It's good for me. I really don't have to many complaints I stay to myself. When I call on mantaince they come and handle it in a timely matter. Kids sometimes runs all through the street not paying attention to cars so be out for the little ones while driving

Great place, friendly staff, pools always clean, parks are greats for kids birthday parties. Only problem I had was my A/C did not work when moved in so we had 2 weeks of no A/C in August and also my vehicle was placed with a sticker to be towed because my tags just expired due to repairs needing to be redone to pass emissions and because 2 of my windows were broken and my tire has flat, but I still been using the car everyday if I can to go across the street to put air in the tire and to go to Kroger and have places a cover on my broken windows and the Manager was not very helpful my vehicle is operable but she didn't understand or work with me so now I have to have it towed to my grandmothers house 30mins away which makes it really difficult to get the necessary repairs on it I need.

In the first year the service was ok. Everything was ok. but it has changed. They need to do a better job, specially about apartments services. I still have roachs at the apartment and this problem continue.

Maintenance is slow, they don't follow up, orders from date of move in inspection took months to complete, but if you are late with rent they want late fees and won't take rent without them. Don't live here if you can go somewhere else. Price to service and quality ratios are horrible.

The community is wonderful and the apartments are renovated beautifully. The office staff is extremely helpful and friendly. The maintenance staff is also helpful and efficient. I absolutely love it here so far!

So far so good. I used the gym and pool. There are a lot of facilities and no worry for parking space. The staff are nice in the leasing center. A lot of shopping store nearby such as Kroger. It is only 16 min drive to my company.

Very fast response to maintenance issues. The staff is very polite. We have access to a gym, office and two pools. Currently offer very nice updated and remodeled apartments. For pet lovers we have a very nice enclosed pet play area. Would definitely recommend. Plus easy access to major stores and roads. Very convenient.

I do not know much about the community I am new here. I have been here for a week things that I like so far is how quiet it is. I imagine it will get louder when the kids are out for school. So far I have no complaints

the apartment is in a fantastic location, the only issue with that is, whenever you need to go to the Kroger, which is marvelously close, if you want to go directly you have to cross 4 lanes of traffic without a light, otherwise you have to exit on the north side of the community and drive down hitting one light and then haveing to cross 2 lanes without traffic.

The neighborhood is quiet. Fabulous location. The office staff is friendily, engaging and responds quickly to any issue that arise. I Enjoy living here! I would definitely recommend Nesbit Palisades to friends and colleagues.

Quiet neighborhood, good response to maintenance issues. Whitney is great always has a good disposition and great attitude. Very respectful and follows up on any open work orders. Great location close to grocery store and movies.

Generally good safe community my expectations are met but hoping that the management is doing a thorough background checks on the new residents. The gym is good but I hope there can repairs on the machines and replace stolen gym equipment. No children in the Gym unsupervised.

Place of fine complex is to old and had tons of mold growing everywhere Staff gets an attitude when they are in a bad mood, place it's nice but getting way to expensive for the area, renovations are fine but paint on top of paint on top of mold to cover ?????? keeps coming back every time Place is calm, love the trees more than anything

Our family has been here for over 7 years now. I can personally tell you that we have always enjoyed our stay. Any maintanance issues get resolved quickly. The area is always kept clean and the landscape looks amazing. We have no intentions of going anywhere any time soon.

Staff is responsive, friendly and respectful. Great common areas. I love the salt water pool and the play grounds for the children. Apartment buildings are old but upgrades put a modern look in the interior. Floor plans are pretty common but we'll thought out.

It has only been 4 days and more has been wrong than right the very sad. I had high expectation from this apartment community what was sold to me as exceptional service by you Whitney but you can't be the only one to go over and beyond by helping me! And at this point I'm in the process of sending an email to corporate I want out of my lease. I moved and and day one my AC was not working maintenance was sent to my apartment 15 minutes before the office closed being very unconcerned and very rude then I express my concerns to you Whitney and you went over and beyond making sure he brought me a portable ac back to my unit which is still yet to be removed from Mr.Allen you know why because he still has yet to fix my AC which is crazy Day 4 and still nothing being done. Mr. Allen came by my house Thursday the 2nd and has not fixed anything just walked in my house 5 minutes before 5 o'clock stating he fixed it as I watch him walk in as I waited in my Car to see what he would do. So he lies to my face yet again giving another phony lie staring he would be back by my house go charge my AC unit and never came back and today is Saturday further more I would not like Mr.Allen to come back to fix anything in my apartment he show no concern no initiative for the tenants. This can't be a one man show you All as a whole reflect Nesbit not just u Whitney. Whitney can't go over and beyond and everyone else slacking...NO! Unstasfactory!!! Today I try to dry my cloths and now my dryer doesn't turn on or work when yesterday it was working perfectly fine. Like I can't win for lose here every other day is something here at these apartments and it's not even been a week and at this point I'm ready to leave I will be forwarding this email to corporate as well. Seems as nothing can be done in house so hopefully my concerns can be heard there!!! Sent from my iPhone

Will try not to recommend my friends into this place but in fact will warn people to stay away . The apartment is constantly break down with serious issue and staffs are only response after multiple requests. The technician only come by to patch up the apartment but never actually fix the issue. Another thing is taking trash out of your house is a horrible experience, I need to walk 8 minutes to the trash area. Why would they even collect trash fee service if they can't give a comfortable experience?

Stay away from this place! The community continues to deteriorate because of incompetent, inexperienced, and unprofessional management. The buildings are falling apart and several buildings have a severe roach infestation that has been resistant to the cheap pest control they offer. No response from management on genuine concerns, the corporate office could care less about the property and its residents. It is very pricey to rent here for the (non) quality. You would be better off in an AMLI property a little further north. Beware, you have been warned.

Nice staff and friendly tennants. I lover the two salt water pools and community events. They have two dog parks and two playgrounds as well. Ive met many residents here that have become good friends.

The grounds are beautiful , and the amenities are outstanding. I made a great decision when I decided to live here several years ago..

I would not recommend this apartment complex to anyone. My apartment was infested with roaches and I was not allowed out of my lease. I had to use my own resources to rid my apartment of the infestation. However, I still see one from time to time. Maintenance never fixes ANYTHING on the first go around. They are very lazy here. So often, I don't even call. Noisy neighbors, barking dogs, no real perks to living at this specific community.

The staff does nothing but harass you If your late on rent they charge you late fees which is fine You pay it by a certain date and they will still put eviction on your credit even though you haven't been evicted We withheld rent there was no air conditioning all summer and when winter came Georgia has imstlected our heater and said we had carbon monoxide leaking They even went to the management in the leasing office and shawn would hide in her office I had an 18 month old daughter living there There is no security so if you call 911 for help you will be evicted There are nothing but drug dealers everywhere Black mold that you can't get rid of they just paint right over 99$ damage deposit to suck you into hell $500 for recommendations But since these people ruined our lives I will not stop to let everyone know about how ------ these places are We didn't have any complains Our neighbors didn't even complain till the new company took over Now they harass you Tow your cars If you smoke on a balcony they threaten to charge you and evict you but It's not even a gated community it's not as safe as people say it is So if you are cheap Don't care about your health Want easy access to weed, coke, and prescribed pills, have bae baes kids scratch up your vehicles, be harassed by the ---- management that don't even live on the property like other apartments complexes, have a power bill over $300 cause the air conditioning doesn't work (not only my unit I've spoken to many residents in other buildings) have carbon monoxide leaking and they don't even provide alarms, and be around black mold Move to Nesbit These people writing positive reviews just moved in and haven't experienced the -------- yet
