I love living here, it is home. The staff makes it wonderful they are all so great and accommodating. When you talk to any of them they make you feel like a friend and not just some person living there. You can tell the staff takes pride in everything they do. PARKING SUCKSSSS, ESPECIALLY IF YOUR NEIGHBOURS HAVE A CRAP LOAD OF PEOPLE LIVING WITH THEM, THAT FAMILY ALONE TAKES UP THE WHOLE SPACE!!!!, I JUST PARKED AROUND THE CORNER. IT SHOULD BE IF YOU HAVE EXTRA CARS THEN HAVE A VISITOR PARKING SPOT ETC.... CANT WAIT TO MOVE DUE TO PARKING

The apartment is great, location awesome, we have the best view of the lake, neighbors all friendly, grounds kept up nicely. We had almost given up finding a suitable dog friendly apartment in the area until we stumbled onto The Columns. So glad we did!! would recommend it highly.

The staff and everybody here are great. The apartments themselves are not luxurious as they put them to be. The carpet is basic and feels as such, the kitchens are small with minimal cabinet space. The building construction is cheap, I can hear almost every step of my neighbors upstairs who have children and when their kids jump around it shakes my couch. The shower heads are cheap and dirty, I replaced mine the second day. The countertops and cabinets are cheap and basic. The people here are good so far, no complaints. Many people have dogs around here, as do I, and there are dog waste baskets and bags available throughout the property. While they offer short term leases they will screw you on the rent, I am paying a 60% premium on the rent because I only need a place to stay for 3 months.

The units are in nice condition and are spacious, and represent a fairly good deal for the rent. I'm glad that pets are allowed, and the complex has a lot of pet potty stations conveniently located on the grounds. The ponds are scenic, and give the complex some flair.

It's been horrible, there's no peace here. If you have a maintenance issue they'll "pretend" to fix it over and over again.not worth the money you have to n pay, and all the fees they don't tell you about when. You sign your lease, or the 100 rules..ridiculous

We have been here for four years and love it. Rental office staff is kind and courteous. If you have any problems they fix them immediately. property manager Jessica Valone is on top of everything. Leasing agent Midge is always on point with everything as well as assistant Steven Padgett. Property grounds are always clea as well as all amenities. I will never move unless they are no longer working here. On a side note maintenance is always on point with all calls. I would recommend and have recommended friends family and anyone looking for a great place to live with wonderful people not only in office but in the community as well.

Everything in this community is impressive, and well worth the price. The apartments have a pool, a grill, a tennis area, and a playground for kids. They also have a 24 hour gym which is a plus because I work very non-traditional hours. Everything is kept neat and clean and the neighborhood is quiet. The staff is extremely nice and very helpful. Everything is taken care of in a quick manner. I would recommend these apartments to anyone.

I really do love my apartment. The location of my apartment and the view are breathtakingly beautiful. It is mostly the management and staff that I see that needs some adjustment and/or customer service training.

I enjoy living here. Grounds are kept up and maintenance request are taken caree of in a timely manner. I think that people who have lived here long term should get a break on renewals. The renewal fees are high.

I relocated from Indiana and was given a list of apts to check out. I was impressed by the landscaping, which is kept beautiful, the amenities, but mostly the kindness I was shown by the staff. The staff were wonderful! I feel safe and it's quiet.

From the moment I called this community I have been treated with the utmost care!!!! Wasn't hard to pick this apartment for my new home. I moved in with ease and have been MORE than pleased with my experience so far! The community is very well taken care of, the apartments are quiet (really can't hear much aside from a few dogs here or there), all of the office and maintenance staff are extremely helpful, prompt and friendly, and even the other residents seem to fit the same "super friendly, good people" vibe. I cannot say enough about this community! My ONLY complaint I had when moving in was that the carpet was super worn, should have been replaced. But as soon as I mentioned this to the staff, they were up the very next day with a team to assess and make sure I was taken care of. If you're looking for a new place to call home, this apartment community should be TOP on your list!

I love living here. I just wish other residents would learn to pick up after their dogs and pay attention to the emails we send out to them. Especially about the garbage situation now during hurricane Irma. Garbage is all in front of trash compactor.

I have had a very pleaseant experience at this community. Everything is nice and clean. You can hear the other apartments when the television is off. I have had to call mantenaine twice and they responding quickly and fixed the problem without hesitation.

The grounds are kept very nice. Office staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Extremely nice place to live. Being an older tenant, I am completely happy with the surroundings and having a library within walking distance is a plus. Grocery store only a block away along with some eateries, etc.

I was very impress with the location of the Columns at Cypress Point. The lawns are manicured and the trees are well trimmed. I was amazed to find that not only did it have great tenants and a wonderful staff but it near the major highways and shopping.

I have to say that if it wasn't for the current staff, my husband and I would have probably been gone. The apartments are very spacious, the grounds are clean and safe. Before the new staff came in it seemed like some things were getting done but not how it is now. Everyone seems to be happier and in a great mood. It seems like we are all family and we can really depend on the office for all our needs. I have to say that I wish other residents was more concerned with the grounds, because people blame the management for the gate being fixed but people keep running into it. I have witnessed people not having their swipe card or not dialing to get in the gate so they race in through the exit gate. Last but not least people should do better with their trash instead of throwing it all over the entrance. We pay for trash so it only makes sense to put the trash in the trash receptacle It makes no sense at all, to complain about something when people aren't doing their part to keep our property safe and clean. Thank you to the current manager, for all her help...we really appreciate it and hope you will be here to stay.

The employees seem to take pride in their job. Had an issue with the cooling of the apartment and from when I brought it to their attention someone was in the apartment and took care of the problem. The staff at the office are always friendly. Glad decided to move here.
