The staff is amazing. They work really hard to address any issues that come up. I have not had any issues with anyone. Lori and Jimmie have made it a very pleasant experience to live here. The grounds are very well kept.

The community and location is great. However, the price i was quoted was not the amount when i came to sign my lease. Also, the apartments are outdated. Needs some upgrades to compete with all the new development that's going on. in Wesley Chapel, FL.

This is the best apartment complex I have lived in. The location is amazing and I've never had any issues. Everything you need is within minutes, even the schools. I have lived here for 2 years now and it's been very peaceful.

Our stay has been very pleasant. The grounds are immaculate at all times, the staff is wonderful to work with, and our neighbors are all very friendly. We have very minor cosmetic complaints but aside from that we are beyond happy with our unit as long as prices do not increase.

Lori was awesome and made the move-in decision easy and comfortable. We are happy to be a part of this community. We highly recommend this community as a great place to live work and play. The dog park is the cherry on top??

The office staff, maintenance staff were great! The grounds were well kept, and the facilities were very clean. Neighborhood felt very safe, and you can't beat the location. Once the road construction is complete, it will be a fantastic hidden oasis.

The community is great! Jimmie is a great person to work with at the office. He got my apartment ready before move in at a moments notice. Him and his team are very attentive and efficient. I've enjoyed my time here at the Columns.

It's been very good so far, convenient location, easy in and out of parking areas. The apartment fixtures are well maintained with plenty of space in the kitchen and bathrooms for storage. The screened entrance is nice and large with more storage and plenty of room to sit and relax.

Since my arrival all staff has been very professional and friendly. The grounds are maintained beautifully, done every week on time. Whenever you need maintenance the staff responds in a very timely manner.

The amount of money you charge for these apartments aren't worth the price appliances and cabinets need updated, make apartments without carpet, I feel ECI Group only care about the money but not the upkeep

Very quite and peaceful. The grounds are always and buildings are very clean and well maintained. The office staff is friendly and welcoming. They make sure that they go out their way to help you. Great place to walk, play and live.

I had to move from my old place with a short notice because the landlord was selling the property. The staff here was friendly and helpful and able to accommodate us quickly. We moved in within two weeks. We are happy and feel right at home here.

It was great when we first moved in however after a few months overall we started having issues within the apartment and with the neighbors underneath us. If our neighbor issue wasn't a thing and rent wasn't being hiked up we would've stayed longer

It's very quiet and safe community. I haven't had an issue looking for parking and the staff responds to any questions or concerns very swiftly when I send an email out to the leasing office. Have a nice day.

So far the community is great, the staff is very helpful. The pool area is nice and clean. The parking is in abundance and convenient, I enjoy the trash valet service. Lori in the office is more than helpful.

My husband and I moved here from Indiana I was apprehensive about apartment living but I was wrong the Management has been Phenomenal. They made sure everything was to our liking and made us feel right at home. The maintenance has been great we've only needed a couple small things taken care and they came out the day I put in the request. The community is well kept the people here are friendly. We're very happy here.

Don't rent here. Management company does not care. They just find new ways all the time to raise rent. Places are not worth it. There new garbage system is one that they are raising rent on and there dumpster out front is always full and makes place look like trash. Bad design.

Great location. The pool and gym are very nice. The best part for me and my dog are the two ponds. We love to walk around them and look at the wildlife. Each apartment has a screened in front porch area which is great.

Hit or miss. Management team does need to work a bit more on communication with residents and within the office.We have not had any issues regarding the apartment itself. "Luxury" apartments is a bit of an understatement.

I love it. It's very calm the scenery and the quite is what I love the most about it. The staff at office and the maintenance staff were both very helpful. I would definitely suggest these apartments to anyone who want a peaceful living

This is a beautiful community with terrible management and a terrible maintenance team. This community should be a lot cleaner than it is considering how expensive it is to live here. And maintenance staff should be more respectful to tenants. Plus the gate rarely rarely works.
