My son and his roommate signed a lease today and this was absolutely the best apartment experience I have ever been associated with. Althea was awesome! She was cheerful, enthusiastic, helpful and made the process smooth and simple. What a great way for my son to start this new chapter of his life. I can't say enough about Althea and the rest of the staff.

This is my first apartment and I wouldnt have picked a better place. I moved into one of the renovated apartments and its exactly what wanted as far as black appliances and nice size for an one bedroom. Felicia was very helpful when I first moved in and made me feel at home. The staff is amazing that is the main reason why I moved in. Althea is full of energy, Rosa is nice, Whitney is always making sure that everything is taken care of. The maintenance guy Juan is always on top of things when it comes to fixing something. Every place has it problems but you will not find a staff that cares so much about you and will go over and beyond just to make sure your stay is good one.

I have been a resident here at Nesbit Palisades for four months now. The leasing process was fairly quick and simple. I have enjoyed living here so far and have no complaints. If ever there is a problem with something in the apartment, I can call the front office or the maintenance line to put in a work order. It never takes them long to fill in the work order. Even on a busy day. Most of the time they have come within twenty minutes of my work order request. The longest it has ever taken anyone from the maintenance crew to come fix a problem was the very next day after the work order was put in. The neighborhood is very quiet and all the residents seem to keep to themselves but we all speak to one another when out and about. As far as the office staff, everyone seems to be nice. But, Whitney is my leasing agent here and she is very knowledgeable of the complex and her role as a concierge. Also she always makes sure that I know exactly what kind of events the apartment complex may be having for the residents. I recommend Nesbit Palisades to anyone who wants to live in a nice, spacious apartment. More importantly, I will recommend anyone to speak with Ms. Whitney Vaughan because she is the best leasing concierge I have ever dealt with. She won me over to sign the lease more than the complex did. Thank you Nesbit Palisades for such a great first few months with you. Looking forward to many more!

I have been living here for 5 months now, this place is very disgusting with bugs and mold. Every time I need something fixed I have to keep reminding them to come otherwise they won`t , want to fix and when you call him he keeps asking for the current address even when I give it, this place is a joke, if you have a problem you have to tell them 10-15 times for them to come. The workers attitude is very bad and treat me like trash and constantly ignore me. This by is the WORST apartment I've lived in. I can`t move out even if I wanted to because of the lease charges which is $7,000 to break the lease. Don`t waste your money with this place, when you first lease they`ll be nice but after you lease you`ll be trapped and that they`ll ignore you,they think you are nothing but a piece of trash

I have had the best experience with Whitney she really made the process so much easier she has great customer service and has been with me through the whole process hope to keep her on board thought my lease term she went above and beyond and her customer service is the best she is kind , funny and so friendly , so happy to have someone I enjoy holding a conversation with at the leasing office.

I've had the absolute best experience that I've ever had when viewing these apartments. It was so great that we moved here within a week of touring the place. One of the employees, Althea, was AMAZING. She took the time to actually listen to what we were looking for and consider our budget before showing us available apartments. She showed us actual apartments that she wanted to offer us to lease...not like the typical apartment complexes that just show you their model home and then the one they have available to lease turns out to be crappy. She was SO helpful and made everything super easy for us to apply. WE LOVE ALTHEA!! On the day we came to sign our actual lease, Whitney helped explain the lease and walked us through signing the lease and she even came an hour before she was supposed to start working so that we could get an early start with moving. She was extremely pleasant and helpful as well and went above and beyond for us. I've also spoke to Felicia and Rosa over the phone, and they're so kind and patient, I can't wait to meet them as well as the rest of the awesome staff. They really do go out of their way for their residents. Now for the actual apartment complex...the inside is newly renovated, all black appliances, looks so modern and we LOVE IT. They have two pools that are stunning and we have a pool view from our living and bed room and it's so gorgeous. They keep everything clean and uniform here and I feel safe and completely happy. I'm also in walking distance of literally everything...grocery stores, restaurants, shopping, you name it! The area is awesome. I love the experience thus far and would recommend this apartment complex to everyone!

I had great experience from beginning to the end. I toured the facility with Felicia, who is awesome by the way. The application process was fast and easy. I ended up getting the renovated unit that is nice. There are always good and bad things but my experience so far has been mostly good. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable.

Just a few days ago I toured with a professional by the name of Felicia and I must admit she was rather detailed answering my concerns and listening to what I am looking for. I am the type of person that does not allow reviews to confirm my decision, but rather a heads up on expectations. I was pleased and satisfied with the amount of great service and level of professionalism that I felt upon entering the leasing office. After a long work week, I am confirming my decision today and it seems that this place has my best interest with what I need and looking for in an apartment. Great staff! Location! Great Place to live! Make the decision for yourself!

I have to start by saying that the staff in the office is excellent; They are always friendly , Rosa is one of them . She is always willing to help no matter how busy she is . I have lived in apartments almost 3 years, since they are very safe to live.

I have lived in theses apt for 14 years and this was going to be my last but new management have taken over and the ladies are doing everything to assure that everything is satisfactory with me. those ladies are Rosa, and Whitney . in the 14 yrs I have been here never a carpet clean no new appliance .no touch up paint. I and reported a mold problem to the last management to no avail nothing was done Rosa came in apt ,and immediately she had it taken care of . as of now I am okay but my lease will be up in 2months and something will have to be done with the carpet at the least. overall I am happy with the staff coming in and making changes we can see Stephanie Tolliver

The complex is absolutely beautiful. The moment you drive in it feels very comfortable, the way home should feel. The complex is designed to take advantage of the amazing natural scenery giving the entire place the feeling of a resort. The tenants are all very friendly and smile and wave to everyone they pass. There was a small bit of construction being completed but once you see the time and effort that has gone into creating the common areas the construction becomes something to be excited about rather than disappointed with. The staff, especially Felicia, are very professional without losing any warmth and personability. The interior of the units is absolutely gorgeous and the views from nearly every room in the apartment is stunning. The layout of the apartments is thoughtfully done and because I am disabled I fell in love with how it is both cozy and spacious enough for me to move around comfortably without bumping into walls or doorways that are too small. I highly recommend making an appointment today.

I have no complaints, accept a good one. The management company is doing a lot of renovation. They have recently added two salt water pool, the maintenance of the grounds are impeccable.All the staff are extremely nice, especially Whitney. The property manager Reggie laugh is contagious. The maintenance guys will not hesitate to address your needs immediately. My favorite is Jae. always smiling, and helpful. I work at night, and feel comfortable walking out my door late at night. I have not had a reason to be concerned. The Courtesy Officers are visible, but not intrusive. They will address your concerns, and always follow up with the residents to make sure your concern has been addressed regardless of large or small.

I have lived at Nesbit for 2 yrs just renewed my lease with Whitney she is awesome so is the rest of the new staff they have made so many changes the new bus stops an playground update looks very nice if you are looking for a place with quality an with a management staff that cares this is a great place to be

these apartments have come a long way major renovations have been and are being done...the staff here is responsive and friendly...especially althea byers she is personable,professional and has a close relationship with the residents..she is on the ball as far as repairs and resident relations and really tries her best to accommodate any request...i enjoy living here and have no plans to move anytime soon...quite satisfied......

I have lived here for almost 2 years now. The prices are good and they seem to be trying to make the community better. We have one of the older un-renovated apartments which was okay when we first moved in but their are some things that have never gotten fixed and we have asked the front office to fix them. Our refrigerator leaks inside we have to put a bowl inside to catch water, 2 stove burners have never worked, water damage on the apartment ceiling (causing cracks), no screens on some windows. Carpets are coming up in areas causing staples to poke out of the floor and linoleum in kitchen is torn. We have discussed these problems with the past 2 or 3 (lost count) property management companies. I understand renovating apartments as residents leave but older apartments should also be able to get fixed, or a discount for dealing with things falling apart.

Let me first begin by saying that everyone in the office are always nice and friendly. Even during the busy moments, they take the time to hear any concerns that I may have and later follow up to make sure they are taken care of. There are some new faces with maintenance, but so far I have no complaints.

rarely don't go on these websites, only just to read reviews. I am a resident at Nesbit. I am in love with the customer service from this one particular agent. Althea. I believe everyone on the property knows her. Everytime I come into the office she always have the brightest smile. I have never met a joyful person like herself. If you ask me, I think she is in the wrong field. I moved in because of her warmth spirit and renewed because of her. This is not just from one resident, everyone speaks highly of her. Every time I come in with a work order she always apologize,and tell me she will have maintenance handle it and they usually do. I thought once I moved in things will change. She had never skipped a beat. She always call me by my name when I come into the office. I believe I have met half the residents just because of her. Nesbit have really outdid themselves by hiring this Angel. She brightens up the office and she calls all the residents her favorite. Lol. She treats us all Luke we are. I have NEVER met anyone like her. I love this property. It should be named" Welcome Home by Althea". That is how she always make you feel. Welcomed.

I'm saying all communities have their own flaws, BUT this one is by far the best, I pay $790 for 1bd/1br and its Wonderful. I've been living here for 4 year and the most amazing thing is Kroger's is across the street, how convenient is that? This place has had a Major Improvement ! Staff in the leasing office are amazing I think they have done a tremendous job turning this place around. Other companies ignored our concerns and the appearance of our area, well not anymore. Now we have a NEW Business Center and also a Fitness Center. Thank You soooooo much for listening to our suggestions, even our questions.

I JUST LOVE THIS PLACE!!!! This place is clean and well organized. Not only is the layout nice but the staff is also. I received help from a young lady I believe her name was Felicia. She was very respectful and had the patience to explain everything to my husband and I. Over all I think this is going to be a good place to live.

It's sad that most times people will only write reviews when they're upset. I'm not saying the community isn't without flaws, but after two other management companies, this one is by far the best. The entire community has had a facelift! It's just a much more enjoyable place to live and the staff is very friendly. I think they're doing a great job turning this place around. Most of the other companies ignored our concerns and the appearance of the community. I can't wait to see the completion of the club house. Thanks for making my community a great place to be.
