Everyone was very helpful. Lori was very detailed and upfront with me. Henry, Mario and Juan are also amazing maintenance guys and very knowledgeable. It is the very first time I get welcomed to an apartment the way they welcomed me. They took the time to go over everything with me in the property, they made sure I was happy. Thank you so much.

Maintenance staff is always so nice. Never lived at any apartment where the community hall isn't available to residents 24/7. The only times I would want to use it is evenings/weekends and it is closed to residents then. Pool is super small for the amount of people living here and using it. Playground for kids is laughable. Pest control could be better.

The property is very quiet? my neighbors welcomed us.. from children to adults.. everyone is very friendly and helpful?. We are very happy here knowing we made the right decision. The staff is extremely helpful.

I love living here. The move-in process along with the promotionals was easy and enticing! Management is very friendly and communicative. The property is kept well, quiet, and kid friendly. The amenities are the cherry on top!

We enjoy the proximity to stores and local shopping.The Office staff and Maintenance staff are great ?? The area is very nice and walking to Publix and. driving to local restaurants is great!!!We are near a lot of Cultural and historic places to visit and spend the day!!!

Overall it has been good. Office staff is wonderful. Community is being updated. Playground .needs updating and security gate needs a new key pad. Stairwell need to be cleaned and dog poop picked up.

The community was beautiful and well kept. Lori was super sweet and didn't sugar coat anything. My partner and I are hoping to be future residents. We enjoyed our time touring and the extra given to measure everything as well.

This community is great. Very quiet and a lot of amenities like swimming pool, gym, lake, little park and more. The office person, Lori, is very nice and helpful. She is great. We love it here. I will highly recommend these apartments.

Would not recommend due to the expense to live here versus what you actually get. They actually remodeled the club house very nicely but we only have access to it when the office people are there and the so called updated apartments only have updated front doors to the cabinets that have been painted, least expensive subway tiles in the kitchen and cheap marble look alike counters and 1 star carpet that after a year is piling. Previous maintenance explained I shouldn't vacuum everyday. If you are absolutely in need for short term needs it's ok, otherwise look elsewhere.

Very good strict but in a good healthy way I love it it's such a change of pace from what I'm used too I love the amenities and the staff at cypress were very friendly specifically Lori helped me get everything situated and such a nice direct person

This apartment has treated my family wonderfully. From the front office to the maintenance men, they do an awesome job keeping in contact and providing the service that we need. Not to mention, our apartment is beautiful & our neighbors are great. We love this place!

The community and amenities could be better the staff is great and maintenance is always there when you call in i don't know why we have a gate it's always open there's people that smoke marijuana all over the apartments not sure if I'm okay with it since I have a new born rent isn't to my liking after seeing a lot of other advertisements and deals online.

Maintenance crew very professional and friendly. The leasing office staff are the same and will add informative . Place is clean and quiet. there's a supermarket, and restaurants near by a public library and churches all walking distance.

Quiet neighborhood. Overall good experience. Wish the apartments had washer and dryer already in the apartment. Having to purchase your own or rent your own is inconvenient. Maybe in the future it will be an option.

Roaches every day. They have been out there but there are still roaches. The staff is very nice. Lori is very nice. Maintenance is very nice and quick. Roaches!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The community is nice. The maintenance and office staff are nice. There isn't much crime or nonsense that goes on here. I just wish the apartments were updated (AC unit leaks and builds mold). Other than that and my experience with rent increasing each time we renew, it's a great place to stay.
