolutely amazing and will help make the move in process easy and painless. The apartments are spacious and updated. I feel like I'm living in luxury! This actually feels like home and a place I could stay for years to come.

Great community the staff keeps it maintained and beautiful. Staff is friendly quick and prompt. Pool and office are beautiful. Computer room easy to access and print if you need. Inside of the apartments well kept as well.

Buildings old, mildew smell, not very clean surroundings, was flooded by the upstairs inhabitants 3 times yet the upstairs apt was the one that got new carpeting. Continuous issues (entrance lite out again, that would be third time).

Straight to the point! Staff and management are terrible, they care about the residents. 2. Parking sucks, you have to park two buildings away from yours to find a parking spot, and walk. 3. The disable parking don't matter because it's not in force by management or the so called courtesy officer. 4. Maintenance sucks, we put in so many work orders to get our oven fix it's been more than a month now still nothing yet.

I enjoy the staff and the environment. It is very family-friendly. It is pet-friendly. I love the amenities. The only area I see that can be improved, is the quality of the playground. The kids playground is very old, and could use some maintenance work.

Move-in experience was very disorganized and unprofessional. Apartments are nice, but office staff don't have their act together and much drama in office. Apartment was clean but needed repairs. Major leak in bathroom that flooded downstairs neighbor, leaky fridge. Otherwise quiet safe community.

I really love the location. Tampa is accessible as well as many activities. Wesley chapel is a growing area with lots of amenities. Publix is right down the street and plus we are off the coast so we don't have to worry about storm surge during hurricanes. This complex is quite relaxed my neighbors are quiet and considerate and the office staff is friendly and helpful.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating as I needed to move and relocate from the Midwest on short notice. The process was simple to complete and the staff helped in any way they could. The apartment needed a quick cleanup after not being occupied for a little while but was generally very clean and in good shape. Appliances were spotless and in good working order.

It's great! We moved in it was quick and easy! Everyone has been so kind! Looking forward to spending some time here!! The grill was great to make hot dogs! Pool nice and clean! And of course the gym was enough motivation to keep ya moving!

Overall it is a very nice community. The staff is mostly friendly (office and maintenance). I have a 2 bedroom one bath right next a small park, which is convenient. It has dog stations with bags and trash but the community people themselves are terrible at cleaning up after themselves and its too hard for the staff to place blame on who is doing it.

Rent is too high I was paying $1000 a month for a 2nd floor 1 bedroom apartment. I lived there for 2 years unfortunately I didn't renew my lease don't just take my word for it see for yourself I wish you the best in your apartment search.

Good place to leave. The staff are very helpfull. The areas are in goid shape. Lot of parking. The apartments are beautiful and very spacious. No boices on the nigth. The pool, laundry and gym are decent.

Overall wonderful. No complaints. Staff is excellent. Residents are peaceful. Very clean. Maintenance is always on it. You see someone around the complex every day. They respond within hours... Very very pleased with this community.

I've only been here two weeks. I have nothing to add at the moment in time. The staff has been great. The apartment is fine besides the issue with the air conditioner and the clogged drain in the bathroom.
