Well maintained and grounds crew great job , rent a bit high, not to sure about eviction notice after one two day missed payment . Gate key ever worked when keys were punched. Other than those reasons satisfactory rated .

The Columns at Cypress point is a very lovely little apartment community just off of the main road, but far enough in that it does not feel attached to the traffic and construction going on in the area. The grounds are maintained well, and the office staff are all a pleasure to work with- able to help with everything you might need! The complex is also very quiet, no overly noisy neighbors- everyone is respectful.

Leasing agent,Lori is very knowledgeable. She works with you to help meet your needs and is personable. The maintenance men are respectable and professional. They work hard with the upkeep of the area and apartments.

Im super pleased about living in the community, quiet and safe. Bus stop for my kids is inside the community which is great, the common areas are always clean and you can enjoy them without any problems

I am just moving in, I don't have any issues outside being thrill to have my own apartment close to my daughter. Everyone at the complex were extremely courteous, pleasant and helpful. I am hoping to live here for many years to come and enjoy the luxury of the pool area.

The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. The common areas such as the pool are always in great condition. Lawn maintenance is done every week and looks nice. The things they need to improve our trash dumpster pickup and the front gate.

These apartments are honestly a great place to live. Prices is great people are nice and the staff is amazing very nice people. Even if you think you might not be able to get for whatever the reason is still come and talk to them and they will work with you and try to help figure things out. Overall great place would recommend to anyone.

As I walked into the leasing office I felt as if I was treated as if I was part of their family. The leasing office team member's name is Lori and she treated me with a warm welcome, a sincere description of what was ask for to apply, and a nice friendly tour of the apartment. I felt so at home I applied immediately and I'm still having great experiences at the property with the neighbors and staff. It's a great place to call home.

Easy application process! We walked in and they were able to show us around the community. They allowed us to apply on the spot! Every communication we have had with the office and staff has been very friendly and professional! It's a great place to call home.

We've only been in a week but the office staff. Lori in particular has been fantastic from my first call to the complex. This is a temporary move while our home is built and has been stressful for us, but Lori has made this portion of our transition a breeze. The pool is nice and it's a quiet place thus far.

I think the office staff is great. Lori is the one I have spoken to most, wonderful lady. Maint staff very courteous. Keep grounds very clean and lawn regularly cut. Nice community to take walks thru. Convenient to grocery and restaurants, as well as malls. Interstate very near as well

It's been good so far I find that some people are very rude in this community and act like they are better then everyone else but I mean I guess that's everywhere these days! We love the pool but it needs to be cleaned out more often it was trashed today when we went down to swim

My experience here has been well, maintenance has been attentive to al problems and respond quickly when needed I would recommend these apartments to new families the staff are respectable and it is a nice quiet neighborhood.

Management and maintenance personnel are awesome. They are very nice, professional, and answer your requests immediately. The prices are reasonable compared to nearby apartments. Only problem I have had is with people living in the same building but that happens everywhere you rent. Unfortunately not everyone is as clean and considerate as you are.

This is a very nice and safe community. The office staff is very responsive and friendly. Maintenance responds quickly should a problem arise. The apartments are beautiful and spacious. I'm within a short distance of shopping,schools and about 20 min from Tampa.

Move in was fast and easy. Lori is very caring and courteous. It was a great experience. This was bigger and less expensive then other apartments I looked at before choosing this one. So far everything is good, I just hope it stays that way.

My experience has been great here. Very clean environment and maintenance seems to genuinely care if you are having issues. It's very easy to get a hold of someone when you have an issue too. And the resident portal is very user friendly.

Lori is the best staff this complex has. She is very friendly, funny, professional, honest and helpful. She made the move in smooth even though their was some mixed up and confusion, but at the end everything turned out okay.

I love the community because one thing Lori makes you feel so welcome. I have been here for 4 months. I am a needed person and she have met my needs. When I call her about anything that I have she is so polite and pleasant and professional to help me. The people I have met here in Columns has been very nice. They have said some nice things about Lori and I told them "I know" she is great with that beautiful smile. Let me not forget the other staff members, they to is very helpful. Thank you Lori and staff for making me feel like I have a personal assistance.

Move in was a brezze paper wise. Furniture wise you will need losts of muscles or hire movers if you will occupy beyond the 2nd floor. We were please with how clean the apartment was when we moved in. Lori was very poliet and responded quickly to any emails sent to her.

My move in experience was like none other... Lori made my experience smooth and without incident. I haven't had any issues since moving in and the community is beautiful and quiet. My children are enjoying the property as well. Thank you Lori for making my experience wonderful...you are the BEST!

The Apartments are spacious and quite and the grounds are kept up nicely, it's nice to live at a properly that's well maintained! The staff is friendly and helpful which allows the residents to enjoy where they live.
