Very quiet place close to shopping staff is great help you with any problems you may have maintenance is very friendly and prompt .your close yet far enough away from tourist attraction without having to deal with the crowds rent could be cheaper but with today's economy there seems to be no other cheaper option pay the same if not more .

I do love living here. It just seems as if the lease guidelines only applies when they want to use it to benefit them. They can use it for when they want to enter your apartment, but they don't follow it when you have an issues that goes against the lease.

Welcome home review!

I recently moved into Haven at Deer Lake, and it was one of the easiest transitions I’ve ever had. The women in the front office truly made the experience exceptional. Everyone was humble, extremely efficient, and always timely with communication. Their professionalism and kindness made the entire move-in process smooth and stress-free. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

I wouldn't recommend this property to anyone who is looking for longevity. If you're doing a one year, even 6 months that is fine. The worst experience I've ever had in all my years of renting. By far, the worst management and even maintenance, the supervisor specifically. Unprofessional, incompetent and utterly rude. It's been two years and I've lost sleep, elevated my stress. It's been the worst place they should cut their prices in half to reflect the true value of the community.

Great amenities, friendly staff, quiet area, yet apartment units seem to have structural issues, and while the maintenance staff is friendly and quick to repair issues, the repairs aren't always proper and usually just a temporary or cosmetic fix.

I lived here before for 5 years and recently returned after being away for only 3 months. I came back because the apartments are clean and well maintained. If there are any issues they are dealt with immediately. And, the current staff are very accommadating and friendly.

A great place to live

The area is great, and the staff are incredible. Really a great place to live. There are plenty of amenities, to include two pools, pickleball courts, and a dock to watch the sunset. This is a very quiet area.

I am in love with my apartment! This is where I want to live for years to come. The only thing that would make this complex better was if the maintenance team was better. I've had nothing but problems getting them to show up and fix whatever I put in a work order for. Aside from that, I love it here!

Pretty bad so far constant wasp infestations , Very high rent and bad build quality everything breaks. lackluster management with a slow response time to matinence requests I've lived here almost 3 years things are not improving it just keeps going downhill with higher rent every year.

Was very dissatisfied when moving in. Nothing was ready, Apartment was not completely. Didn't know that your rent goes up and down each month. The mail boxes needs to be updated they charge you to use the trash dumpster. SMH

It has not been good. There has not been a time I have called the office and actually talked with a representative. I always get a voicemail message. The parking lot is horrible! Every time it rains half of the lot floods and remains that way for days. Thus reducing the spaces available unless you want to rent a charter boat to get to your car. Then there is the rampant drug usage. I'm tired of coming home from work and my apartment smelling like a Snoop Dog concert. The pool is also an issue. It might as well be a public pool because it's constantly filled with people who are not residents, but nothing is done about it. The laundry rooms, when functioning correctly, are extremely dirty and poorly maintained. Most recently, the water was shut off for maintenance reasons but no notification was sent out. So I come home from the gym and no water to shower. Ridiculous. The facility is overall getting worse in regard to maintenance and security and is extremely overpriced. Luckily my lease ends soon and I will be leaving this poorly maintained residence.

I was ok with the property what I am NOT ok is their employee ------------, who interfered with my relationship and having romantic desires with my boyfriend and being unprofessional. So be aware of her actions she may just invite your husband or boyfriend over for dinner. The other issue is the prior maintenance failed to fix things in a timely manner there's gutter issues or water will enter your apartment,

My experience has been great.I have been here for quite some time and I can tell you they have a nice big lake for you to sit on.This place has a gym if you like to get your fitness on and for the swimmers they have got the two pools in which are very nice.Apartments are nice!Office Staff is very nice and very supportive!!

From the very beginning, Margie was helpful, professional, and genuinely invested in making sure everything went smoothly. She answered all our questions promptly, guided us through the application process, and ensured we had everything we needed to secure the apartment. Thanks to her support and dedication, moving into our new home was a pleasant and stress-free experience. Thank you again, Margie, for your excellent customer service and for going above and beyond! The property is well maintained and the apartment is overall nice. My only issue is the hallway to the apartment need to be washed.

The community is over priced and office staff is so nonchalant about property issues. When I moved in the apartment it had roaches the office was aware I went to the pesticide place and spent $60 for supplies to killed the roaches . The apartment is roaches free (you're welcome) yet I'm being charged every month office staff refuses to remove monthly charges for pesticide control

I've had a great experience here so far. Love the office staff, management, maintenance, and all are awesome. Anything I've needed was taken care of and in a timely fashion, I live here with my children and they live it to! Nice park for the kids, pool is close by out apartment and there are 2. Tennis court's, nice lake with a dock and in side laundry if needed.

Horrible, renters beware. My apartment floods, complained for the last six months, tried to fix it, now waiting on a door frame, so I get water, bugs, lizards in my place. My door does not close properly, I put a chair in front of it at night. Strong weed smell and I love the hair extensions floating in the pool and the fire hydrant in my area is not working

I have had a great experience with living here. It's pretty quiet, maintained well, and maintenance is really on top of things when I have a request. It's cost efficient living here and I enjoy the pool and dogs park for my dog. I would recommend it to others and may possibly extend my lease or look to get into a larger apartment here.

Not at all happy with the apartment. Last year in 2024 my window started leaking. I was told it needed to be replaced and was assured that would have quickly. I renewed my lease with my window taped shut at the start of hurricane season. It was then caulked shut shortly before hurricanes Helene and Milton. Caulking a window shut when it is the only way to exit the room in case of an emergency is also a violation of fire code. After three times where I was told by maintenance that Joao would come out and replace the window and Josie then failed to come out and replace the window - I was told by Philip the maintenance manager that they were switching to a different third party company to get the window taken care of and that I would receive a credit on my rent since it was nearly a year of having a broken window. I never receive the credit and two weeks ago josko came out to replace the window. Not only did they damage several items of mine, they left paint on the carpet and covered the room in saw dust and drywall. Despite submitting numerous complaints to the leasing office through email and google reviews, no one has reached out to me about these issues. Additionally josko communicated to Philip right outside my door that an item of mine was broken and he never followed up or offered to try to do anything to make it right.

I have been waiting since mid August of 2024 to have the windows replaced in master bedroom. as of today NOTHING!!!. Twice in November & December someone has come & measure the windows. Still NOTHING! Since nothing has been done I am going to send an email to the Ram VP. Maybe this get some action!

Very nice the noise level is very high from upstairs. No issues with my Still need more handicap parking none up front. And very little parking in late evening because of people who don't live here.
