For most of my stay, this apartment has been great. It's quiet, and it's in a great location. However, my most recent neighbor that moved in has an Alaskan Malamute, and living next to them is the equivalent of living in an earthquake zone. They constantly (all day every day) SHAKE my apartment with how much they stomp and bang around. I've brought this up to the management TWICE, and absolutely nothing has been done about it (regardless of the fact that my neighbor is breaking the terms of the lease they signed). The second time I reported a noise complaint, I was literally just told "Lol call the police if it's after 10pm." This is absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable. I'm paying WELL over $1000 per month - I shouldn't have to deal with living in what constantly feels like an earthquake. This is hell on earth.

Apparently they are under new management and they need a lot help! Work tickets take forever to be closed. You have to nag to get anything done! They tell you what you want to hear and do nothing. You email corporate headquarters in Chicago and they don't respond.

Management and cleaning areas clean and up to date seem to miss the mark every year?it's sad when this used to be one of the places to rent in the area. Valet service for trash is inconsistent and we are charged. Gate arms are usually broken or lifted up, allowing anyone to enter the premises. The community areas could be cleaner. Inside staff (within main building) could be friendlier. Community standards seem to go down each year?

My apartment was filthy and not ready when I moved in even with two months notice. Still waiting on a rent credit from 4 months ago. Called home office to complain and no return call. Would not recommend this place. Disappointing!

Overall, the community is good, the management and staff competent, helpful, and friendly. Maintenance is fast and friendly. It's a place I would recommend to friends. Surrounding areas are a bit thin but that's to be expected in a developing area and does not reflect on the community as a whole. Shopping and restaurants within easy driving distance with some in walking distance. 141, 120, and Windward Parkway all close by.

Been good so far - first time in an apartment in over 30 years. Still can't get used to the dogs next door barking ALL THE TIME though. Wish the grounds were kept better with new mulch and tree trimming to the top. Overall great location and plenty of parking space.

We've enjoyed it so far. No real large complaints or stand outs. At times the maintenance seems to take a while but that seems to be staffing issues that everyone is having. We haven't had a lot of communication or connection with staff so hard to rate that.

Terrible the first 3 months as we had extremely loud neighbors above us that management could do little to nothing about. We were able to relocate to a different unit where it is quiet but I had to pay out of my own pocket for the move.. So far the new place has been nice and quiet.

I think overall I'd give the experience a 5 out of 10. Staircase needs to be cleaned, trash always piled up at the compactor, landscaping needs work, residents around us smoke pot daily, gates didn't work for at least a month of the 3 months we leased, and finally our HVAC unit smells terrible unless we keep the fan blowing 24/7.

The community is in a great location, and the staff was helpful when moving. However, the apartments are overpriced. My carpet has been patched, the dishwasher leaks. The dryer creates massive amounts of condensation. There was a rat in my shower, and the walls are paper thin. The internet is horrendous. I've lived in apartments for my entire adult life, and this is by far the least satisfactory living situation I've ever found myself in for the outrageous price of the apartment.

Great for the first few years, but not anymore. The only reason I'm here at the moment is rents have risen so high everywhere that it was best financially to stay here. I have had a maintenance problem that was not addressed adequately by neither the office nor corporate ( just got a canned e-mail from them). There is not enough room to state all the things wrong with this place.

Amenities are good. Security gates are always being broken by cars tailgating. Lots of dog waste stations around the neighborhood. Don't bother using the car wash, the pressure is way too low. Apartments with laminate flooring are much nicer than the carpet.

Maintenance is not so good. Apartments are decent but the walls are too thin that people can hear you talking through and even you can hear the shoutings and baby steps from your upstairs apartment. We hear sounds from the apartment above all the time

I'm grateful for this community . I've had a wonderful experience. The office team is helpful and nice. They're there when I need them. My requests have been met in a timely fashion. The maintenance team is always on top of orders. The only concern is the valet trash. I do not like the look of the trash receptacle is full and trash is overflowing it's just not a good look. We pay for valet trash and sometimes they come and sometimes they don't. I suggest who ever is the trash company we use to come Friday so that by Saturday's it's not overflowing before they come back on Monday. It's a weekly occurrence. Just imagine if you have someone coming on Saturday to do a tour of the apartment they are going to see the overflowing of the trash and personally if I saw that I wouldn't want to live here that would absolutely be a turn off for me so I think it needs to be addressed because it happens every week.

Customer service and maintenance service are very bad. My dryer was broken I filled it out online form many times call but nobody responded to me. The dryer still does not work. They are don't care. Every service like this.

As we have been in this community for five years and three in this apartment, we have been completely satisfied and at ease since it is safe, and its residents are highly selected that gives us a lot of reason to live here.

After staying here for about a year, I would say the community is great. The people I talk to seem friendly, maintenance is quick with any problems that need fixing, and it isn't too noisy at night. I am glad that I chose this community. I do wonder why the gate keeps breaking though... I hope it isn't being done by someone.

I enjoy living here. It is quiet, easy access to 400 and a short 5 minute walk to the Halcyon complex, for food, shopping, and entertainment. I also use the Big Creek Greenway almost daily for walking and/or biking.

Everything looked very clean at first. Over the years there are changes due to the dirt outside the apartments caused by the garbage collection, which does not make it look very comfortable. The change is becoming more and more noticeable.

I have had the opportunity to live at Waterstone for the last five years. The facilities are top notch along with being very accessible. The management team has been is always available to answer any questions and to make sure that all requests for maintenance assistance are addressed quickly with rapid follow up to fix any and all problems.
