The apartment has experienced significant maintenance issues and appears to have been poorly maintained. While the leasing and maintenance teams have been patient and helpful, I have yet to receive a response from management regarding these concerns. It seems as though no effort has been made to properly upkeep the apartment.

Avana Woods has the best staff I have ever came across. They were friendly, approachable, and answered all questions I had before living here. The apartment itself is well-maintained and clean to a degree upon arrival. I have had no major issues since moving in a couple weeks ago.

The place is great, people is friendly, the always consider your needs and help you out if it’s needed, they solve any problem really quick and they keep you posted about any updates, I think that the most important thing is that you will feel secure, you will have everything you need and without any worries, because they always do new things to improve the service to make it even better than what it is now

Grounds are well kept up. Beautiful pool! Large balcony that backs up to the woods. Large bedroom and nice walk in closet! A fireplace that actually works! Built in shelves. Track lighting in kitchen. A new stove and refrigerator. I couldn't be happier with my cute 1 bedroom apartment.

Beautiful grounds. Great location. Tucked away but holcomb bridge road has everything i need in just a few mile radius. Kroger across the street. Aldi 10 mins away. The forum ten mins away. I love the location. I love the apartment layout. T he community is peaceful. Ive only been here s few weeks and i am enjoying living here.

It’s ok I don’t like that bugs in my apartment. I have been waiting for maintenance to come fix the closet door in my apartment. Something are broken and I was told the apartment was just renovated when I first moved in.

There’s a lot of people and kids so it can be noisy from time to time, dogs are welcome and so there’s a good bit of loud barking from time to time, the neighbors keep to themselves and I haven’t gotten to know any of them, the facilities are a little less nice than some but they do their best to keep it clean and well kept, their communication is good and they keep us all informed of things such as maintenance checks or pressure washing, the community pool and exercise area hasn’t been advertised much and I’m not too sure about access to these amenities, I received one package to my door but got no notification about the package in my mailbox, I have one package that was delivered but I don’t have it yet, etc. good helpful people and a nice starter apartment for a few years with an accessible trash chute

Kayla made my moving in experience effortless. She is very professional and personable. She quickly responded to my questions, concerns. Kayla would immediately put in my maintenance requests. Johnathan is a pleasure as well. He jumped right on in when Kayla wasn't in the office on a Saturday when I had a concern.

Good. Britni Jackson is mgr and really monitors the apartments. When they needed to replace my refrigerator she personally came down to monitor the install and make sure I was happy. Very impressive. Kayla and John are equally impressive.

Terrible maintenance mark stuff done when it’s not. They don’t accept payments. Roaches are sooooo bad water heater old. The trash always overflowing. Someone is breaking into peoples cars, people not taking dogs to dag park. Someone is steal packages from door and out of mail room
