I recently moved to Nesbit Palisades a little under 2 weeks ago. What initially drew me was the nice landscape, clean leasing office and the super friendly office staff. I have a one bedroom apartment that was recently renovated and it LOOKS nice, however, everyday since I moved in I have seen huge cockroaches INSIDE my apartment! I am, borderline, an ---- clean person. My first day I moved in I cleaned my bathroom, cleaned the kitchen, wiped down all counters, sinks, bathtub and floors; that night I saw a cockroach in my bathroom, when I turned the light on it ran into a super tiny crevice under my bathtub that I wouldn't have recognized otherwise. Pest control was the first question I asked when I toured Nesbit Palisades before I leased and I was assured that they come out on Wednesday as long as you call to have your name put on the list. However, I'm still seeing roaches! At night they literally take over the outside walkways. I've spoken to the office about this issue and was told that "the big ones may get in from time to time" -____- I've literally had to stay at my sisters house because I'm so disgusted with my own apartment! I've had to resort to putting boric acid all over my home. At this point I'm super frustrated and am SERIOUSLY thinking about breaking my lease to go elsewhere. My advice, if you don't want to share your apartment with roaches DEFINITELY save yourself the headache and find somewhere else to live!!

I live there almost three years. My basement level apartment was infested with roaches and other insects ALWAYS. Their pest control is a joke...I would not blame maintenance guys though but they were always too busy, and often late since there are 600 apts in that complex! My apartment was flooded twice and they never even said sorry or undertook any serious flooring repairs... My neighbor got robbed at gunpoint one time and my apartment was broken into once and laptop and ipad was stolen. It looks like a good place but a lot of crime actually was going on there... I had a big security deposit - they charged me for my carpets around 400$ and I lived there over two and a half years! Even though in most decent complexes it is two years and you're entitled to either free carpet replacement or full cleaning at no charge... Management changed and so did the name - Greenhouse apts, Jasmine, now Nesbit Palisades. It is very strange is place has now such a high rating. I'd doubt it's all correct feedback from residents...

Make sure you go to Alicia. I didn't have amazing credit, but she made it work for me. I and I moved in the next day. wonderful leasing agent.

I've never put a review up before so this is very new to me..but it was mandatory that I did so with Nesbit at Palisades apts..I've only lived here a lil over a week but my experience was smooth and stress free..Felicia showed me my apt..I applied and was approved the same day..Every lady in the office from Krystal the manager to Rosa, Whitney and Alicia have exceptional customer service skills they are very welcoming and extremely professional .. this is not only a beautiful place to live but it but it's also very convient to everything highways, drugstores, grocery stores etc..Oh btw they threw a pool party yesterday for the residents...so much fun! they had food, a D.J and games for the kids...I would recommend this place to anyone..I love it here so far !

I toured with a Ms. Felicia and loved the community. It was quiet and updated, but just too far for my commute. The playground and the fitness center is clean . Apartments are upgraded nicely.

I have lived at Nesbit Palisades for a long time. I have seen people come and go thought out the complex. I really like living here. I was reading all the reviews and i can only agree with everything. The staff is great i deal with Whitney the most. She has been there the longest. She is very nice, always follows up, and i have seen her grow as a person and she is amazing just great customer service. (wish there were more people like her always smiling and always busy she does alot of work and it shows). Now far as Maintenance they are very courteous and always on time, knowledgeable about about everything. They really have the hardest jobs but they do a great job expecially Joe and Patrick. I dont know the others but they are great as well. Nesbit Palisades is HOME to me and I love my apartment the price and how is close to everything. I would recommend this place to anyone family and friends.

I have been living in Bld 1 since November. Whitney has been very pleasant and reliable in the leasing office. Patrick comes in my apartment and do my work order in a timely matter and is always pleasant and knowledge about EVERYTHING. I love living here by Kroger its in walking distance. This is a great place to live and everyone is friendly.

I been living here for five years. Rosa and Whitney are very helpful to me in the office. Every one in the office is nice an really care. The guys always takes care of ny work orders they are very pleasant and fix things in a timely matter. I love my apartment the people that live by me are just okay but I deal with it. The apt is located to everything I love this place an recommend it to anyone.

The leasing office staff are very courteous and professional. Whitney is the best. She is great a checking back with the lessees when it comes to maintenance issues when they have been overlooked. There have been issues with the maintenance staff in the past, but since the management has changed and they are a lot better now.

Finally Satisfied. After a long search for an apartment for mom, I finally found a place where I feel is a good fit. The staff was patient and went over and beyond the call to assist. The apartment was rennovated and looked just like the advertised picture. Many times, with other places, this has not been the case. When I arrived just a few minutes after they closed, Mrs. Althea still acknowledged me and answered all of my questions. She arranged for me to see the unit the first thing the next morning and the rest is history. I was very pleased with the workmanship; the maintenance crews did an excellent job. The friendly staff will make mom's stay one of the best experiences of our. Like they say, If mom's not happy, nobody's happy. Thank God for a place that exceeded my expectations.

Although my time here at Nesbit Palisades has been short, I love it! The community is in a very nice area. It is an easy commute to and from work and it is also conveniently close to the places I choose to shop. when I went in for a tour, it was not long after that Whitney had addressed me to see if she could help me. I told her exactly what I was looking for and the very first apartment she took me to was perfect! She was very detailed in explaining the recent renovations of the apartment and knew a lot about the community in genral. Most of my questions were answered on the tour before I even asked them. Whitney made me feel that if I stayed here I could trust her when I needed anything taking care of. And so far she has proved herself to be above and beyond excellent in her work. I want to thank her for making sure that things are done when i ask them. Also just for her warm friendly personality. I look forward to working with Whitney for as long as I call Nesbit Palisades Apartments my home and i would definitely recommend this community to anyone and point them to the desk of Whitney for amazing customer service.

I have been living at the Nesbit Palisades for some time now so I have seen managers come and go. I am okay with their departure as long as Althea Echols, who is an employee of Nesbit doesn't leaves us. I don't know how we managed without her. Althea Echols is diligent, smart, giving, courteous and professional. She is quality, customer service personified. She took my family and I on a tour of the property and I believe she waved to the birds. She may have called them by name. She is so efficient and detailed. When I go into the office to pay rent, every resident is welcomed by Althea in a grandma type of way. She even offers cookies fresh out of the oven. Althea Echols's desk is exactly where it needs to be. Her presence and approach to unfortunate situations saves hostile, unwanted or unappreciated traffic towards management. She takes the blows (not physical), yells and anger and surprisingly changes the atmosphere. You hear angels singing. Management is lucky to have her at the front desk. When Althea puts in a work order, she calls maintenance management in our presence so we as a tenant can receive an accurate scheduled date of correction. I will move to any property that will welcome Althea's vivacious, warm and kind personality. She is more than a lease agent. She is SUPER LEASE AGENT. Nesbit is lucky to have her and I am lucky to be renting at a location that is smart enough to hire people like her. Thank you Nesbit.

Nesbit Palisades is a great community my family and i moved in a couple of months ago and it has just been awesome. our leasing agent Althea has to be the nicest most genuine person I have ever met. the process was smooth and easy and the rest of the staff is wonderful. by the way the property and the apartment is just as great as the look in the pictures. i highly recommend this place

My family has been living at this property for a year. And I have had an enjoyable stay. There are some design issues with the property, ie. the lack of sidewalks, and multiple blind turns due to the topography of the location, but the staff members make up for those flaws in abundance. Particularly Althea!!! She is almost like a concierge; a one woman welcome wagon. She's extremely approachable and is never above helping a resident with any request. Every time I see her driving around the property she makes it her business to ask how me and my family are doing, and whether we have any issues with our apartment. If I ever call into the leasing office with an issue, when SHE answers, I know the issue will be settled. Of course, when you live on any rented property issues occur, but having management that resolves your issues in a timely fashion and follows through, makes all the difference.

I thought this apartment complex was a little pricey but because of her I decided to fill out an application. It is also because of her I decided to I have been living here for quite some time now. Don't get me wrong, I believe everyone in the office is pleasant but Althea is quite unusual. At first I thought once I moved in she will change. Never!!! As a matter of fact on my move in date, she knew I needed help so she called her husband who was home and she went home put on her sneakers and came to help me move my furniture in. I believe that is Customer service to another degree. What apartment community you know of, that a leasing agent would literally help you move into your apartment. This is by far the best place to live at but Althea has made it a WONDERFUL place to live. I rarely don't go on these websites, only just to read reviews. I am a resident at Nesbit. I am in love with the customer service from this one particular agent. Althea. I believe everyone on the property knows her. Everytime I come into the office she always have the brightest smile. I have never met a joyful person like herself. If you ask me, I think she is in the wrong field. I moved in because of her warmth spirit and renewed because of her. This is not just from one resident, everyone speaks highly of her. Every time I come in with a work order she always apologize,and tell me she will have maintenance handle it and they usually do. I thought once I moved in things will change. She had never skipped a beat. She always call me by my name when I come into the office. I believe I have met half the residents just because of her. Nesbit have really outdid themselves by hiring this Angel. She brightens up the office and she calls all the residents her favorite. Lol. She treats us all like we are. I have NEVER met anyone like her. I love this property. It should be named" Welcome Home by Althea". That is how she always make you feel. Welcomed.

I've been living at the Nesbit palisades!!!! For about 4 years!!! The staff, specially there assistant manager Rosa is extremely pleasent, professional and friendly!!!! Like I said I've been there for 4 years!!! Love the area and love how fast there maintenance employees follow up on work orders. Specially Juan, he is always making sure things are fix properly and handle with care!!!

I been living her for a while it has been through like a million of management companies and this one is far the best an making many improvements the office staff is AMAZING. Whitney is my go to person that has been in the office for a long time she is very hard working and she makes the world go around in the leasing office. Rosa is great as well even though she doesn't let me pay my rent late she is amazing as well. I love this place an work recommend anyone to live here I know it's not a house an no where is prefect but this place is great to me.

I have been living at Nesbit Palisades for a month now. I love Nesbit Palisades. I walk my dog everyday an bring my dog by the office to say hi to the nice ladies in the office. The new manager name Crystal is very nice and kind but all the ladies in the office are very kind and hard working especially Whitney she is very helpful and knowledgeable about the property. Althea is cheerful every time I walk through the door. Rosa always says sweet things an compliments people which makes my day. I am very proud to say I live here an would recommend this place to anyone.

I love Nesbit Palisades i wouldn't trade moving here for anything. The apartments are big and spacious, i like the gym, the hours are convenient for me, plus it's open 24hrs a day. You have a problem in your apartment maintenance comes on time to fix the problem. I have no complaints at all about the complex. I love the staff they are very professional and friendly always available to help and give you there best. This one staff member in particular her name is Rosa she is the one to speak to, she is very professional, kind, and very helpful. i would ask to speak to her she is straight forward and honest. i would recommend this place to anyone, i truly enjoy living here. Markets, shopping area is only minutes away. It is just a great place to stay.
