I moved in a week ago and have loved my experience so far. The staff has been friendly and available whenever I have a question or a concern. The view from my apartment is beautiful and I love that the fountains light up at night. The few people I have met have been very nice and helpful. I am happy to call this my first apartment!

Two of the three ladies in the office are rude, condescending, and borderline incompetent. We received a "noise complaint violation" because our small children were, get this, being kids! And it wasn't even during the designated "quiet time hours" (which are a joke anyway. 10pm to 10am?!?! Really? Maybe they should notify the landscapers about this, because they start a few hours before 10am). Apparently, walking around inside your own appartment is considered a noise violation offense (if your neighbor doesn't like you and complains enough) because the construction is so cheap. Yes, we heard people slamming their doors all the time. Yes, we heard the neighbors upstairs getting ready for work pretty much every day. Yes, we heard neighbors on all sides yelling quite often. Did we ever complain? No. Because we understand it is all a part of appartment living. Apparently the ladies in the office can't grasp this concept. The only bright point about this place is the maintenance crew. They are very friendly and on top of their game!

The apartments are very clean, and updated. good location, and safe community. Safe for children and the whole family. I enjoyed the quietness of this community a lot; sometimes I asked myself is there any children living in the neiborhood.

Our experience with this property has been rocky but only because of our neighbors. The office staff is great and they do what they need to do to keep their tenants happy. I wish our neighbors were a little more courteous but it is what it is. Lacy and Sandra are the bomb.com...I love them! Great job girls!

My experience at this community has been relatively good. It is a quiet, secure neighborhood with courteous staff members. One thing that is lacking is the sense of community; I have lived there for over two years and have never really felt as if I've belonged. Nice apartment, clean grounds. Too many abandoned cars taking up parking spaces. Walls too thin and noise level gets loud especially in master bedroom that has a wall next to the stairwell. Overall satisfied with the complex and staff here.

The rent increases at each renewal. People get rowdy at the pool which makes it hard for families with young children to enjoy. Maintenance is quick to respond to requests which is nice. Grounds are kept clean aside from stairwells

I am extremely satisfied with the community as a whole. My main complaint is the traffic on SR 54, most of the day it is nearly impossible to turn left. Apartments do not have ceiling fans or lighting in the bedrooms or living rooms, I believe they should.

This apartment complex is absolutely top-notch. I've always been treated very courteously and maintenance is very prompt. The only thing lacking is a heated pool. Noise is at a minimum. Some speeding cars but you'll find that anywhere. A+

Had lots of problems when first moved in about a horrible bug problem knowing in advance when we moved in the importance of my husband living in a clean environment due to his cancer diagnosis & with the prognosis then of a major extensive surgical procedure took well over 6 weeks before we could even unpack all our belongings & had to hire cleaning people to help me & still had the complex cleaning lady come in more than 3 times to try to get all the roach feces out of the apartment. The noise level from up apt above is is very disturbing almost goes on 24 hours a day now understand there are children but the screaming crying & constant stomping or banging is very irritating I haven't said anything up to this point don't want to cause conflict but getting where we can't sleep day or night. The new management has seemed to help with many other issues we have had in past still would like to see things cleaned up a bit on outside & corridor of building some Seems like I am the only one that cleans up the hallways & worries about the mold due to woods in back of complex. We are paying way to much for what we are getting in my opinion. Not sure I would recommend for anyone else

I would like to say that I am happy with my apartment ! There are some minor things that need to be fix but the office staff said that they will take care of thing before the end of today. I specially love my screen porch and the location of the apartment. My apt is in a shady corner, so I can feel the breeze. I can say that overall I will recomend this apt to others. I have been a property manager before I moved back to FL and I was surprised by the process of my application and the service. The application process only took a couple of hrs and I didnt have to provide a ton of paperwork.I did my application online and the process was smooth and quick. If you are looking for great service and a nice community to live, I recomend you to move to The Columns at Cypress Point. You will not be dissapointed. I also would like to Thank the staff, specially Desiree Souza who was my agent.

Very nice people, I love the apartments and everyone is quick to respond when there is anything that needs to be repaired. The stores are nice and close. The only thing I found difficult is trying to get out of here when people are coming home from work. Always wish there was a stop light when I have to go out around that time. Like that it is a gated community.

Sadly we are moving. I have loved the last year here and would stay here Indefinitely if I could. I have some lovely neighbors here and the unit I live in is beautiful. It is light and airy. When I wake up in the morning I can see the Spanish moss on the huge tree across the street waving in the breeze. The sound of children laughing and playing as they go to school and people busy and happy. I cannot say enough wonderful things about my street and my unit. I would also like to take a minute to tell you how much I really liked the management team. Especially Laci Garrett. She has been wonderful to work with. Always available, welcoming, intelligent and a wicked sense of humor. She has been taking care of us from the first day we arrived in Wesley Chapel. Make sure you work with her if you can when you come here. She is amazing and I hope that her employers know what a wonderful person she is and how lucky they are to have her. I am going to miss Cypress Point and if we come back to Florida again to live I will be returning to this place.
