The staff are incredibly polite and helpful. They do a great job keeping the facility maintained. The pool area is wonderful during the summer months, though I do wish they will kept it open longer in the future.

over charge multiple times with no reason new administration is sucks they wanna charge for everything low maintenance poor knowledge in customer service high prices waiting to complete my 1 year to get out of this place

As my husband and I searched for a place to stay, Nesbit Palisades was recommended to us by a friend. When we went to take the tour we immediately fell in love with the vibe. The manager Whitney was very helpful and accommodating.

I moved into the apartment after a brief walk through, it had a broken closet door and a strong odor in the apartment. After being assured it would be taken care of a week later when I actually started living in there the odor was still just as strong and the door wasn't fixed. I then found my kitchen cabinet had a huge hole at the bottom and was covered in mold. The cabinet and door were fixed within a few days but the smell has not subsided. Maintenance left letters letting me know everything they did and they cleaned up afterwards so i appreciated that.

Respect,professional conduct. Concern for your welfare. Good place to live plenty of things to do. Lots of reastraunts very close. Some are in walking distance. Pool and play ground is very nice and the excerise is nice.

I had problems getting the keys and actually moving in. But now that I am all moved in, the neighborhood is very nice and quite. The staff work with you pretty well. You just have to make sure you keep constant contact with the moving in process.

My experience at Nesbit Palisades has been fantastic from the beginning! The staff is professional and warm. They know their business and they do not waist ant time handling it.. This is the best community that I have experienced since I have been here in Georgia. Thanks a bunch for caring about your community that you manage . You all are Awesome!

The community is mediocre but it is in a great location. I think the new management are trying to improve things. The grounds are beautiful, and the amenities are great.I would just like to see the customer service and maintenance response to improve.

Too much to type in this small section. To say the least, I had bug issues for the first year. Kimberly? the manager at the time was not helpful in the least way. I had to complain up the ladder to even get and visibility on the matter. However, on a better note there's one nice lady and that's Whitney Vaughn. If you ask for something, she will do everything in her Power to make it happen.

Still new here at the community, but it has been nice. It's nice and quite. People at the leasing office are great. The location of the community is close to everything, I can just walk to it all. Me and my wife really enjoy it so much so far.

Living on this property was the worst three weeks of my life. I made them break my lease. There was no way I could live there for a year. The unit had an awful scent. The water even smelled funny. It was infested with bugs. The circuit was always tripping. In all honesty, it was worse than any projects I've seen. I was too embarrassed to invite anyone over. Supposedly, it was renovated. It needs to be destroyed. It is disgusting. I wouldn't recommend Nesbit Palisades to a homeless person or a family with a section 8 voucher. No one should live under these circumstances. Simply the worst. Oh, no need for an automatic apology response ...

Staff has been wonderful to work with. Maintenance is taken care of within a reasonable amount of time. Neighbors have been friendly and have had no issues. Rent is a reasonable price compared to other apartments around here

Naomi Glay very nicely helped me find excatly what i was looking for. The day my husband and i went to get more information that same day we signed. It was such an amazing experience for the both us. The community is great!

This complex is AWFUL! There are thousands of roaches in this community. And when you try to leave because of it, they want you to pay extra money to break the lease. Even though the apartment is UNLIVABLE due to the conditions. The attached roach trap was only down for THREE hours and there are TWENTY-NINE roaches already on it. This complex is awful. Save yourself.

COMMUNICATION with possible future tenants followup are very important. Good customer service skills be accommodating and get answers if you don't know them. Never misinformed or give false info to a tenant.

The first section of complex is nice but missing renovation to sections other. The unit had some details for fix. The neighborhood is quiet. The playgrounds are neglected. The building is under renovation when I was offered it renovated, it was not very nice the condition of the building at the time of the move

I am very impressed with the quick response of maintenance. They fix everything in a timely manner. The office staff has been nice. And overall I am a happy resident. I also like that they are always having activities for the residence, Arts & Craft night, events at the pool etc.i haven't been able to make it to any event yet because of my schedule but I will try and make it to the next event.

After one week living here, so far I am very satisfied with everything. It is very family oriented. They have two pools and a gym, what is nice. The Stuff is very friendly and helpful. We like the location.
