I am happy with the complex. The property is quiet and kept clean, and the staff speak humanely to people. I also do enjoy the improvements to the complex as far as the French doors and the paint color. Overall I'm happy with Nesbit Palisades

Living here has been a great experience. The landscaping is well maintained and maintenance is always on time! The property manager makes sure all my needs are met as well as the other staff members.

I visisted the homes to consider renting and they were nothing like expected.. The area wa nice but the tenants werent people that i would want to have my kids around, lets just say that. The smell of marijuana in the air and loud music. The inside of the apartments looked ok at first site but then i noticed some moldy spots and someone did a bad job painting and i could see they had painted over mold. I spoke with some of the tenants and they advised me not to rent because their central air wasn't working and they had a carbon monoxide leak they maintainace were procrastinating on fixing.. RENT WITH CAUTION

The best thing about Nesbit Palisades is ALL THE STAFF except Property Manager, Tiffany(she sucks). Whitney, Shawn, Sal and Dixon just to name a few are great. This crew MAY be able to turn things around for the better at this complex.

I have lived here for several years. This community has been great for myself and my child. As a single parent I look for a safe place to live. Not to mention the schools in the area are great schools.

Very friendly and warm personnel cares about people needs and therefore good for business mentality...i was gone in 2014 but i moved back to Nesbit Palisades because i feel safe and back they care about it..i felt Welcome back

My apartment is in a quiet section. It is close to grocery stores, Starbucks, good schools and easy access to 85 and 400. The onsite staff are always some of the friendliest that I have ever met while residing here. They are very conscientious and attentive to concerns.

I'm one pleased resident and the office Staff provides Excellent Customer Services. They offer decent rates on rent and I've definitely experienced how they are improving on keeping with the Grounds on great conditions. I've recently renewed my lease; therefore I highly recommend these apartments if you are searching for a good place to live.

I had been searching for an apartment for weeks. I was about to give up and was reluctant at first about stopping at Nesbit Palisades due to the outside appearance, however, I stopped in anyway and signed right away.

At first when I moved in I love it very much management was good and community was well kept. 2007 and beyond was terrible but since this management I can truly said things are much better and resemble first management ( Greenhouse) .

I'm satisfied with living here! No complaints! The maintenance and staff are all very friendly. The neighborhood is quiet and tucked away which I thoroughly enjoy. It's a very convenient location and not far from shopping!

I haven't had any issues since I moved in about 6 years ago. The community is quiet and conveniently located. Throughout all of the different owners, the office/leasing personnel have always been very attentive and helpful to any needs I've had.

My experience at this community has been okay. My only issues is regarding pest control and that you can hear your neighbors every move; the walls appear to be very thin. I can always hear the neighbors above me walk hard (seems as if they are stomping) early in the mornings and late at night.

The amenities are phenomenal very accomidating to the communy and families. They have seasonal events that are free to residents and children. They also host workshops for the pareants! The staff always wear a smile! Great place to live!

I have lived over 9 years in this complex. In the time I have lived here, there have been at least 5 Management companies to come and go. I have not had my floors done since I moved in. I would not recommend this complex to anyone and it's too pricey

The first 4 years were great with polite and respectful staff. I don't like even going on the office to pick up a package anymore. The women in the office make you feel like it's such a hassle to look for a package or turn in a request for maintenance

The experience has been good. Our apartment is very spacious and the landscape around the area is very well kept in this complex. We do have some noisy neighbors but overall a good living experience for my wife, my son, and I.

Absolutely satisfied with my move in, the office staff is very professional and nice, they all made sure I was taken care of I like the way they work as a team, I definetly recommend this community for anyone, overall everything was clean brand new appliances, keys were ready for me I love my new place!

We are enjoying our stay in this apartment and it's been two years and we recently renewed for one more year. Recently renovation done for all apartments which reduces the noise. Each maintenance work order are done with prompt follow-up.
