Avana Woods is a nice place to live and a very convenient location. They make applying to the apartments very easy and explain everything to you upfront. So far, I am happy with my decision to live here.

    It is a beautiful looking community but the staff has no priority in fixing issues that have been filled in work orders. I’m paying for the washer and dryer and I can only use half of the washer because there’s no knob to turn on the cold water and no one has fixed my washer since move in.

            Not sure management really cares about the facilities. Takes forever to get maintenance, not many amenities, no effort to upgrade the apartment I’m in (such as a replacement oven/fan/dryer which are all shot to hell)

              This is an average apartment complex with an amazing location. However the staff are constantly changing and have demonstrated a pattern of unreliable behavior. They do not return phone calls and have a tendency to be rude

                It’s a really safe place to live, with a good community and close spaces to enjoy your free time, with a lot of stores close where you can go without a car, they are super friendly with the pets and with the people in general

                    I like my apartment space wise and the location is very nice. At first Maintenance was slow to fix my washer and outlet in apartment, greystar took forever. Trash is easy to take out and there plenty of fast food restaurants near by. It’s a neat area with a nice pool and clubhouse.                         NO, BECAUSE MY EXPERIENCE IS NOT POSITIVE. THE GROUNDS COULD LOOK BETTER. TRAILERS IN THE PARKING LOTS WITH TRASH ALL AROUND THEM. NO WORKING SWIMMING POOL FOR 2 SUMMERS IN A ROW. GYM EQUIPMENT IS BROKEN ALL THE TIME. AND WE PAY A LOT OF MONEY FOR RENT AND ALL THE AMENITIES ARE NOT AVAILABLE.

                          The apartment that we were shown was lovely. We decided on getting a 1b/1b and it is almost completely different and has a good amount of things wrong with it. Ex: peephole is stuffed with something and there’s just a hole, paint on carpet from landlord special, almost all sinks are leaking/water damage underneath. We could have just received a worse off apartment, but for price? We should not be paying over 1400 for there to be so many things wrong with this place.

                              They really need to get better at communicating & fixing things the right way the first time. Too many things go undone and then it becomes the blame game instead of taking accountability & getting it done correctly. I would not recommend these place to anyone I know unfortunately. The new maintenance is trying their best, but it’s only so much they can do.

                                  We’ve lived here almost a year, honestly no real problems! It’s quiet, cute and tucked away from the road and the landscape is nice. Haven’t had to talk to management much but they seem nice enough! No bug problems, pretty clean too. Only complaint is usual for any apartment now really, cheaply updated and overpriced. But that’s just how this area is.

                                        Lived at Avana Northpoint the previous year, was expecting a similar standard when it comes to cleanliness, facility quality, and concern for residents. Sadly mistaken. trash compactor has been out of use two times since I moved in, and I was reprimanded for continuing to put trash within the vicinity of the compactor, as if I should be expected to store 4 full trash bags in my own apartment.

                                          It’s been good I love the grounds I just honestly have always had issues with maintenance and the leasing office it’s like they don’t care about the residents at all. The maintenance is constantly lacking the work they do is ------, I’ve been without a functioning dishwashers since 2021 I got a new one Put on and it still doesn’t work. Horrible service.

                                            Would not recommend this community to anybody. There are no areas of the living experience that I am happy with. All areas need to be improved from management, communication, maintenance, and property upkeep. I would love if I couldn’t hear rodents in my walls after placing multiple maintenance requests. Seems like residents and the living experience is not a priority for management or ownership.

                                              You don’t want me to share my experience. The best part of staying here is the day I load up my moving truck and turn in my keys.
