you don't want to hear what i have to say , may it be other residents kicking our door and breaking the frames or the light across our apartment that we put in a request for 4 months ago that we had to buy blackout curtains because y'all don't do your job . or pest control that i'm sure we pay for that never gets done

I love everything about this apartment because of care and it's a peaceful place and family environment , I love the staff at the office they save customers with care and they are very nice and understand standing , I enjoy how the pools are clean and neighborhood is very nice and I can really say it's the best place to live for anybody but mostly it's the amazing place for a family

I'm not sure that you want to use my comments onapartment or whatever website you're using. First of all, let's talk about the potholes in the parking lot. It's bad enough trying to avoid them when it's sunny. God for bid it rains if you can't see where the potholes are, it's like a minefield out here is that enough or would you like

Other than my horrible downstairs neighbor it's been nice. I am truly glad you all are trying to work with us to either get her out of here or worse case move us into a different unit. Other than that this has been a. Nice place to live

Not good, they raised the rent after one year, paying the same for a studio that I could pay for a 1 bed room house, maintenance is not good, everything has to be done online. Upkeep of the property is horrible to include the laundry rooms. Just overall not worth what I pay

I see this place as a quite area to regroup into a home. Maintenance issues have been very low. I also see it as A peace to be able to walk pets in A big enough surrounding to stretch some muscles. I have not had a problem with neighbors one second. This place lets you know before you make a choice in some decisions that it's not a bad spot to go on and set issues in place.

There really isn't any community. The pool hasn't been kept up and are locked most the time. They could be better communicators about issues that arise within units. The location is great close to food, school, down town areas, and beautiful lakes. The staff has been very kinda and receptive when we go to them.

I don't know where to start, can't say I had the best experience. Right after switching to ram partners it's been hell for me. I signed a new lease and had to do it again because it wasn't file. Still got over charged at the end

My experience with Haven at lake deer has just been the smoothest proces
Margie was an absolute 10/10 with assisting me with getting into my apartment, this is my first time actually doing it by myself and she was there every step of the way to help me through the process… i couldn’t be more happier with a move in process thanks to Margie!!

Management is hard to get ahold of most of the time, maintenance takes forever to com fix problems no matter how severe they are and when they do come fix something it's just patched over not actually fixed. Apartments are over priced for the quality of space you get.

Worse every day
I lived at these apartments four years ago, and moved back this past winter. This is the worst I've ever seen it and it keeps going downhill. It's the rainy season and the grassy areas, where people are supposed to walk their dogs, only gets mowed every two weeks. The bark park is covered in feces. The pools seem to be on an every other week rotation for some kind of frog pond experiment, turning solid green and unusable. The rain gutters are so clogged they literally have trees growing out of them. The mildewed sidewalks haven't been pressure washed in forever and are going to be an insurance bonanza for the senior who slips on them. On trash pick up day, staff come around after and open only one side of the dumpsters, ensuring that they will end up overflowing onto the ground. And today, when I called about a possible bug infestation, I was told the pest people had been out today, but I took off today and was home all day; no pest people came anywhere near my building. Communication is non-existant; pools are shut down without notice, the "phone" number on their contact page is actually a fax number; you'll have to search to find the real phone number. $1400 a month for a one bedroom is a ripoff for this level of upkeep and professionalism.

Customer Service Lacking
I’ve been here 3 months and I am extremely dissatisfied with the maintenance services and overall customer service. The apartment has washer and dryer hookups. I purchased a brand new set from Home Depot and have not been able to use the washer yet, as the stand pipe over flows. I put in a maintenance request on March 4 which still has not been resolved. There is no communication after a maintenance visit. I have to call each time to find out the status of my request. It has taken 3 separate visits to determine the reason the pipe is overflowing. Today they were supposed to work on the pipes to resolve a clog. I made arrangements for my cat and dog, came home at the end of the day hoping to finally be able to use my washer. Instead I come home to see that nothing has changed. There is a bigger hole in the wall behind the washer and the pipe still over flows. Plus there is now a big dent in my new dryer. No one reached out to me to give an update on the progress of the repair either. Also, every time it rains, water seeps under the door and creates a big puddle. Maintenance has attempted to resolve this issue two times already. I have put in my third request. I’ve spoken to Leslie the property manager, JJ the maintenance supervisor, Brenda and Anna the leasing agents. Everyone is nice when I’m speaking with them, but there is no follow through. No one seems too concerned about resolving my issues. I pay $1475 a month for a 1 bedroom apartment and do not feel I am getting a professional level of customer service as a tenant. Also, one of the pools has been out of commission since at least January because it has a broken pool light???

APPRECIATION: The maintenance team come's as and when they have been notified of a problem in the apartment. The response has always been prompt. I like their work and friendliness. Thank you Mr Amando, for fixing my door lock and sink a couple of weeks ago. Great service! I am also pleased to mention Ms. Flory Medina- Asst. Community Manager. She has always been helpful to my needs, and very instrumental regarding my choice of apartment. Thank you Flory, for all that you have done for us - residents. You are an asset to the Management.

I am so happy to call Haven at Lake Deer Home. The office staff are very courteous and go above and beyond to address any concerns. The grounds are well maintained, neighbors are friendly and considerate and there is a strong sense of community here. The Maintenance crew are exceptional and that is so important, as they are directly responsible for our comfort and contentment within our homes. Thankfully, we are blessed with Armando, Eugene, Luis and Joshua. All very knowledgeable, experienced and respectful of our personal property and space. And my dog loves them, that's a big vote of confidence!

Flory and Kat have always been helpful; my problem is not with them...it's having things repaired correctly the first time like my patio screen door that will not stay on track ... just Replace it..a screw was drilled in temporarily to keep it closed...THAT DID NOT WORK...it has been at least three months since I have not been able to close it, now it is completely off...would like to be able to close it and have fresh air and not worry about wasps or other critters coming in. The Office keep saying it's not an emergency because you're taking care of the emergency work orders first because of Covid ...well this pandemic is not going anywhere soon...just fix it. They finally installed a new deadbolt lock after three or four work orders. The water is always being turned off other than on the scheduled day...you can be in the middle of a shower or cooking and water gets turned off. Someone hit the back of my car and caused damage and didn't even leave a note...I was upstairs maybe two hours napping and when I finally came down I found the damage. The AC didn't work for three days before it was repaired. People don't pick up after their dogs... just yesterday morning as I walked to my car there was dog poop on the sidewalk. I'm almost regretting signing on for another year but I haven't been able to find another place yet and when I do it will cost a lot to break my lease.

Flory in the office was very helpful and nice through the whole process. There was a small issue with our unit being on the first floor and Flory fixed that issue right away and got into a unit of our liking and within 15 minutes. She was handling a lot of move ins and applications at the same time as helping me, she was simply killing it!

Very nice very clean seems calm and welcoming , love they have 2 pools and a dog park for my baby. Wish the rent was lil lower but very happy with my 2 bedroom apartment. Hopefully it's all smooth sailing till the end

Not Sure haven't been here but two months and I'm really concern about a high light bill that wasn't my fault. Bill was ok at first but ac needed relay switch to late. Light bill due on the 28 of January,still no one has got back with me On This matter.

Many people may tell you that this community is over priced for what you get. I however disagree, the staff here is amazing and helpful, all appliances and flooring and walls are brand new and clean, pets are accepted, 2 pools, a gym, and 2 laundry rooms, some of which need to be payed for but never the less are on site. I'm very happy here and would recommend it to everyone I know!

The community are getting a renovation program but I don't know why the appartment has a bad odor. The price are good and the appliance's are new. Although the appartment don't have washer and dryer machine. You must have to buy it .

The apartments are beautiful. No one bothers you, the only problem that I have with Lake Deer apartments is maintenance men they are not Professional. They dont know what they are doing, they don't finish nor do they get back with you. You have to either guess if the issues is done or go to the office to find out. If Lake Deer apartments could find Real professional to the job right the first time we wouldn't have such an issues.

I love It here, the office staff are very nice and very helpful. Flory was an amazing person, very easy to get in contact with and very kind. The community itself is very nice and peaceful. the rent is reasonable for how nice the apartment is!

Is a very nice comunity to live in alot green areas and lots of space for your kids to play have fun its really good place to live in and affordable and at lease it meet my expectations close to alot of corners stores plus you are in the middle of everything walmart etc

Do not move here. To many issues with the apartment. Transferred to a different apartment and still have issues. I have had pest issues and issues with the a/c unit. I honestly have given up and will not be renewing my lease.
