Do NOT rent from this place. They are NOT tenant friendly. We're a hard working, professional family and all we want to do is live peacefully. We were placed into an apartment over someone who had a recording studio below us and it would literally rattle our floors and dishes with sub-woofers and bass lines sometimes until 4:30am!!! Sometimes we would never sleep during the night. We called the sheriff at least 10 times in 15 days and spoke with the office, and nothing has been done. I even spoke with the regional manager, Jeff Martin, and he wouldn't even give us the courtesy of letting us get out of the lease. He said we would be charged $2,100 to break the lease early. ABSOLUTELY NO COMPASSION!!! They also offered us another apartment (they would waive the fees- how generous) but we would have to move everything ourselves (my husband's back is out due to all this stress and can't lift anything) . They wouldn't even give us a discount on the next month's rent to hire someone to move us!! To their credit, they are going through the process of evicting them, but this can take months and they gave us $100 off this month's rent - for which I'm thankful for, but doesn't help our sleep deprivation. Our business and work life is severely taxed because of this. We are so sleep deprived and we have not been helped. All we get is "My hands are tied". BULLoney!! They could give us a discount to move to another apartment so we can pay someone to help us or let us out of the lease and not still demand $2,100. This is not our fault and we shouldn't have to suffer, but sadly, we are. STAY AWAY! They are NOT tenant friendly. They might offer an inexpensive entrance to move in, but DON'T BE FOOLED, they don't care. You have no advocate if something should go wrong. Visit their Facebook page and read the comments there. I am not the only one.

Pros- these apartments are VERY spacious with tons of closet space, beautiful garden tubs, and a huge screened in patio, the property is fairly quiet, parking is never an issue, the grounds are well maintained, the pool is kept pretty clean, and the new maintenance team is awesome. Cons- the stairwells/breezeways of the buildings are never cleaned, people don't clean up their dogs' poop (and they even let them do it in the children's playground), the gate is usually left open (even overnight), there are fire ants constantly crawling the pool deck (so prepare to get bitten frequently while out there), and packages go straight to the office, so good luck ever trying to pick them up if you work a 9 to 5. And the rent increases by about $60 every year?at least for a 2-bedroom, which is what I had. I lived there for 3 years, so the apartment became a little costly for me. There's more that I could say, but overall I had a pretty good experience living there and I'd recommend it to others.

Everyone in the office is very nice but as far as repair goes, EVERYTHING gets put on the back burner. My apartment is my home and I want to live some where nice so if they do their part and I do mine everyone benefits. But it should not take more than 2 weeks to get simple tasks done. I understand they only have a few guys and lots of problems to take care of but that does not mean mine should not get taking care of even if it's a little concern. I love my apartment but service should definitely improve.

No far not a good experience with an electrical problem I was having. The maintenance people were not forth coming and I always call for status. An electrician should have been contacted over a week ago.

I like the well organized arrangement, clean facilities, orderly community. My daughter was here before and I liked the gated community aspect of these apartments. I moved in from a Home I owned for 21 years and now sold the property. So I'm used to privacy and wanted as close that privacy I was used to.

Very kid friendly, very positive vibe. All of my neighbors are nice. Feces are actually picked up by parties responsible in selected dog areas which is amazing. Only down side are the abundance of roaches. They were seen before I could even take one step into my new home. I called the front desk and explained and the exterminator was on site within 48 hours.

The apartments are nice for the most part. The staff is friendly. The grounds are kept clean. The kitchens are outdated and need to be renovated for the price and location! Better background check on residents and maintenance staff need to be performed!

Office staff was very nice and helpful. We got in very quick and they made the process very enjoyable. We felt at home from the moment we walked in! The apartments are very clean and quite. Very peaceful relaxing place to live.

It started out great and declined quickly. The gate constantly not working is a big issue for me and concerns my feel for safety. The amount of times in the past year that police have had to come into the community worries me about the neighbors that live there and draws negative attention.

Great staff, they make us feel welcomed and do their best to get to know us. However, everyday is a hassle to enter/exit the main entrance. There is very heavy traffic and not enough lighting at night.

Quiet, screened porch is a great asset, Love the view of the pond, office staff is great, pool is clean, neighborhood is safe, lots of things within walking distance, nice playground, parking is never a problem

Just moved in 1 week ago and so far i am impressed! The office staff are very nice. Lori is very nice and helpful.. I had minor issues with my apartment when i moved in such as needing new stove pans and a drip in my sink. Maintenance came the same day and fixed the minor problems. Doug the maintenance supervisor and Rey are very nice when they come into your home they say hello and they do their job!

It's not the greatest, but its a place to live I think that the water, sewer, etc should be included with the rent ... The property could be cleaner and stock for pet use staff is friendly but doesn't always answer the phone and its hard to get anything taken care of

This complex is a very beautiful place to live. The maintenance crew are quick to respond to problems and if the can not they do provide a proper time frame. The only slight down side is when trying to leave the complex to head into work or to go anywhere; the main entrance access leads on to a extremely busy main road.

Apartment has really thin walls and you can hear anything a neighbor does for the most part, so pray for good neighbors. Other than that it's not bad. Office staff is alright, maintenance staff is amazing. Apartment is pretty clean over all and safe feeling so can't complain about that.

Loud neighbors, parties, smell pot, no one cleans up after pets, and office is frequently closed during business hours. Complaints to the office about disruptive neighbors do not good. No lightening in back of the complex parking areas.

Just moved in, apartments are clean and nice inside. The gate is currently broken and needs to be fixed as son as possible. They are close to many stores. The pool is nice. The gym is nice. I haven't used all the facilities yet because I just moved in.
