I love this complex, it's clean for the most part and very mellow. The staff within the leasing office is very professional, respectful, and understanding. The residents within the complex are pleasant and for the most part keep to themselves.

Great community!!! Pleasant staff!!! Would recommend just not staying a bottom level again to many bugs!!! Overall, I appreciate the maintenance being on top of things!! No crime, very comfortable and safe community!!!

Although management at the complex has changed multiple times in the time I have lived here I have always been treated well by the office staff, management and maintenance personnel. The complex is a safe one, and takes care to ensure the grounds are generally well kept. Any concerns/issues are normally addressed promptly and completely.

Quiet neighbors, nice apartment complex, this neighborhood is conveniently located to shopping areas, restaurants and entertainment. Polite office staff and a helpful maintenance crew. Located in a nice area, it is a great place to live!

I had to move from my 1st apartment in this complex. Due to mold, leak in the floor, and roaches. I moved to another building in which I thought was better but this apartment has a mold as well and roaches. Not liking this apartment at all.

This has been the best apartments I have ever lived in. Management is amazing as well as the maintenance staff. The property is very well maintained. Everyone is very responsive here. I would definitely recommend this place to a friend.

Staff and move in perfectly nice. Unit was clean and utilities were able to be turned on in a timely manner. Only issues so far are a lack of urgency to fix the air conditioning and refrigerator, both of which were not working upon move in. Went several days without either before the issues were resolved. Once addressed, they were handled in one day and the maintenance workers were very nice and helpful.

I'm so happy, I've lived here for 8 years and never had any problems. I really recommend living here, the neighborhood is very calm and safe. I also love the convenience of the location, everything is really close by which is very helpful. Thank you for giving me one of the best experiences I've ever had in a while!

The experience since I moved in have been great. Having a great school system and having thing availability to go swimming playing tennis having a playground for the kids, and being surrounded by shopping centers that is available for you.

Nothing was handled with urgency and he guy how gave me the keys was very rude the day i went to get them. Also the day that I moved in I was not told that I had to get everything in my name the day before before I got the keys. I was able to do it the day of which I was told that I couldn't.

It's a decent neighbor it's clam and peaceful and not that much noise and great community but there's more people moving in and there is less parking same for parking. Office management is good but it takes a while to fix the things

My place has been great! No issues, lovely neighbors, and plenty of parking. Schools are also great! Close to urgent care, shopping and entertainment for family. Also has gym and pool access. Good area

Its a good place to live, apartments are big and nice but the neighbors can be too loud there Is marihuana smell sometimes.... the fitness center is nice has a lot of equipment, pool is clean,managers are nice and helpful

I love this apartment! Great staff, great location and great price! I'm so lucky to have found this place when I did. The playgrounds are perfect for my daughter. We love to just walk around and take in the beautiful landscape.

Great place, with a lot of amenities. We moved in prior to Rennovations, I don't believe the price for rent is worth what we have. AC has broken 4 times, and there are a lot of bugs and spiders. Good for a temporary place to live not long term

Not to pleasant, location is the reason I've stayed. The change in staff non responsive maintenance crew is disappointing. The rent increase has been outrageous, and we were forced to move into a higher prices unit.

The staff wa about professional and courteous. They understood my situation from moving out of state and worked with my family and I when moving in the new place. Everyone is generally friendly, and I haven't had a major issue with the apartment. It feels homey and safe here.

My first year here was very nice and peaceful. I didn't have any problems. Now my second year was when all these problems started. We got a new Leasing Manager and she is ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE and beyond DISRESPECTFUL. She doesn't care if your home is left unlocked due to their negligence. She doesn't care about your concerns about anything. She doesn't respond to emails in a timely manner.

Usual apartment stuff. Big Roaches. A bit over priced but not a horrible neighborhood. Close to grocery and restaurants. Wouldnt recommend unless u dont mind the Bugs...overall not the worst not the best..

We've had a great experience here at Nesbit Palisades! We've been here for 2 years already and have enjoyed our experience. While looking for apartments in the area, we were met with rude, rushy leasing agents and not very great inventory as far as space-that was (and is) definitely not the case. Even through company changes, we have had such a pleasant experiences with the staff which is so refreshing. The open floor plans are fantastic with a lot of space and storage, which has been incredibly helpful for my family. Maintenance is speedy and the lawns, playgrounds, pools, grilling areas, trash areas are all very well kept up clean and maintained. My husband and I have to say as soon as we've had any questions, we call the office, the best person to speak to is Whitney! Whitney is such a gem.She has helped us through any issues and is very prompt in following up and even coming straight to our apartment to evaluate any other needs we may have. Very grateful for that special quality in a community manager, so if I havent said it enough, thank you for the great service Whitney and the entire Nesbit Palisades community!!!

The application and move in process was simple, and i could do everything online so i didn't even have to miss out on work. The leasing agent was extremely heplful and made sure i was kept up to date on all the details of the move-in.

I travel often for work, so I'm hardly home. I feel secure leaving my apartment for days to weeks at a time. That said, I would like the apartment to include better standard locks. Additionally, considering the rent an alarm option would be an added benefit.
