I been here over 4 years and out of the years I've been here, this is the first time I felt at home. I like how they renovated the community, It's nice, but too pricey. What I don't like is Management, they suck. They have no customer service skills at all. The only reason why I renewed my lease is because of one person in that office and that person is ------. She is the most friendliest and the most helpful person there. She always greet you with a beautiful smile on her face. She really brighten up the office. She always offer you something to drink and doesn't ignore you like some of the other people in the office does. She is amazing! She should be the manager. ---------------- needs to go because they gossip to much about the residents. They talk about residents in front of other residents and that's not cool. It's very unprofessional. ------ needs to stop hiding in his office. He needs to show his face and get to know his residents.

Nesbit Palisades Apartments is such a wonderful and sunny place to live, What I love about these apartments is Many different people/ families Live in these wonderful apartments from what i noticed, you have working moms , single moms and Dads, Doctors , Lawyers, school teachers, nurses and students. It's a multi cultural community that embrace each and every renter, I have always been treated with love and respect. The staff is super friendly and respectful most of all caring. you're not just a number but they even remember your name ! and children's names, Amazing !!! They are not only about making money but also helping and saving lives. The management have helped so many secure a safe loving place to live, they also have housed women who have been victims of domestic Abuse. who needs to have a fresh start while working with a well know Non-profit ( Kauai's Fire Non-Profit Organization) where they are introduced to working women and children who need to relocate and have a clean safe environment. I can say coming home every day is a joy there is not bugs and the grounds are so clean and fresh, The apartments are truly amazing and well kept and clean. just the quality of care is amazing, most of all friend and neighbors is always a joy for me and my son. you are able to talk to the staff with complete honesty and 100% of the time they are helpful and always have a solution to any issues. I know for sure God put me and my son in the correct place, Please keep up the good work! whoever Hired this team did a great Job!!!! I have lived all over the world as well Internationally and they are the best Professional Team i have ever Endured! God Bless Thank you so Much for giving me and my son a Fantastic place !

I am a prospect resident. I notice the apartments are under new management, but the plans they have in store look pretty good. My experience there was better than the experience I've had at most other places. I was also pleased with the staff there. They were very friendly, especially Althea who took really good care of me. She's hard working and does her best to make sure you are satisfied.

This property has changed ownership 4-5 times in the five years I've been here. That being said, I won't comment on a lot of past experiences because so much was due to old owners who are no longer here. What I do want to mention is the newest ownership. When they first arrived they seemed wonderful... the first group in years to actually care about returning an old, falling-apart, moldy property into something much better. They replaced furnaces in a lot of the apartments, got repairs done, etc. Then their main intentions became clear... as far as I can tell, they are here to flip the property, nothing more. The leasing office is getting renovated for the third time in as many years, and anything superficial is being dealt with such as buildings being freshly painted, siding and railing repaired, landscaping being redone. What this means for actual residents is that anything to do with our homes is being put on hold. Landscaping maintenance that used to happen weekly has not happened all summer save for grass cutting, which causes the bushes to be out of control, draping over onto porches, pressing up against windows, letting a tremendous amount of bugs in. Seriously, we have a constant flow of giant spiders inside and outside our apartment now. Don't live here if you can't deal with spiders. Maintenance requests are continually 'lost' or 'not filed' or simply ignored. Things such as leaks, moldy walls, rust and peeling paint in the kitchen areas. Don't expect anything to stay nice after you move in... we found some of our baseboards were rotten when I stubbed my toe on one and it disintegrated, and the 'fix' they provided was to spray paint over the rotten, black wood with a color that didn't match. Our shower and counters peel and chip because of poor resurfacing. The apartment has been patched so many times with so many variations of white and off-white paint, I think they've just given up on the whole thing. There are cracks and chips in our drywall everywhere. So, yeah. If you move in make sure EVERYTHING is in pristine condition, check the quality of everything, especially if you plan to be here more than a year. Maybe if you move in you'll get lucky and get something they've worked on recently. All I know is the property looks beautiful, and is cheap-ish, which is nice, but everyone we've spoken to who has lived here has had very similar problems to ours.

I'll be moving in pretty soon, and though I cannot comment and review the amenities of this apartment yet, I will say that so far, my experience with one particular management staff from Jasmine has exceeded my expectations - that person is Althea. Despite my circumstances which encompass relocation from out of state, varying decisions on my part as a result of external circumstances, and problems with availability pertaining to signing documentation needed to move in, Althea has been more than patient and helpful in assisting me with my residential needs. Even when I had changed my mind about moving in, and then decided I wanted to again, she really helped me with finding an apartment. As I said before, I can't rate the amenities of this complex because I have yet to use them, but I will say this: My interaction with Althea made me delighted and hopeful to be moving in.

I would like to give management and leasing staff a top rating with regard to their professionalism, friendly demeanor and high level of follow thru based on my experience during the leasing process. Special kudos to Althea Echols for her exceptional level of customer service diligent follow thru with regard to my move in timeline as I am starting a new job in the area. Althea's due diligence, work ethic and assurance that my needs would be met in that short time period were spot on and fully met. I've been associated with the service field for 20+ years and Althea is the very best. Apartment living has both good and bad and perhaps not for everyone but if you're looking for a safe, reasonable, and professional staff I recommend Jasmine at Holcomb bridge.

THE COMMUNITY ISSUED LETTERS TO ALL THE RESIDENTS AT JASMINE APARTMENTS AT HOLCOMB BRIDGE ON THURSDAY MAY 22ND STATING THAT THE 2ND POOL WOULD BE OPENING ON SATURDAY MAY 24TH. UPON ARRIVING TO THE POOL, THE POOL WAS CLOSED. THE MAINTENANCE MAN FROM THE PROPERTY JOE WAS WORKING ON THE POOL AND ANOTHER GENTLEMEN WAS SCRUBBING THE GROUNDS AROUND THE POOL. THE POOL WAS ABSOLUTELY A DIRTY GREEN AND DISGUSTING!!! IT OBVIOUSLY HAD NOT BEEN TOUCHED AND OR SHOCKED!!!! WHICH IN ITSELF NEEDS A 24 HOUR WAIT PERIOD ALONE. THE MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR SAID COME BACK AROUND 1PM THAT THE POOL SHOULD BE READY BY THEN?????? OH, NO WAY WOULD I DARE STEP FOOT INTO THAT WATER!!!! THE SAD PART IS THAT THEY ARE PUTTING THE ENTIRE COMMUNITY AT RISK AND IT IS AN EXTREME HEALTH HAZARD TO EVEN ATTEMP TO ALLOW ANYONE ENTER THAT POOL AT ANYTIME SOON. IF SOMEONE WAS SENT TO INSPECT THAT POOL TODAY, I CAN BE SURE THE POOL WOULD BE AN EXTREME DANGER!!!!!!!!!!!

Been living here for almost a year now and haven't had any major issues except for the roaches!! No matter how Many times pest control comes out that doesn't keep them away. It sucks that this is the main reason that i will not be renewing my lease. The apartments really need some updating!

I have lived here since March of 2013 and never had any major issues uuntil December, I had a hard time getting maintenance to come out to fix my water heater so me and my child were left in a cold apartment in the winter during the week.I had my problems with former management as well regarding my rent. Now it's April 2014 and I recently had my apartment locks picked and broken into along with my things stolen by the neighbors below me who are living there without being signed on a lease and the only thing management told me they could do is put a chain on my door for when I'm home and replace the plate the door lock slides into when I'm out...I'm definitely moving my stuff III it before the people who robbed me come back because they showed back up to y apartment the very next day to finish the job. No thanks.

I have not yet moved in. However I have had a great experience with the staff as I have gone through the application process. As soon as I walked in the leasing office I felt at home. Everyone of the staff were smiling and happy to assist me. Every time I have been in the office they have asked me if I would like a drink.

Moving.from a home to an apartment can be very.challenging. The.comparisons, although nit fair often make the apartment extremely hard to compete with living ina home. Thanks to a wonderful leasing agent named Althea she increased the value of living at the Jasmine that she made me forget all about living in a home! I have lived all over the.country from Cali to NY and she is definitely one of the most courteous and friendly people i have ever met. I chose the Jasmine because of her professional attitude and excellent customer service! Kudos to Mrs. Althea!

I love the staff. Omg Mrs.Althea in the front office is wonderful. The move-in was a breeze. The staff is great and kind unlike most apartment places I visited recently. She educated me very well on the history and I am very excited on the future at Jasmine H.B.

Apartment life is never going to be perfect no matter where they are or how much rent you pay. If you are looking for a decent affordable place to live Jasmine is great. I dont have stainless steel appliances but for the price I don't need that. Its convenient to grocery stores and a movie theater. The new property manager is friendly and visible, unlike the last one, and Whitney has always been very helpful when I call in a work order. Cedric is new but he's been helpful as well. I haven't had any interaction with the other ladies in the office yet but they are friemdly. The maintenance guys respond quickly and resolve issues in a timely manner. If I had to find a negative it would be the landscaping and hopefully this new management will improve the appearance of the groumds.

I've just renewed my 3rd lease and like every apartment complex, there are good and bad points to Jasmine. The floorplan is great, although some of the fixtures are outdated. It would be nice to get an upgrade but you can't beat it in Alpharetta for the money. The washer/dryer is included; the greenhouse is great as an office, etc; we have two good sized bedrooms and large bathrooms with lots of closet/storage cabinets. Office staff has drastically improved and so far the current management is clearly making great attempts to clean up the neighborhood's appearance. Whitney Vaughn has been extremely helpful and the maintenance staff has always been friendly. Yes, there are bugs. This is Georgia and you're surrounded by woods and a creek in the back. What do you expect? You can't have pretty trees and landscaping and not have bugs. Contain your trash, it'll lessen the problem! If you're looking for absolute privacy then you shouldn't be looking at an apartment or at least get the top floor. If you do, the ceilings are really high and it seems even bigger! We've always had great neighbors and haven't had any issues with noise. All in all, it's a pretty safe neighborhood. We have only had a handful of incidents since I've been here and nothing serious. I feel safe living here with my kids. I would definitely recommend Jasmine if you want to live in Alpharetta but don't want to spend $1000/month for a 2 bedroom. The price is great for the amount of space you get and if they do paint the buildings (which is looks like they may be planning on doing) it will really be a cute neighborhood.

this is a dangerous place behind the apartment buildings there its a deep forest where there are snakes and racoons around the block. There are too many roaches and bugs that you have never even seen before. There are stolen cars, abandoned cars that are missing wheels and engines and management said they fix it and they didn't. The new management is very lazy ad they are a pain in the --- ad they try to act professional. If something breaks which is common you have to constantly bug them to fix it. the parking is hard to do since some people don't park in there lines and semi trucks park and take up all the spaces.I don't feel safe with night walking my pet since the lights Flickr on and off.The management always tries to come into your house for any reason even if your not home and proudly state if you changed your lock we will drill it out and charge you $35 as a fee. Also i cant trust the workers as some have sticky fingers. If you own a motorcycle don't even think of living here or else it will get stolen or knocked over by ignorant kids. Beware Of Jasmine Apartments

I just recently renewed my lease at this community and I have to say I was initially hesitant. No apartment is without flaws, but the great parts of Jasmine Holcomb Bridge kept me as a resident. First, the convenience; you cannot beat it!! I can walk to Kroger if I wanted to, as well as, plenty of other shops, restaurants, or banks. Secondly, I LOVE MY SUNROOM!! It's like my own lil greenhouse and relaxing haven. Third, I really like the new staff. They are always so helpful and professional; their sincerity doesn't seem faked either. Overall, I'm happy with my decision to stay.

I love the location and the price. Granted, the appliances, cabinets etc. may not be top quality, but its good enough for me. The location is awesome. Walking distance to Kroger, movie theatres etc. Also, fairly close to GA 400. You cant beat that... Having said that, if you are looking for a fancy place, find another apartment complex that charges you at least $250 more per month.

Don't live here. Nothing, and I mean nothing, was fixed after I submitted work-orders. They've had new management three times in one year. The tennis and basketball courts aren't maintained and look horrid. If you want to mail anything, you have to mail your letters or bills at another location than where the mail is delivered. Parking is so-so. The walls are extremely thin and you hear everything. Do yourself a favor and keep looking.

I just had the worst experience with the Jasmines at Holcomb Bridge. Last week I was rented a roach infested apartment. Roaches were coming out of the vents, all over the floors, walls, ceilings....basically everything that I moved into the apartment was thrown away. Management refunded me my money after being very rude to me. It was a nightmare. I lost money moving and now have to start from square one...I wouldn't wish this experience on my worst enemy! Moved in and out in the same weekend. I sprayed and bombed the apartment and roaches were still alive as I was moving out! Disgusting!!!!
