Don't move here ----------- is a magnificent ---- And the new property "owner" is a complete and utter ----- Suck --- of comment replies 2 faced ------ Who should be fired They will not fix or maintain the building but will threaten to kick you out even though they breach their contract They will do nothing but to help you what so ever If you move in I suggest you get a lawyer ahead of time This place is not safe to live in Drugs Cars stolen ---- as hell Bugs everywhere 2 faced managements ------- is one of the best staff members but the management is ---- 99$ sounds like a great deal but the place is falling apart We have a case and the judge even agreed that it's a winning since what they put us through put my family in danger We have copies of emails and conversations between us They make you wait on their response and and don't contact you back and will ---- you over cause they ----ed up DO NOT MOVE IN HERE talk to neighbors first before moving in 0 out of 5 BBB even have reviews on this Beaty -------- company and they are con artists

I was allowed to move into an apartment that hadn't bee fully repaired or cleaned. The staff is friendly but the maintenance is subpar. They've had almost 60 days to fix all issues and they still aren't complete. I get a lot of apologies but no real action behind it. The walls and windows are extremely thin. I can hear everything going on outside and next door. Not sure I would stay here if given the chance to move prior to my lease expiring. I feel I was bamboozled into signing away. I did not receive full disclosure of what condition this apartment was in before I signed my lease.

Maintenance has made significant improvements. I was kept informed of the work needing to be done and it was completed earlier then originally anticipated. Whitney followed up with a phone call to ensure the work was completed to my satisfaction. I appreciate the customer service and effort that the new team is putting in. Shawn is also very personable and pleasant to work with.

Balfour Beatty has indeed been the most incredible team I have seen. Office staff is superb. Mateience is thorough. Trash is not piled up and running over. Community events are going on. It's a true blessing to be living here, it's so great. 1

Coming from Plano TX and the area is equivalent to the community there. The parking area is well lite and safe, and culture of the community is safe. Interior is clean and upgraded appliances and modern style. Close to all the stores; Kroger, Publix, CVS, North Point Mall, and 400/285 freeways.

Experience has been mixed. Renovations were recently done but materials and workmanship were shoddy. With the most recent management company maintenance has been terrible. Trash is not removed from behind my building. Drainage problems have not been addressed behind my building where we walk. Large dogs are being permitted.

Horrible! I would like to be let out of my lease without being penalized.Pest control problems, people are allowing their pets to use the bathroom around my front door area and also patio earlier, cigarette butts are in my patio area, all of these issues are weekly issues that haven't been resolved.

I had to sign a lease pretty much site unseen and was pleased to find that it is a very family oriented property. Generally quiet but the pool can get loud and crowded with children from time to time. The leasing office is helpful but hard to get a hold of. Whitney is definitely the most helpful staff member. They raise the rent significantly each time you renew your lease which gets frustrating because the prices are much higher that the nicer comps in the area. All things considered though, I enjoy living at The Nesbit Palisades.

I am a current tenant in a renovated 3 bedroom. My unit is great! The new management that recently came on board with the few staff members that stayed are AMAZING!! I am renewing for another year, a little bit of an increase but so worth it! The Management team and Maintenance have been exceptionally responsive to my apartment needs! I shared with the Leasing Coordinator W I would like to have my bedroom repainted as part of me renewing. She followed up to let me know she had shared with the Property Manager T my request was being considered, and I should hear from her soon. She even emailed to let me know she was working on it even after calling. Property Manager called and listen to what my concern were, she scheduled an appt to view, saw the room I wanted repainted, and scheduled the painters. This all took place in abt a weeks time. She wants happy tenants, especially if you have a reasonable request. I loss my job and had to pay rent a few days late the Assistant Property Manager S waived my late fee as a 1 time courtesy, definitely an incentive because my rent was a couple days after the due date. Unheard of!!! They want happy tenants!! Maintenance A is always friendly! Had a leak in bathroom ceiling from my neighbors upstairs on a Sunday. He came by saw the issue went upstairs abt 30 minutes, later problem fixed. As for roaches, I have not seen any. Now, keep in mind you dont know if your neighbors keep a tidy place. Roaches can be at any apartment home. I always put Boric acid around the edges of a new place just because you dont know your neighbors habits. Also, avoid units close to the trash compactor. Last communicate effectively with the leasing office and they will help you. I love it here!!

I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. This place is horrible. The management team is rude and lies. Yes they may be nice when you are looking to rent, but once you move in all of that stops. Your safety is not a concern to them at all. So many residents are moving out around here because of all the issues from pest control to furnaces leaking carbon monoxide. Don't live here!

We moved here back in February in a 2 bedroom 1 bathroom Roaches and our house was clean Nothing but problems with the air conditioner the fan is always running The power bill is $507 half of my months rent and the leasing office doesn't give a ---- I own a house in Canada that's a 5 bedroom home and the power bill may just reach this price.. The management is complete horrible Sign a lease and pay $500.00 a month in power for a small apartment but when we say it's the air conditioner the management don't care They just want their rent We are think about just getting up and leaving This place I advise you NOT TO MOVE INTO AT ALL Oh an not to mention the amount of drugs in this place.. Some guy tried selling me coke ALREADY PUT A COMPLAINT IN TO BBB and get a lawyer

We moved here from ny back in November and have had the worst experience living here. Besides the fact that the cops are here at least once a week for drug raids on our neighbors but the living conditions are just disgusting. They renovated by slapping on the new cabinet doors and fake granite counters but painted over tons of bugs on the walls. When we signed our lease we weren't allowed to view our apartment. When we moved in the floors, walls, and ceilings were crawling with tons of roaches. Apparently the people before us were really dirty and the maintenance crew didn't care to clean the place up before renting it out. Did I mention we have 2 bathrooms but 2 broken toilets for 2 weeks?? We have also had 2 sewage floods! They wouldn't send in anyone to clean up the feces that was floating throughout the master bedroom, bathroom, kids room, or the living room. I had to go buy tons of bleach, gloves, scrub brushes, carpet cleaner, everything to clean up other people's feces because of a pipe issue not related to our apartment. Nor did they reimburse us for our weekend hotel stay while our apartment was under water. We can't see out of our windows because of the layers of black mold and when it rains the windows leak. Also, the garbage receptacle is broken and the garbage is sky high, has been like that for months and no one has come to fix it. The management company are all liars and thieves. They are even raising the rent to $1450 for new comers. I just want to make sure that people are aware. If you are looking for a good apartment complex, do not come here. The community as a whole is trying to get this word spread to all the news stations so hopefully the company will be investigated. This is a slum lord community. Cannot wait to move out of this nasty place in October!!

Edna at the leasing office is GREAT. She has a killer personality and is extremely punctual. She has called me 4 times since my move in a week ago to check up and also see what else she could do to make my stay here better. I recommend this place to anyone. The units are oddly designed but nice non the less.

Beware that the low cost comes at the price of no customer service. From the initial move in we have been unhappy. Constant noise, kids jumping and people up all night long from upstairs. The office did nothing. The office lies about everything - they lock the pool restrooms doors all the time, they lock the gates for the pool and park ramps so families with strollers or wheelchairs don't have access, etc. I went in 90 day before my lease was up and asked about renewal info and she told me they do that 60 days out. Went back in at 60 days and she told me they do it 90 days before hand and I had to wait- then I had to explain the math of 60 and 90 days so she could realize she just proved that they haven't done their job again! I didn't get renewal paper until I called corporate.

I can't describe how happy I am to have moved here! Edna was my leasing agent and she went above and beyond to help me. I had a bad experience at another property which caused me to cancel my lease and find something within 2 weeks and when I came in the leasing office Edna was able to find me a apartment in a really short notice.I have now been staying here for about a month and I am happy to be able to call this place home. Everyone in the leasing office is super friendly and the amenities are really nice.I honestly have nothing negative to say about this apartment complex!! Thank you again Edna:)

I emailed an inquiry in regards to a three bedroom and was contacted by someone who was very rude and nasty to my surprise seeing how the location seems to be a decent area. i actually appreciate that early on cause that lets me know what kind of future problems i could look forward to as a resident. thanks but no thanks, you definetly missed out on a potential resident. that's not customer service by any means and if you dislike your job, well quit

I have been a resident here for a few years and my aunt called up to the leasing office to let the office know what was going on and they wanted us to come in with a hand written note. Really? We wanted to stay anonymous. Sure, move in if you would like to have meth being sold right outside your door. Cars coming and going at all hours of the night. Not to mention he was talking to one of my friends because the guy had seen my friend around and told him he was a convicted felon and he had been living there with his son and child's mother! Now he has his whole family in the apartment. There is about 9 of them in there. I am moving ASAP this community has gone down hill and they wont do anything about it because I wont bring a note in there. PLEASE do not waste your money. If they don't do anything about it fast I am out of here! They will be losing a good paying resident for some scums!

I came out and took a tour and love the community and the staff. I was very lucky and was able to meet all the ladies in the front office. I loved the idea of an apartment community having a concierge. I felt very Welcome and was very pleased. I love all the amenities they offer. The price was really good especially in the Alpharetta area.
