The first two years living here was Ok for the amout i was paying. Then the rent increased tremendously to not have a garage or assigned parking and majority of the time the gate isnt closed. I don't feel it's worth the amount if rent I pay. Also the hallways always smell like animal urine. I feel like I'm paying top dollar for an low income environment.

I am a single mother with two children and I feel safe and comfortable in this community. The staff members are all very helpful and are prompt to resolve any maintenance issues. The schools for which this community is zoned are wonderful. I would recommend this community!

I honestly would not recommend this apartment to anyone. If I did, it would be with bad intentions. First of all they charge you for everything- water, sewage, trash, renter's insurance, and pest control. They even charge you for letting the utility company set up and bill you. It's not just a one time fee either, It's monthly. They also charge you money to run your background check. Don't even get me started on the amenities. They make everything sound so good; resort style pool, designer brand appliances, state of the art gym. All lies! The oven isn't even digital. I keep leaving it on after I cook something because I can't just press cancel and there is no timer to remind me so my food burns occasionally. The gym is incredibly small and the pool is tiny. They have a Tennis court no one ever uses because it would make too much noise and that would tie into their restrictions. They pride themselves on quick service but the gate is down and they still have not fixed it yet. It's been 2 weeks. Overall this place has costed me 1700 dollars on fees alone over the period of 6 months that I've been here. Oh yeah and one more thing. Bring your own ceiling fan. They don't give you that either. There isn't even a light fixture in the bedroom.

Maintenance helpful residents do not observe community rules I.e. speed in park visitors at pool children going into pool before parents arrive disregard if u speak to them smoking eating not cleaning after themselves. I've stopped going to pool until school starts to see if different. Resident over speed on park. No coursety to others watching speed don't watch for others pulling or leaving parking spot. These ate normal bit one day a child or an older resident will be hit by a car expired tags. Kids with attitude being supervised but not corrected

Enjoy living here. It is convenient to my work and the places I need to be. It is in a country setting but close enough to the city/airport to work. The grounds are attractive and the pool is a great meeting place.

Still trying to get used to apartment life- other tenants don't seem to care about leaving/throwing garbage anywhere. It bothers me that i care so much and they don't. The staff here has always been respectful, personable, and kind. The community is clean and quiet, and I have enjoyed living here. As a pet owner, it was refreshing to be able to find a great apartment that allowed my dog and that provided pet waste stations and treated yards.

Staff, very professional. Any maintenance issues are handled right away. The grounds are well kept, noise level extremely low. Parking is never an issue, and your vehicle is safe. Excellent community, and I definitely recommend it! Two thumbs up!

I would not recommend this place to anyone. The front office staff is not good, they have been trained well on deceiving people. They blame everything on corporate, but in reality, they are just hear to get a paycheck and don't want to be bothered. The grounds are not kept, there is way more weeds than grass. Stairwells are not kept clean. If you look at all the managers responses to reviews, they all say "thank you we appreciate it". That says a lot about the manager.

This is me and my boyfriends first apartment. We have now been living at The Columns for 6 months. Although these apartments were at the top of our budget, the following definetly makes this first time experience wrth it. We have had a few maintenance issues while living here (these things happen from time to time). The Staff have been very good about fixing and following up with each matter. The grounds are kept up with very well. The neighborhood, itself is safe. Lastly, its the staff that keep this place clean, enjoyable, and homey. This has been a very enjoable experience for us.

My experience has been very good. I like the management team as well. They are very quick to respond. However, out a/c has broken many times and the rent increases more and more at each renewal. If the rent didn't continue to increase so steeply we would more likely stay longer. Thanks.

Generally good. People are friendly, staff (Especially Laci) are excellent. Chief complaints: no recycling, the gate works intermittently (and often is closed when it should be open), and no hot tub at the community pool. If these were fixed, I might stay forever.

I've been here since summer of 2012 and I love it with the exception of parking. I think there should be assigned parking.(1 assigned to each apartment in front of your building and the rest open). I don't think it's cool to pay rent somewhere and can't even Park in front of my unit. Sometimes I have to park 2 buildings down and carry my kids up 3 flights of stairs if they fall asleep.

This Place is Beautiful the management staff is great and the maintenance is fast and efficient most problems taken care of the same day you report them a miss. When you call to report a problem the staff always answers with a upbeat voice and never acts as if you was bothering them. The Rent is fairly priced and I feel safe living here

This will be the 3Rd year living in this community. Th staff has answered my concerns in a timely and professional manner I have referred the community a nice and safe place to live. Convenient to all highway, stores, malls even the library. My only issue I had was a neighbor above me I could sometime hear them walking hard and moving items across the floor and when their washer tub went out of place making alot of noise when spinning. Othe rise the community is quiet. Again I would refer here to friends and family. Niceeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee.
