The ladies in the front office are AMAZING. My application process was smooth and the move-in process went very well. I was very impressed with the condition of my apartment. I love the community, and I enjoy living here.

Make sure your appliances and ac is working properly before they make you sign and pay your lease, very disappoint with their services , got the appt since January 3rd have not been able to move in due no ac. Paying for something I can't even move to.

It has been okay for the most part. Office has been responsive and helpful. The renovations are awesome and the community is generally quiet. Maintenance was kind of rude and didn't fix all of the issues that needed fixing.

Actually, when I first move in , I was ready to move out the same week, Nothing in my apartment seems to working. Iwas putting on legit complaints and work orders but nothing or no one seems to be doing nothing about it,Until I had to take matters in my own hands just to keep me safe inside my apartment because at that time what was going on inside my apartment was a health issue with leaking water which needed attention from a professionalism and not just maintenance. It was also causing health issues containing mold and Mildew issues. This went on for months until I had to take matters in my on hands while involve coed enforcement. Then finally months later after the storm came made the leaks worse. So it was basically raining from the roof inside of my place, I still have recorded proof to show. I hated to be in my apartment when it was raining especially hard because the harder it rain outside it was doing the same in my apartment, I nearly ran home everyday just to empty buckets of water every day from the roof to the bathe tub.My experience when I first move in was so poorly uncomfortable until I just wanted to move . When this company took over I was very skeptical because of the way Service was around this place, so really bad experience would make you feel the same about everyone, Until it was Approvent fact and immediately this company made a difference and concern about tenants safety and made tenants feel comfortable, friendly and fast service, maintenance and office staff always have time to listen and really note take and fast actions on your concerns and problems. I'm going to miss here when every I move But will always recommend people for a good residential place to live.

Very friendly, helpful staff, nice, clean, well-kept apartments, good location, great amenities (pool, exercise room, lakefront.) After extensive searching for other apartments in our price range, nothing else came close.

It is a very nice and quiet place to live. I love my view and the new appliances. The staff was very friendly and answered all my questions and helped me right away when I needed something. It is a beautiful place to live if you want peace and quiet.

The staff in the office is very friendly and helpful and the apartment maintenance come right out quickly when in of emergency and the apartments are spacious enough for a family of four it's close to school and shopping centers

The atmosphere is is great in the community. Quite, dog friendly to a degree Lol. Other than that it's cool I've been here for over a year. Quality staff and beautiful. Good swimming pool and free internet in the main office were all your information is secure.

The community is very pleasant , clean , quiet & everyone seems really friendly . office staff are top notch very attentive & respectful Thanks Flory . The additional lighting around the apartments is a great thing to have im a single 21 year old female & live alone so it makes me feel comfortable while walking to & from my car.

We moved three months ago to Florida. My husband and me didn't know what to expect, so when we came we were positive surprised with our renovated apartment. Everything is new, clean and works fine. The neighborhood looks safe. The staff is very helpful and kind.

Moving out from Pennsylvania it's not that easy especially if you never been to Florida before, my wife and I we called Flory several times, she was always super nice and helpful and always had an answer for us. I didn't know what to expect, not knowing the area and how the apartment looks like, when we got here we noticed that everything is how Flory described it to us over the phone. Apartment is 100% renovated, clean and quiet area, me and my wife we love it here. This new management is doing some great thing.

Good location and easy to walk to places.Staff in the leasing office are helpful and answer all questions. The only thing I can now here in this block is that a requirement of 200 characters is too much.

Live here for 11 years and find the area to be quiet. The various facilities are easily acessible - the city center, hospital and other medical facilities, schools, banks, restaurants, shopping malls, churches and other businesses.

Its a nice place lots of amenedies plus staff is very nice close to lots of restaurants and stores plus schools can also walk to places. Has a nice dog park 2 pools excersise room and laundry mats close to a lake too
