I like that it quite here. not alot of people hanging out outside. Guys are really good with work orders. Whitney always follows up. Rosa and Whitney always helpful taking packages to the car helping me out. I love it here. Customer service is great.

Over the past 8 months it has been an overall pleasant experience at the Nesbit Palisades. I was new to the area and thankfully picked the right place for me. It offered me everything from sort term leasing options, modern appliances, and two swimming pools. The leasing staff has always been friendly and did whatever I needed them to do. Sadly I will be leaving this apartment unit due to my job relocation but I really would recommend this place to anyone its been great!

This is an older complex so there are no noise barriers between apartments. Sometimes pictures have been knocked off the wall from kids running through the apartment upstairs; normal voice level conversations in other apartments can be heard inside your own apartment, especially in the sunroom. Maintenance order requests have been put in to fix leaky sink, 2 inch crack in the bottom of the bathtub, leak in sunroom that has completely flooded and damaged furniture, and for a large section of wall that is growing black mold. The sink was reported a few weeks ago and maintenance came in, looked at it, then put a bowl from my cabinet under the leak; I guess that's their fix. The crack in the bathtub was reported upon move in several years ago and again to the new management at least 6 months ago; still not fixed and it's leaking under the tub. After years of water running under the tub, I can only imagine the state of the flooring underneath. The sunroom has now flooded three times over the years and damaged multiple pieces of furniture, hence the mold on the walls. The mold has been there for several months and management has been informed, but again nothing has been done. Mold is a serious health concern. Management offers "reserved" spaces but they are unable to enforce their own rules and still charge for you for the parking space that you are unable to use because other residents park in it. Graffiti drawn on the outside of apartment buildings just stays there for weeks and months without maintenance cleaning it off. The staff in the office are very nice but their hands are tied when it comes to maintence issues, except putting in maintenance requests which residents can do on their own. All in all, I would suggest a different apartment complex. UPDATE RESPONSE TO MANAGEMENT: I am unsure why I received a response explaining where the water comes from that is leaking into the apartment. My concerns, as listed above, are about maintence to the property, not about problems with water lines in Fulton County. Mold, plumbing, and bathtubs are not the concern of any other entity but you. And as I have also stated, these issues have been reported to your office multiple times so please don't say contact our office and you will ensure these requests will be handled, because they haven't been. It would actually mean something if you took this issue on yourself and fixed these problems now instead of telling people to call/visit and file another maintenance request, especially after the multiple requests that have already been filed with absolutely no resolution. Thank you for proving to every potential resident exactly what type of management you are. Your response just shows that everything I said is true; you don't care about your residents or their health, you don't care what problems they have, even if they are problems that should be taken care of by you. You did more for your bad reputation than I ever could. Thank you.

I would like to publicly thank Alicia Cooley for her efficient, professional customer service! I walked in the office with only 25 minutes before having to leave for work and she answered my questions and showed me three properties. Afterwards, she gave me the application packet and I left for work! In less than an 8 hour work day, I submitted my application, got approved and had time to show family members my new home. Thank you again Alicia!!!! The front office staff is very professional and their customer service and willingness to offer assistance is appreciated; thank you!

I have lived here for almost a year and I love it! The office staff is very friendly and professional. Alicia, Whitney, Rosa and Crystal always have a smile on their face. The maintenance staff always takes care of my request I submit online. I also love the fact that I can pay my rent online because I am a very busy person. I would definitely recommand this community to anyone looking for a wonderful place to live.

I have lived at The Nesbit Palisades for nearly 1 year and I love living here. I really appreciate the professional and friendly staff. They are always available to assist me when I need help. Alicia, Crystal , Whitney and Rosa always have a smile on there face and are always willing to go the extra mile. I would recommend this property to anyone looking for a wonderful place to live. The maintenance staff always takes care of my maintenance needs when I enter a request online. I also appreciate the fact that I can pay my rent online because I am a very busy person.

I will never rent here again and any family moving to Ga. I will tell each and every one of them plus my company which leases corporate apartments too. I will tell Facebook, Instagram and any other Social Media venue that a corporate giant like Resource Residential is no company to do business with. Property Manager ------------- is a cold hearted -----, condescending, and extremely disrespectful to her elders but I guess that's what I get from a company that had to pay out $335.000.00 for an age discrimination case from 2011. --------- looks down her noise at the common man as if she's -----------, CEO of Resource Residential. To break a lease the fee is $1,422.00 but her smug sense of entitlement she thinks she going to get away with charging additional fees (not in my contract) $1,161.30!!! SHAME ON ------------- AND SHAME ON RESOURCE RESDENTIAL!!!!

Keep LOOKING somewhere else! This community LOOKS GOOD but once you live here..ALL THEIR skeletons come flying out! Maintenance do not take pride in their work. MANAGEMENT tells you things THEY think you want to hear. Don't handle situations that are clear violations of THEIR LEASE. It's a one-sided deal when you move here. You WILL be BINDED BY THEIR LEASE TO PAY THE RENT AND ALL THEIR FEES...AS YOU AGREE. However, when it comes to them upholding THEIR RESPONSIBILITY TO ENSURE EVERY TENANT HAS PEACE AND QUIET ENJOYMENT...THEY WILL NOT FIX YOUR ISSUES. WE HAVE ASKED TO BE RELEASED FROM THE LEASE...NOPE, MGMT VETOED THAT. WE ASKED FOR A TRANSFER TO ANOTHER UNIT THAT IS COMPARABLE. THEY CLAIMED TO NOT HAVE ONE ON THE TOP FLOOR AVAILABLE. We gave them MONTHS of advance notice that we are fed up with having to pay for NO peace...AND THEY SENT US A MOVE OUT LETTER WITH FEES TO GE PAID..."an ESTIMATED WATER BILL" AND a list that outlines FEES THEY WILL CHARGE FOR ANY REPAIRS OR CLEANING...BUT NOTHING TO SAY..."Hey...a top UNIT has opened up, or we are going to waive your LAST MONTH ON THIS LEASE SINCE WE WEREN'T SUCCESSFUL TO RESOLVE YOUR NOISE COMPLAINTS..." NOTHING. I HAVE TO ADD...WE PAID OUR RENT ON TIME EVERY SINGLE MONTH BEFORE THE 1st AND THEY STILL CHARGED US $100 for ONE DAY LATE! We PAID THE $100 LATE FEE THE VERY NEXT DAY; ALONG WITH ALL, AND I DO MEAN ALL THE OTHER FEES THEY HAVE CHARGED US! THEY do NOT TREAT GOOD PAYING TENANTS GOOD! You would THINK that they would be willing to provide exceptional support to GREAT TENANTS WHO PAY ON-TIME AND ALL THE FEES...AND HAS NOT ONE COMPLAINT FROM ANYONE...AND MAINTAINS A CLEAN AND BUG FREE UNIT. YES, THAT'S WHAT YOU WOULD THINK. BUT THAT'S NOT THE CASE. THE MANAGER LIES. THEIR ASSISTANT MANAGER IS OUTRIGHT RUDE AND HAS NO PEOPLE SKILLS. Moved in almost 3 weeks ago and I can honestly say I love it here. It's quite and the area is beautiful. Gives you the country side mix with city living feel. ------- is amazing! Everyone is nice and has a warm welcome feel to them.

I have been a resident for only four months and already feel at home. The ladies in the office always have a smile on their faces when I come in for for help. I had two maintenance issues in my apartment but the maintenance man came the next day to fix the issues. What made me take the time to give the people at Nesbit Palisades a good review is the follow up call they have me after the issues were repaired.... Omg, this was the first apartment staff that called me to ask if maintenance fixed everything to my satisfaction. I recommend my best friend to move to my complex and you two.

I have lived here for a few months now and overall my stay has been very enjoyable. The community is quiet and clean, maintenance responded to and resolved an issue I had on the day I called and the leasing staff has been great. I would absolutely recommend this community to anyone else considering it.

In all of the states I have lived in this apartment complex is the worse.Trash all over the street,loud drunken parties that go on from dusk to dawn.Snakes and coyotes who eat the trash that the assortment of scum leave about.The maintenance staff look like ------------------- who are utterly worthless.The bevy of scum that filter about like so much flotsam and jetsam is result of NO criminal background checks are being done.Don't move here.

EXTREMELY CONTAMINATED WATER- LOOK AT MY PICTURE. Multiple good review daily? Nesbit palisades has been a nightmare for me. I've stayed here for over 7 years. The new management are careless people, as they show attitude when you need a repair done to the apartment and the service men never even come. For the past few months I've been getting all types of papers from random inspections taking place every 2-3 weeks and having the scumbag management enter my apartment without even notifying me. This place is a joke the brochure these fraudulent people show you are nothing close to the interiors of the actual apartment. I've encountered snakes when I go on a jog.And pest control is a joke The rent used to be $850 for a 2bed 2bath to $1200, this is a complete rip off when you realize there are smaller houses in the area for the same amount, and due to the rent increasing $400 without any notifications many people are moving out aswell. This is a unhealthy establishment as well as my apartment had mold in the bathrooms and despite complaining any times no one even came. Nesbit Palisades is a nightmare to live in. For REAL information about this apartment look on any website but here.here because there is no way its possible that multiple good reviews go up DAILY/ Who do you think you`re fooling? AND TO THE MANAGEMENT: STOP BEING SORRY/ACTING FAKE ONLINE ITS GETTING OBVIOUS AND OLD. I`VE CONTACTED YOU SCUMBAGS MANY TIMES OVER THE LAST 2 MONTHS AND THE PROBLEM STILL HASN'T BEEN SOLVED.

------ I visited one of the other rental properties called Uptown Buckhead today and was very impressed with layout of these apartments but upon talking to --------- advised me of Nesbit which is much closer to my job and financially more appealing. I would have never known these existed had I went in today. ---- was very pleasant and willing to help me. If all goes well I'll be moving in this residence very soon.

I moved here this year and it hasn't been perfect but it is the best apartment experience I've had. Staff is always happy and pleasant and they know ne by name. They don't treat you like they have an attitude. Most of my work order have been completed in a timely manner. I haven't had any issues with pests. I'm pretty satisfied. My favorite part of the complex is the pools for sure.

My visit today was extremely pleasant. The staff was awesome, very nice, helpful and likable personality. All apartments I saw were well updated and not cheap looking (really nice apts). Clean play ground for my child and a tennis court. OMG the workout facility LOVED IT!. This will be my next home for now.

When I first moved to this property, the management was horrible. I could not believe I allowed myself to get lured into this property. Once the new management took over in 2013, OMG it was like a breathe of fresh air. I could now call this place home. The new office staff is impeccable. Whitney is amazing when it comes to customer service and following up with me. I could not believe she actually called and followed up on my work order. This put a huge smile on my face to know that she actually cared that much. I will definitely be renewing my lease.

The apartment staff is very nice and professional and always willing to go out of their way to meet the tenants happy I had the fortune of speaking with the assistant manager Rosa who helped me in my apartment shopping experience significantly. She made sure I felt right at home within their community and I felt a connection with the staff that I have never had with other communities .

I recently visited Nesbit Palisades and I was impressed especially with the staff. As soon, as I walked in the leasing office I was acknowledged and welcomed. It seem to be at a busy time when I walked in and had to wait a few minutes, but the staff was very apologetic for the wait. I talked to Rosa the assistant manager. She was very nice and patient with me. I had a lot of questions about the apartments and she took the time to answer all my questions without making me feel rushed. She was very professional and told me all the information I needed to know to start the process of leasing the apartment.

This is an overall great place to reside . I've mainly dealt with Felicia but the entire staff has been nothing but professional and courteous. I haven't had many issues with my apartment but when I have, they have been very prompt and efficient in getting them resolved. The property is very clean, well kept, and safe. A great deal for the money... I would definitely recommend.

I just recently visit Nesbit Palisades Apartments and Whitney just followed up with me today. And since something worked out with my current home I wasnt able to take an apartment there but I wanted to take the time out to give a shout out to the great customer service that I recieved. They seem short staff but they still function and was very kind. I was considering this place because they have flexible leases, they have parties for the residents it just seem like home an everyone was friendly to me. I recommend this complex because of the staff an location.
