The service at this community is excellent. The leasing agents were incredibly helpful in getting me into the property efficiently, the service staff are quick to address any service requests, and the amenities are quite nice. The public spaces are kept clean and usable by all tenants. The neighborhood is nice and quiet, with easily accessible grocery stores and other shops. The local library being within walking distance is another perk.

This is a great community. I love that they have valet trash. Office staff are nice and very helpful. Air filters for AC are free and always ready for pick up. Apartments are spacious. Very affordable for the location.

It has been a overall great experience, the community is everything I needed and it has a great cozy feel. The staff is very knowledgable and helpful and the process to put in maintenance request is amazing especially response time.

It was a great experience community was clean and quiet. The location right next to the library and schools is something that makes it an even better choice for myself. I also liked the style of the patio/porch being in the front fully screened and the apartments being a good space for a good size

We've lived here for over 2 years and between the cheaper price and overall quality and size- we recommend living here. Maintenance is quick and it's a quite complex. It's also pet friendly which is always a plus.

The apartment is satisfactory and staff and maintenance is nice enough but the rent has increased 30% in the past 3 years and its not like the apartment itself has been updated other than a fresh coat of paint.

Love it!! It's been home to me for a few years. Never had any issues. People are friendly. It's close to shopping. You're within 5-6 miles of Wesley Chapel and Zephyrhills. It's really a great place to live!

The apartment itself is nice, a large screened in porch. The other tenants are kind and there is a lot of people who have been here for a long time which shows something about the community and the buildings. The price point is amazing for what other apartments are going for in the area.

Lori was amazing regarding showing all the units that may meet our needs. She was honest, friendly, and accommodating. If I decide to rent here it will be because I have confidence Lori will take care of any unforeseen issue. Also the community is very quite and the grounds are peaceful.

Had a great experience starting with the initial phone call from my inquiry, to the tour, and during move-in. The service and communication from the front office team is great and they kept me in the loop the entire process. The reno units are also nice and the community is pretty quite so far.

Moved in to a roach infested unit and because I moved in on a weekend the leasing office was closed and I could not contact anyone until Tuesday. Measures have been taken but the unit was absolutely not ready for a new tenant.

It is a good place to live. At the same time is a quiet one. The community have a pool but looks like an old one or dirty. They have a tennis court that nobody use it and there's no basketball court in the community.
