My experience was great when l first moved in. The community was kept very clean. fhe cleanliness has diminished some. Especially in the common areas. i.e. breese way. mail area. The overall up keep of the community can be improved.

I love that the property is kept very clean. The office staff is friendly and attentive. I don't like that I can hear every footstep the upstairs tenant makes. I would love to see esthetic improvements done to the buildings' breezeways.

It was pretty good. I found places close to work in my preferred price range. I required wood floor, within 10 minutes of work, and less than 1300 per month in rent. This was the only place that checked all the boxes and was the best price

Very poorly managed - amenities such as the pool are not properly maintained, Garbage been a huge problem, security (front gates) continually an issue, online bill pay resident system has issues which result in $200 late fees to renters, water pressure and water meters faulty. The Club house is similar to an after school daycare facility, no order or control of the youth in this area.

So far it has been pleasant. I have no real complaints honestly. I do not like the fee for the valet services or the schedule, but that's minor. Well like I said so far so good and no complaints. Yes I would renew here.

Over all a good experience with the exceptions of the recycling and trash containers not working for the majority of the time. The community workers have to work many extra hours to pick up trash on the weekends and constantly clean up overflow of trash at mailbox area and the common dumplings at our trash compactor.

We were so happy about the neighborhood, the people at the management were very cooperative and helpful, gym was always clean and ready to use. Pool has very good restrictions and we loved that. The trash collection which implemented recently was an awesome options.

This is one of the well maintained community in Alpharetta. The only think I feel that is missing is a Kids Pay Area. If that is added this becomes a complete. I will suerly recommend for everyone. This is great place and a great neighborhood.

I've been here for a two weeks now, and so far this place has my stamp of approval. Pros: Well kept grounds, new and attractive renovations, relatively new (2 years old), great 2 bedroom floorplan, nice and convenient amenities, awesome move-in specials (My fees were waived and I got $200 off my first month's rent), utilities are very affordable Cons: Thin walls (my neighbor has 3 kids and I can hear everything), distance from any grocery store is at least 5-6 miles (if not more) Will update review after 3 months...

We've been renting since Jan/18 and we felt welcome since day 1! The management team took care of all our questions. Even though it doesn't have a kid's play area, it is safe for them to ride bike, the pool area amenities are great and the club house too.

The apartments are nice but the noise from the apartment above me is horrible! I really enjoyed living here until the guy upstairs moved in December 2018 and have not enjoyed it since. I know that it's an apartment but his kid running back and forth every day is a little much. I have talked to him and haave gone to the office 2 times to ask for help.

I think the biggest opportunity this apartment complex is the trash service. I understand the issue starts with the tenants but it is frustrating to see the compactor broken and then seen a charge increase for trash.

We rented a 3 bedroom apartment at Waterstone. The leasing process was smooth but the real issues started after that. When we went to look at the apartment we are leasing, it smelled like a wet dog. We complained about it and were told it's just because of the carpet cleaning stuff which should go away in few days. Once we moved, the smell was unbearable even after we left our windows open the whole day and night. We moved on a Monday and we complained about the smell on both Monday and Tuesday. Nothing was done until Thursday evening where they tried to clean the carpet and fog the apartment without warning us as we had our food still in the apartment. This made it worse. And during all this ordeal we had to move out of the apartment on Tuesday night and rent a hotel due to the unbearable smell. We were paying rent while we were living out of a hotel and our cars and our kids couldn't start the school. Worst on top of all this is the leasing staff didn't show the urgency to resolve this issue. They would only respond and be nice when we go to the office and no one from the leasing staff showed up even once to check what's the issue (they sent a maintenance guy on Wednesday evening). Never took pro-active approach to resolve this issue quickly. We had to keep bugging them and keep asking about the status. Finally on Friday evening when we went to the office to enquire what's the status, they offered us to change the carpet on next Monday or Tuesday. By this time we were exhausted and said we would like to be out of the lease. We ended up losing our deposits and one week worth of rent for an apartment which we could never use. I would never recommend this ordeal to anyone. They tried to hook us up with an apartment which was not ready and I am surprised they passed this apartment as liveable. And they did not show the urgency to resolve this issue. Stay away from this apartment community as the maintenance is horrible.

I love Waterstone Apartments! The room layout is unlike any apartment I've ever seen. We did a lot of apartment shopping before we moved in, and Waterstone was by far my favorite. It was an easy choice! The inside of the apartment makes it feel very home-like! There is a lot of open space. I am very happy with my choice to live here at Waterstone.

From checking in the property to view the apartments available, to the process of completing application, filling out paperwork and getting approved - Excellent. Experience moving in day, OK. Minor issue with the apartment carpet was clean but was still wet during moving time. After moving in and living there for a year+, had experienced some maintenance issues at apt, but they had been resolved. only issue that took long time to fix, was the trash on the complex. There was a period where the container was always full and the pick up of trash at same was not schedule with enough time to get it off. So, when driving by you experience trash bad smelling. Second issue I see a lot, is that main gate to get in and out, the bar blocking entrance keeps getting broken and then it takes them a while to repair it. So there are times when you had the main gates fully open to anyone to drive by. This issue has been resolved, but it keeps happening. There has to be a better way to keep it entrance more secured.
