I been here only 4months and honestly this is not where I want to be, it's an unsafe environment, they don't fix nothing at all, mold in the walls, cracks in the wall, pool stay dirty and people that don't live here are always coming freely to the pool whenever they want, ground keepers don't do nothing but sit in the so call pool room and just drink all day, balconys are falling apart, they don't paint or repair before you move in, stairs falling apart not to say the water pressure is messed up, the front apartments looking better than the back apartments washers and dryers don't work and the wash room are nasty, you can actually hear other tenants through the walls and hear people walking if you live in the bottom apartment, honestly if you plan on moving here please and I mean please don't and if you do move here good luck

I've lived here a year and a half and I have enjoyed it. The office staff are really nice, especially Dee. Maintenance has always responded quickly to any maintenance order I requested. Jason in maintenance is great at getting things done in good time and done right.

Resident for 26 months. Office staff is unbelievable, courteous, friendly and professional. Make you feel right at home and always eager to satisfy your needs. Maintenance crew is one of a kind, in my years leasing thru out the US, never came across such an exceptional group of people. Nothing but praises about leasing from Sailwind Apts.

I actually enjoy living here. The staff is very nice, maintenance is 24 hours so they always come when they are called. My only issue is that I can hear every step my neighbor above me makes. I've learned to tune it out, but it can actually be quite annoying. It's in downtown Winter Haven so I'm close to a lot of things. I've been here about two months. So far so good.

I was able to move in quickly and at a good price. I asked for maintenance to come by and fix a couple small things on my way home from work on Tuesday. When I got home Wednesday the repairs were done. The office staff is very helpful and quick to smile.

You can hear every step the neighbors upstairs take. The roaches are out of control. Maintenance is a joke. No way on earth will I resign my least at the end of this one.

The price is what attracted me to Sailwind, but because it was so affordable I was expecting to move into something not very nice. It's not a new by any means, but it was nice, clean, and the staff was very friendly. I definitely recommend Sailwind for anyone looking for an apartment.

Overall a great apartment the staff is very nice and Mike one of the staff was part of the reason I choose this apartment complex because he was genuinely nice and made sure we were taken care of. I have a few new thing in my apartment including an oven,dishwasher and carpeting. The only thing I see as an issue is the cabinetry is dingy it as was damage to the bottom of the doors and looks like they have been painted a hundred time and the closet doors are a little out dated but other than that its a great place and at a great price!

I enjoy living here, its quiet and no one bothers us. If I have a service issue they come right away and fix it! The office personnel is very friendly and addresses any issue you have right away. They have great move in specials.

I have lived in this community for the last nineteen years. I love this community and would never want to live elsewhere. This is my home, we make this community what it is with the help of our management team. I've seen quite a few management teams throughout. I can honestly say no team has run this community with as much professionalism without losing their humanity. They have always listened and responded to me with courtesy, compassion and caring, not just for me as a resident, but, as a fellow human being. Maintenance requests are filled within a business day, most times sooner. Being able to trust the maintenance men is a big plus. Management responds to personal and community related needs on a timely basis, so as to insure our security, as long as we care enough to notify them of any problem that arises. Hopefully everyone who lives here will care and respect this community enough to be vigilant and careful to appreciate what we have. A community is only as good as its residents and management working together. AFTER LIVING HERE FOR OVER NINETEEN YEARS I HAVE TO HONESTLY SAY THAT THIS IS THE BEST MANAGEMENT TEAM WE'VE HAD HERE. I have lived here for 4 years. I choose to live here because of how friendly the office staff and maintenance are. They always remember my name, and I feel they appreciate my business. I really like the lake, all the trees, and how quiet the property is. Any time that I've had a problem the issue has been resolved quickly.

The staff is very helpfull and polite. They keep up with their property and pet friendly. Nice lake for fishing or boating. 2 pools and a gym. Nice place to live.
