Decent, but too pricey for location/area. Until 54 is widened, it will be too inconvenient for me to continue living here. The entrance gates haven't worked most of my stay here which doesn't make me feel safe. The rent is too high. When I called the first time about neighbors upstairs I was told it was "Part of apartment living." Not an acceptable answer.

I had a wonderful experience, the staff was very friendly polite and they showing all around the computer room, pool, work out room gym, the apartment they show was clean, I was very happy with the bathtub, walkin closet , kitchen and black appliance and patio. Just the stairway need to be Powerwasher .

I really like this community. The apartments are so nice, the community is safe, quiet and the other tenants are nice and respectful. The only noise I hear is from very young children upstairs, which is not a big deal as they are children and little kids are going to sometimes run and jump or fall inside.

Overall most people are civil , respectful . There are people that have dog faces but you have them everywhere. Neighbors are not really neighborly and at times especially at emergencies make themselves unknown . I could die here and not be found until I start stinking .

This complex was recommended by a few co-workers. Overall, it is very quiet and typically safe. There is ample parking but could use more handicapped spaces. Maintenance requests are handled promptly.

So far so good. Because pets are allowed, the barking can be annoying. I also wish the security gate was activated - it almost never is. It's one of the reasons I chose this community. The exit gate is d k ways open. The staff is friendly and the maintenance crew are great.

Good clean place to live. No noise and no crappy neighbors. Trash and recycle are very easy to use and clean. Only bad part is the traffic on 54 when you are trying to leave and maybe they should install a light. Other then that there are no issues at all.

I moved into a two bedroom apt and now I live in a three bedroom. Property is kept up. Office personal is friendly. The often have get togethers at the club house for everyone to mingle/watch movies with the kids. I have had no issues while living here.

The community is clearn and well kept. Maintance is on time and completes work in a timely manner. Staff puts you on notice wregarding any chances and keeps you up to date on current resident information. I would recommend friends to move in.

the office staff is def. not welcoming, all I get from them is abrupt annoyance either when I call or stop by the office. large roaches coming out of the tubes and AC output, AC stopped working over the weekend after 2 weeks in.so far the apt is fine besides the noise above

When I first moved into the columns I loved it. The community was very family oriented and clean. They no longer any monthly family events, they raise the rent to the max every year and do not throw in any incentives like they use to for any renewals. The new people coming in now look like criminals and I am looking forward to my lease being up.

The apartments are truly beautiful and spacious. I moved in because there is a lot to do in the vicinity of the apartments. I am really startled to read the comments saying the staff is friendly, because they are...until you move in! This past Thursday I was in the office to ask a question about my apartment. Lacy helped me and as I was leaving halfway I turned around and on the way back to her I hear her say "She does not listen, every time she comes in I have to answer stupid questions". As if she that was not professional enough, she was talking to the manager! Talk about professionalism! My neighbor says she recently had a bad customer service experience as well with her. Good thing you can input your service order online and not speak with her. Beautiful apartments just make sure to expect horrible customer from the managers AFTER you move in.

Easy move in process & any issues were immediately fixed. Very kid and pet friendly, love having access to the pool & playground for the kids. Apartment complex is in a great location near the grocery store and not too far away from other shopping, makes it a very convenient location.

The apartments are new and very updated. I love my unit. It is likely that I will renew my lease as long as my rent isn't increased beyond what I can afford. The office staff are super friendly and very willing to listen and help solve issues. Haven't had to use the maintenance staff very often but when I have they've been prompt. Overall, Cypress Creek is a great place to live.

The apartment complex is pretty nice. The pool is amazing and the workout room is good. The gate has been broken since I got here and they are currently fixing it. It is a gated community, but I often see people enter and leave by the library area which is not gated. I have nothing against the apartment complex. The only issue is noise. Maybe the construction of the building makes it travel funny. I would not recommend this apartment complex to anyone because there is a good chance that they may get noise complaints or bad neighbors. Also, it is not recommended for people to talk to each other to solve problems when it comes to noise. I know when I live in an area, I like to make friends with people and make it feel like a home. I fear that many neighbors will not be talking to each other because whenever there is an issue they have to tell the front office. The bad thing is that if the neighbors are wrong about the person or the office handles it wrong, it will only make the people enemies or not like each other. In my opinion, this makes the office choose who is right and who is wrong. Sadly in my case, the wrong person seems to be right. I cannot think of a good way to investigate noise complaints. There are reviews where people ignore the noise and others who do not. I will admit to hearing noise all around me, but it is not at a level that I think is worthy of complaining.

My only complaint is the noise that I hear in my apartment from other units. My upstairs neighbor has about six kids constantly running the length of the apartment from sun up to sun down, I have complained but I realize since these ar small kids, it will never change. Another neightbor has an obnoxious barking dog.

Very nice community overall. Love fishing the ponds, the pool is excellent. I wish there was more parking and that there were better options available for paying rent, but pretty satisfied with the complex as a whole. The only other critique I would have would be the fact that unless your phone has a certain area code, you cannot let your guests in via the keypad by the gate

The maintenance staff is great and very dependable. The office staff has become more professional and organized. The noise level depends who lives around you. I would request to see apartment that you are going to move into, before you agree to move into it to inspect it.
