I love this community. One of the things that I loved it is that the apartments are very iluminated at night. I love my apartment design too and the location of the apartment is the best. Kroger is across the street :)

We have lived in this community longer than we anticipated. Maintenance was exceptional when we became residents in 1993. It deteriorated starting in 2005, but improved in 2016. Despite the length of time we've lived here, our apartment has never been painted and we cannot convince management to do so unless we move into a completely renovated apartment at a $300 to $400 monthly rent increase. The location is good and that's the main reason we continue to live here.

Yvette McWhorter was amazing with assisting with the move-in process. I absolutely love my 3 bedroom unit and the overall experience has been great so far. Though the turn-key could have been cleaner, i.e, the paint job was subpar, countertops and cabinets are really dated and dusty even after extensive cleaning and cover up paint, etc., the space is quite comfy and cozy. Again, our leasing professional was nothing short of amazing with ensuring a smooth move.

The move in requirements were expected and simple. My only frustrations with this move is that my apartment wasn't ready literralu until the day before and even then it still wasn't fully ready. I had to reach out multiple times to pressure them to see it before my move in date. I was promised an upgraded apartment with those toilets that have the buttons for different types of flushing but didn't get that. Several other things were missing or incomplete. Outside of that, the community is wonderful, convenient, & spacious.

Strategic Location, Safe and quiet Neighborhood, Clean Community Areas, Great pool and green Surfaces. Big apartments. Close to restaurants, Movie theater, Holcomb Bridge, Starbucks, Chick Fil A and Kroger. U Can literally go walking

Nesbit palisades is a good neighborhood so clean and the staff so professional the maintenance is so accurate and quick is safe place to live close to the stores schools movies theaters and very like it and recomended

Great space, great staff, and very affordable and safe area i would recommend it. The complex is very nice. There can be minor issues but nothing that would complicate the way of living. Community is great neighborhood and neighbors are very polite.

Front office staff is very rude, never answer calls never nor call you back when you have a questions.There is no parking, you can hear the family that lives above you, the grounds are not kept up the pool is always dirty. Then not to mention ROACHES... Had to had this issue before I moved in and they did nothing it has taken them over 5 months to actually do something now, but they are still here. Per Pest control they have had this issue and it will be a long while before it goes away due to the upkeep of the grounds and having people not clean their apartments. I will not be renewing my lease starting to look for a new place now better to find a new place before its time to move. I would not recommend anyone here to live.

It has been a home, with good prompt responses from the staff. I have lived here for over six years and have gotten to know the staff. They are friendly and actually neighborly. There have been very few issues that enivitably come up in six years, but all are handled with speed and quality.

I've been here for almost 2 months and from day one since they changed my apartment the same day because it wasn't clean and ready yet I started to see that management didn't care about residents . Very disappointed!

Leasing agent was very pleasant and easy to contact. She was able to answer any and all questions that I had. My only issue and/or concern is with getting maintenance to service and problems within my unit. I am still waiting for my bathtub to be repaired since I moved in.

So far the community has been okay. If they would take more action for pest control I would be more satisfied. I feel like "spraying" is not working. Or using another company. I have also has a problem getting serviced. I pay for the service and would like to utilize what I pay for

The apartments from the outside looks really good but for the amount you are paying it's not worth it. They don't even fix things right the way they should. I been living there for 10 years and you think they would give you a discount for living there for that long but NO. I also asked them if I could move out to a newer apartment but I have to pay a ridiculous amount of money for a 4 bedroom.

A very good, friendly and safe community to live. The staff (reception and the maintenance) are very friendly. Periodic communication is done so that we are up to date with the developments. Work orders are done very promptly. Very spacious and airy environment. Nature can be enjoyed sitting at home. Overall it is a wonderful experience living in this apartment. The neighborhood schools are very good, both elementary and middle school.

I just wanted to take the time out to say how helpful, jovial, and efficient Ms. McWhorter was on yesterday. I was really impressed by her great customer service skills and effortless ability to help multiple customers and still remain professional, efficient, and courteous to each and every one present, despite being the only employee working that day. She is truly one of the main reasons I chose Nesbit!

It's been great. Maintenance in the office staff are terrific . I love the 24 hour gym the grounds are always clean . I even have great neighbors . There are regular resident events to participate in .

I have been living here for a year and 5 months. I only renewed my lease for another six months as the management always tries to find ways to rip off the residents for everything. I was told if I do not renew my lease my rent will go up 50% of what I pay? Place is really shady and mostly you smell "something" in the air at night. I'll give it a 1 1/2 star.
