Its a great community except the fact that ppl have dogs they dobt put on a leash still and my 2 yr old son gets so scared. There needs to be a way for ppl to follow the rule or shall i say law on having pets on a leash. Just as children are not allowed to play inside the tennis court its only for tennis, well ppl that have pets should follow rules.

I have been a resident here for 7 months. The office staff is friendly and accommodating. The facility is very well taken care of. There is plenty of parking to go around for residents and guests. If you should have a maint. Concern one call and consider it done. The maint. Crew is knowledgeable, neat and clean. The club house is beautiful. The laundry room is spotless and the machines are very efficient. They give back to the community by offering different social gatherings through out the year. The pool is clean and always plenty of chairs. Great place to live.

We have really enjoyed living at The Columns at Cypress Point. Office & maintenance staff are pleasant & helpful. Beyond the nice apartments with high ceilings, nice wall colors, walk in closets, garden tubs, and nice screened patios, we love the atmosphere. We enjoy seeing other dog owners as we walk our dog. The staff put on fun activities, as well. We've lived here for 6 years, and we're grateful to have found such a nice apartment.

My Husband and I chose this community to live in when looking for a new place to live. The Management has ALWAYS addressed problems and found solutions to nake things better. Any Maintenance issues are taken care of immediately. It is a nice place to live

I loved this community when I moved in and there are many great things still. However, I've found that the grounds are not maintained like they used to be. The exterior of the buildings looks poor as paint is fading or moldy looking. Also there is lots of trash all over the grounds. I'm pretty sure they used to have someone that went around to pickup trash but now that never happens. Also, when I transferred to a bigger apartment it was not turned very well. The carpet should have been replaced it is was merely cleaned. They only did touch up paint which doesn't really match in all the spots. The part that is still going strong is that they have a nice, polite, friendly staff. (And they finally updated the gym equipment which was well over due.)

Its a nice place to live any problems Ive had have been taken care right away. The nose of the people above with the slamming of the doors could be stopped if the outside door was not spring loaded of if they person would just be considerate and close it properly

I like the location of this complex. From our complex it is easy to get to other locations in the area, they have a good office personnel and the maintenance crew always takes care of any problem reported in a timely manner.

Apartments are nice. The grounds are a mess. Trash in hallways. Pool area is nice, but rules are not abided. Too many people who don't live there. Cranking up the stereo and really don't care about anyone watching their kids.

My overall experience has been very well..there are at times noise issues from neighbors below but not to often and usually it is video games and music extremely loud and usually on a school break..95% of the time I am totally satisfied. Very happy with apartment and the grounds and upkeep. The noise from the upstairs neighbors is very bad..all hours of the night. We need to get a stop light put in at the front of the complex, the traffic is bad, it is hard to get out.. Other than that i am real happy with the apartment.

I've only been here for a month now, but so far so good. The apartments are nice and quiet and the staff is efficient and friendly. The maintenance crews are friendly and definitely do a great job and the apartments grounds mostly look clean and orderly.

This place suuuuuckkkssss. Cant wait to move pit of here. Youre paying all this money for the luxury name on their sign but really its a dump. Outside lights dont get fixed when they go out. Trash dumpster is disgusting always have trash overflowing outside. Staff are verrryyy rude and will pick fights with you!!!!! DONT MOVE HERE!!!!

I moved just a few months ago and the experience has been ok. The buildings are going through renovations, which I greatly appreciate, and would love to to see the kitchen to be renovated also. The appliances are outdated and in need of upgrade, specially the stove. One thing that truly concerns me is that I think the management is allowing the construction workers to stay in the vacant apartments overnight and you can see them loitering in the hallways and stairways. One night I came late from work and was frighten out of my wits when one of the workers step out of the shadows behind the stairs. I live in the 3rd floor and I know the apartment next door has been vacant for months and now I see the workers coming in and out at all hours from that apartment. You can hear the spanish music, slamming of doors, etc and the high traffic of people coming in and out. If this situation does not change in the near future, I won't be renewing my lease.

Where to start. Let's see.. We'll start with the gym. Every summer, the air is "broken and we're waiting on a part." That's what you will be told by the staff if you inquire why the gym is so hot, when a gym should actually be cooler than the room where everyone sits all day. A hot environment in which people are sweating is probably breeding plenty of bacteria. Then there is the smell of that sweat and bacteria that looms in your nostrils as you're trying to shed a pound. The elliptical continues to squeak and squawk, a problem which has been an issue for literally YEARS. Never once has the equipment been upgraded or changed out since I've lived here, or even MOVED to be cleaned. One last problem I have with the gym is the fact that there is a hand sanitizer dispenser but never any HAND SANITIZER!!!! Is this really a complicated task to fulfill when you have three women in the office staff and three men in the maintenance staff. Is it just because, despite most of you living on property, you never go to the gym? I thought you were supposed to maintain the entire property, not just the areas that you use. Speaking of amenities and additives that we pay for, the gate is non-functional at least 75% of the year. It's open Monday-Friday and broken on the weekends. Thank you for upgrading the buildings with a paint job! Except the fact that the cheap laborers you hire are drinking beer on the job while operating heavy equipment with no safety gear. What about the mess they leave for the entire duration that they work, even during after hours. See the pictures below, they speak for themselves. Gasoline cans full of gas, open containers of paint and paint thinners, ladders and coolers (let's open up and see if we can get a free beer!) left in our lawns (easily accessible by your adventurous children). Speaking of our lawns, let's talk about the favorite topic amongst us residents. The hundreds of piles of dog excrement awaiting to invade your nostrils and stick to your shoes and offend your eyes. This, just like all the other problems with this property, could be fixed with a little initiative from management. Shame on you, Nicky. Take a walk, you live here after all. Look around and see how badly you are failing this place. For you prospective residents, why don't you ask about the dog poop on your tour of the property with the lovely ladies of the office staff! :)

Hi, I honestly have to say that my only issue was the parking and I brought my point of it to the office and it was resolve immediatly wich I trully do appreciate and will always be thankful for the prompt attention. The staff since I walked into the office to just look at the apartments everyone was friendly and professional. The units are beautiful, the grounds are well kept and the ground keepers are very nice helpfull people even the guys that help paint around the units. I don't have issues with noise or loud music or the people above or below me. Is honestly very quiet. Is a beautiful place to live in. I believe those who complaint about any issues, When you have a good approach you get great results. No place is ever perfect. As a tenant if you throw stuff around the grounds and don't pick up after yourself you cant blame everyone for others wrong doing. I moved from out of state and this is the first place I lived in and I am very happy with my decision and would recomend to others. Joy is a sweet heart. She is very professional, friendly and always tries to make you happy.

I have lived in the Columns for almost 8 months and have never had any issues as described by the previous posts. The apartment is very spacious, the front lania is an added bonus. Usually the lanai is out back. Have never had a problem with the other tenants in my building. The parking is what it is, we live in an apartment community. Unless they assign spots, we have to park where there is an open spot. No complaints from building 4554.

DO NOT MOVE HERE. The staff is all nice when trying to move you in, but once you do watch out. They will just walk in your home uninvited. It happened TWICE one time as I was getting out of the shower! Also I have a motorized scooter that I have had on my pourch for months now. And because I was unable to move it at 9am, after working night shift, they put a warning that I will get a 7 day notice if I do not move it immediately, stating that they have told us multiple times to move it, when no such thing has happened. This is by far the worst place you could live here in Wesley Chapel. You get what you pay for. The most rude staff you can imagine.
