I was so impressed with the community the first time I visited. The grounds were beautifully landscaped and maintained, the staff was very friendly and made me feel welcomed. I am in love with my kitchen - plenty of storage for gadgets and cooking supplies. Parking is great, valet trash service is a huge bonus.

So far it is a very nice place. We haven't had a completed work order, but people are friendly and the apartment lives up to the hype! Management is nice and everything else is nice for the most part. Would recommend this complex

The maintenance staff is A1. You see this with any need requested. The community manager is sincerely motivated to resolve issues quickly and does not try to avoid. We feel pretty happy. We feel valued and welcomed here.

This is a good apartment but horrible management. Manager Carrie is not very friendly and won't listen to your issues properly. My auto payment expired, I didn't received any notification for the same. When I tried to talk to Carrie she made me wait for 40 min only to promise she will look into it. The next day she came up with only explanation that she can't do anything about it. Cut me off while speaking arguing that someone else is waiting for her. Very bad management experience!!

Everything was explained to me clearly and sufficiently. The leasing staff has also been helpful in allowing deliveries in my apartment when I can't make it. I made a list of some items that needed to be addressed once I moved in and the work orders were immediately put in to address them although they were very minor items to begin with.

I like the fact that the community is gated. It is only 3 miles from where my husband works so the location is perfect. It sits right beside a new, large open air shopping, dining and entertainment complex which will be extremely convenient once everything is up and running. We chose an apartment towards the back of the community which provides a good amount of privacy.

The location is ideal. The apartments are large and the kitchen is a nice size, not a galley kitchen. The staff was a little disorganized and frazzled. We just moved in about 2 weeks ago, so far so good.

It's been a pretty good experience. The breezeways could be kept a lot cleaner. There are spider webs and bird droppings on the ledges within the breezeways. The landscaping is kept up very well. Not sure if I would renew the lease.

Let me start off by saying that the staff has been amazing. My only issue is that the grounds in the back phase in building 11, 12 and 13 are not kept clean within the breeze ways. The breeze ways needs to be blown clean and there is bird poop on the rails. I have lived in other apartments communities and they have kept the breeze ways and balcony and hallways really clean. With the amount of money I pay I except it to be better kept. Will there be a company coming out soon to handle these issues? I do love the community and would like to stay after my lease is up if it's better kept up.

Not much noise from leasing agent who lives at unit 624....leasing agent ran off the previous tenant due to the fact her children were loud and unruly. When you live in an apartment you share walls ceilings and floors you have to be mindful and respectful to you neighbors which clearly the leasing agent in 624 is NOT!!.

My overall experience was pretty good. I had a few maintenance issues but aside from that I was pleased with my community. My wash machine was out of commission for over 5 months although maintenance came out multiple times. It wasn't until I took off work and met them at my apartment that we concluded what the real issue was. I also had a minor issue with a reoccurring marijuana smell coming from a neighbors home.

The apartments are comfortable and spacious but the service in administration is not very good, people should know how to listen to their tenants and work on improving each situation that is presented taking into account all the aspects that they do not do

The move in process was not ideal. We went into the apartment with one of the leasing agents who proceeded to quickly check and see if all of the water and appliances worked. She then asked us to sign the move-in inspection form without giving us the opportunity to look at anything in too closely. I then refused to sign it and asked that she leave the form with us and allow us to complete our own inspection of the entire apartment. She refused to leave the form and tried again to have me sign before leaving with the unsigned form so we could look around ourselves. We found ripped and stained carpet in both bedrooms along with blinds that were chewed up by a previous owners pet. I did not appreciate the feeling of being hustled to pay money for things we did not do when we move out. This is the only experience I have had so far with the office.

Maintenance is awful. They don't repair or replace broken appliances, the gates at the entrance have been broken since the day I moved in and they've been poorly fixed only once or twice since then. The neighbors can be annoying through the walls, they just want your money and don't care about you or want to take care of anything except their pockets.

It's a good area and the apartments itself are really nice, I haven't had an issue until recently were a new neighbor is under me and blasts their sound system almost every night. Unfortunately they raised rent by a lot first renewal and I'm sure it will be same next year so I'll most likely leave.

These apartments are beautiful, especially because I am from the city and due to my job, had to move to the suburbs. I almost gave up because I just couldn't find what I liked - until I walked into Waterstone at Big Creek. The apartments were beautiful, Kandice was awesome, and I saw my old friend, Carrie. I'm so happy I came to this place to live.

Staff is helpful, pool needs attention, apartments need cosmetic fixes to upscale and look taken care of, paint is chipping & overall care is not excellent. The apartment company needs to do an overhaul on upgrading and improving these apartments.

I like the location of the property, as it is very close to my place of work. Living within Forsyth county limits was important to me yet i wanted to be away from the hustle and bustle of a lot of traffic. The property is nicely maintained and amenities are a lot better than other communities. Response time of the leasing team is expeditious at the same time, very friendly. They do all that they can to accommodate all requests.

I have a huge issue with valet trash and constant violation across the hall at 411. Carrie Jo refuses to address the issue. She has stated in emails to all NO EXCEPTIONS to violations but continues to ignore this violation even though she knows I will NOT renew my lease after several years. On this date (4/8) there is trash across the hall at 411. No one else violates the trash valet rules
