Great neighborhood/ Management So-So
We moved here in June of 2001 and still live here at present. We moved here from our other apartment because of how attractive the complex was and how good the office staff was. A lot has changed since then as far as the management. Not too fond of the current manager. Unflexible and sometimes rude to be exact. If you want a personable manager, this isn´t the place. The office staff seems very nice though.

The last place we lived in was the size of a small house with great storage space, plenty of windows, and a nice size kitchen. The neighborhood wasn´t so nice which is what brought us here. We have a one bedroom facing one of the pools. It is small! Only one window, a door and a sliding glass door right next to the front door! This seems to be typical throughout the complex- one window per room plus a door and sliding glass door. The kitchen has very little counter space but does have one of those nice little "windows" over the counter facing out onto the living room. The dining area is nice, but the layout makes it hard not to block the path to the kitchen somewhat. A fair number of cabinets, one storage closet and a walk-in closet in the bedroom. A linen closet in the bathroom.

The pools are fairly well maintained-there are two. Sometimes they seem to get kind of dirty, but they are usually kept fairly nice.

Laundry facilities have a good price and the dryers get the job done! $1.00 to wash and one to dry- not bad!

The sidewalks aren´t connected throughout the place which is frustrating but this also allows for a nice little lawn area to walk the dog in, or to just relax in.

Floors are thin so you hear the upstairs neighbor´s every move and vice versa I´m sure. Walls are not bad, don´t hear too much noise.

I like an apartment complex where I feel like I can talk with the management, and they will do their best to work with me. The apartments are very nice, but dealing with management is one of the most important things to me. If you can´t get basic courtesy from your manager, what else is there? I would recommend this apartment complex b/c of the attributes of it, but based on the management? no way!!

Nice looking neighborhood, but if you´re into a well lit, spacious apartment, this is not the one for you....
