I love it. The area is beautiful. Has both rutal tranquilitu but with the urban accesibility. Hospital, restaurants and stores all close by. The apartment complex is quiet and tranquil. Aparments are extremily cozy and have all basic necesities and amenities. I highly recommend it

Move in went smooth, however, I was not notified that there will be construction going on above me on the second floor. The construction last all day after 5pm. Also, within 2 weeks of me moving in, my apartment flooded do to a leak in the ceiling of my closet and bathroom. When I reported the leak at first. There was no response from maintenance, I had to physically go to the front office to report the issue that soon progressively got worst and forced me to move. I have not been able to enjoy my apartment due to all theses issues.

Friendly staff, new appliances, lots of parking, and in a safe area. Move in process was easy and the staff was very helpful along the way. Would definitely refer this apartment to friends and family. I will definitely be renewing my lease.

Haven at Lake Deer is a nice community that is trying hard to improve to a finer quality establishment. Recently after many renovations to apartments have been completed, they have repaved the roads that were damaged by the construction equipment which has been a nice touch. Overall any minor issues I've noticed at move in were quickly taken care of and since then I haven't had any issues. There still seem to be some questionable people and vehicles wandering around at times but I hope they or whoever they are visiting move out once all apartments have been upgraded.

While searching for an apartment and coming across this community I quickly found the office staff to be extremely helpful and patient. The amenities are fantastic, the newly remodeled units are gorgeous, and it has been a nice quiet area so far. The price point is a little steep and one of my only qualms.

This community is a very quiet place to live .The apartments are old at least the one I am in needs some work like new ceiling new bathroom but my time is almost up so I am just right ding the wave.Need newer apartment will look at place before I move into their so call upgraded apartment!!

Nice community. Staff is very friendly. Clean apartments. Nice pool area great workout room. Woman in the office really nice makes you feel at home. Nice grilling area plenty of parking. Well lit up areas at night. Very safe.

Place is awesome. Grounds are clean, nights are quiet and neighbors are nice. Limited lake access is my only draw back. Fitness center is clean. Equipment is up to date and well taken care of. I would and have recommended these apartments to friends and family.

If I could give this place ZERO stars I would! They do not even deserve one star, it's a list of problems I have can upon at this horrible place. Never in my life have I experienced living somewhere this terrible. Please be aware DO NOT RENT FROM THEM. When I first moved it was roach infested the first night I went to the apartment, my things weren't even brought in yet (I was afraid the roaches will go inside my perishable food items). I seen roaches running everywhere, I contacted the front office and they did nothing. I came out my pocket to get rid of them, the little spray they used was nothing. The building I'm in has electrical malfunctions even the other tenants in the building complains about it, flickering lights and they shut off. Mold in my bathroom without a vent to absorb moisture (I clean my shower with bleach religiously) I contacted maintenance about it whom was extremely rude and said it's not there job. If you take a non-renovated apartment they treat you like TRASH b/c they want you to move out to renovate it. The maintenance guy told me, "why would they waste money to fix up the apartment when they can renovate it when I move" so they put there tenants in a terrible living condition. PLEASE I'M warning you, it's horrible. DO NOT STAY HERE!

staff are nice people but these apartments a old and even when renovated they have maintenance issues which so far for me are not being addressed...my microwave oven was never installed properly, and has crapped out: my closet ceiling leaks water and is ruining my clothes.

Apartment looks beautiful!! Very roomy!! Management really helpful and answer all questions I had with no hesitation. There's alot to do here with the two swimming pools, lakeside dock, and full fitness center.

I personally wouldn't recommend moving here until AFTER the renovations to the entire complex are complete. There is potential but if you move in now, you're paying renovation prices, yet nothing is finished but your apartment and maybe a couple other things. The gym was finally renovated but you have to pay to use the included amenity. Its $25 (nonrefundable) to use the gym that's supposed to be included with the neighborhood, then another $25 (refundable) to rent a key fob to access the inside of the gym. There is no area for the kids to play but they claim to be turning the now tennis court into a play area aka "sports-plex" However the way its described seems boring and I doubt the kids will want to play there. Luckily one of the laundry rooms were recently renovated because the amount of mold and mildew could make someone sick. An amenity they offer is washer and dryer hookup but its INSIDE the master bedroom walk in closet, which makes the closet...no longer walk-in. The car care center (LOL) consist of one parking space near the curb with a vacuum and water hose, that you have to pay for. Again, paying out of pocket for an included amenity. The kitchen pantry is large and spacious but has the hot water tank is in there so its too warm to store things like bread. Its good for box, canned goods and as additional storage. The power and water are cut off without notice multiple times a week which is super annoying to say the least. If you have kids that go to the neighborhood school, there is an awesome little short cut that is blocked by a locked gate with a code that rarely works, so if you aren't walking your kids to school, they may be locked out and forced to walk the long way down a busy street with no sidewalks to get to school. There is dog feces EVERYWHERE except the dog park. The windows are single pane which creates a draft and whenever someone walks outside, it sounds like they are walking through your hallway. You can hear EVERYTHING outside. The screens on the windows are sideways and only cover half the windows, so you can't open your window and let a fresh breeze in. Maintenance is decent, sometimes they just put band aids on things instead of fixing it BUT my work orders get done in a reasonable time. Some of the staff they send to your house knows NO English (luckily I'm bilingual). The office staff are nice but rarely answer the phone(I feel like they have caller ID) & exaggerate the renovations & dates of completion when moving in.

The community is quiet, everything is easily accessible and generally beautiful. The newly renovated apartments are well built, cozy and have access to washer/dryer hookups. The community is continuing to improve and contains a brand new gym facility.

Every thing has been great so far. I'm seeing continuing changes for the good. I am looking forward to the 24 /7 gym to be open soon. Would like to see better car wash station. Thank you I have no real complaints at this time.
