Experience is good, its a nice peaceful space for residents. Little improvements with maintenance request and timely cleaning of passage outside apartment can make it more convenient. Apartments are specious with ample amount of storage.

Not that great. It has okay facilities and security but I am not sure as the main gates themselves will not work.. anyone can easily come inside the community. Trash collection is not that accurate. If you are living on any floor other than the ground, it is tough for any items with weight.

Great department design, Big bedrooms, nice view from the balcony, the maintenance people provide good service, parking spaces more than enough, the only disappointing thing is the cleaning, pool usually dirt, gym it's machines are dusty, dirt and with no maintenance, No cleaning, ever, the restrooms of the amenities without hand soap, no towels and always, always dirt and bad odors.

Negative stars you would be better off being homeless
The 1200 building is out of control from lack of respect of certain tenants. The children scream and run and slam doors from 5AM to 1030PM and the property does nothing. People let their pets crap and pee all over the patios and the smell is horrific. And the property does nothing. People turn their car stereos all the way up and tailgate in the parking lot every weekend and the property does nothing! This isn’t living. This is hands down the absolute WORST community I have ever experienced. People are better off homeless living in their car then wasting time and money considering this community.

Great experience so far. Grounds are well kept and community is clean. Maintenance staff responds quickly and resolves issues in a timely manner. Rent continues to increase for long term and on time paying customers.

Mixed bag. The place receives the lowest level of attention from mamagement. Loose garbage strewn about the grounds. Been there for weeks. No upgrades. Gym gross. We are an inconvenience to management

The community has declined heavily in the last 3 years, the original property manager left and since then the place has changed for the worse, all of the property managers recently have been rude and give no sense of community. The office staff is super hit or miss with their attitude, typically they seem to treat potential new move ins better that current residents. The maintenance staff is the most friendly of them all. The apartments show their age but are affordable and still fairly nice, the attached garages are a huge bonus. The property cleanliness is fair, landscaping is good, trash could be better, dog poop everywhere, pool and common areas are disgusting. The location is amazing. So for me it's worth it as I keep renewing, but I would like to see a better property manager then I think the right things could change.

Used to be a nice complex but is unkept, dirty and the management office is horrible and I have seen at least 3 turnovers of property managers and staff from when I moved in. The manager now is rude and unprofessional

This apartment "community" is the worst place I've ever paid to live in. There is no management, just an arrogant woman at a corner desk texting on her phone all day. She does not enforce IRT rules. The place is rife with garbage and dog poop. A total disaster. They charge $10/mo for trash service that comes with quality-of-life restrictions that are not enforced. Rents are way beyond the prevailing for the area. Thousand$ of mystery and junk fees and nothing to show for them. It's like living in a 3rd world country. Manager cannot even run her email interface properly. Hammers us with snarky emails intended for buildings we are not even living in. Entry gate has not functioned for months. Exit gate is always open and idiot tenants enter through it almost hitting others who are exiting head on. Totally nuts. Are we really to believe that any improvements will come from this survey?

Leasing office staff is unreachable. Customer service is beyond horrible. The maintenance staff overall are ok but the leasing staff act as a bridge and they are not at all reachable via phone and pretty much borderline rude when in person. V unwelcoming atmosphere.

have always liked living in this complex, the location is excellent, the apartments are spacious and modern and until a little over a year ago the administration was excellent, but I have noticed with concern that in the last year the maintenance has been greatly neglected, the Access gates are always damaged and allow any stranger to enter the facilities, the pool area does not have any of the barbecues and the Ping Ping table stopped working, as well as the car wash service area is not working for more than 6 months, and when I asked the maintenance employees about this service their response was: "I have no idea?For this reason, I continue to give the complex a good score as such, but it would be very important for the administration to put a heavy hand on maintenance to prevent the quality of life in this beautiful complex from deteriorating further

This complex is just okay. Not luxurious by any stretch but a relatively affordable place in a good location. Note that maintenance can be very slow. Entrance gates have been broken for over two months and communication from management is nonexistent.

Management does not care. Too unorganized. Appliances break and won't get replaced with new ones. No one cares yet rent goes up and up. IRT does not care about residents. I question about my loyalty all these years living here

We moved from out of state and didn't get the chance to physically visit the apartment we moved-in to. We were disappointed in the way we found the apartment. We had a lot of issues with the AC and it was hard for us because we had a 3 month old baby and the heat was causing her reactions on her skin that we had to take her to the hospital. In addition, some appliances like the fridge was dent and had scratches all over. We took pictures of everything for proof. Also, the trash situation needs to be taken care of.

The community is great and quiet, but the staff has attitudes when it comes to addressing situations. It appears to be personal. The maintenance staff needs something in place to let people know that they have been in the apartment. It is very uncomfortable to know when someone has been in your place and you do not know.

My experience has been okay. As long as you don't have anything go wrong, everything is great. If you haves issues, getting them resolved is basically nonexistant. I have overpaid $500 for utility due to a leaking toilet. This was in January of 2023. I have sent several emails for a follow up- with snapshots of each month's untility bill. I have not been contacted or has it been resolved. On the 4th of July, one of the grills tops blew off. It sounded like an explosion. No one came outside to check on us. Someone at the pool called the fire department. Then someone from the leasing office came outside to post a sign that said "Pool closed". Didn't ask any questions or provide any update. Anyone in customer service would know to ask what happened, are you okay, we are figuring out what happened and how to keep everyone safe. I will keep you updated. Instead, he acted like it was our fault we wanted to use the pool and was rude. Good customer service can go a long way. Also, there is barely any insulation from the people above. It sounds like a bowling ball is being dropped several times a day. The saving grace is the location of the complex.

We moved into WaterStone in May of 2023. Our move in experience was very quick and easy. The complex helped us stay within our budget and we toured multiple units. The apartment is very well maintained and we have not had any issues. Maintenance request are done in a timely manner and they are very thorough and thoughtful when working inside the unit. There has only been one time that a maintenance request took a while but the complex managers in the office handled it very well. It was right after the holidays and they were short a guy due to him being sick so it took a little longer for someone to come out. However they showed up and got the job done very quickly once they arrived after I called to check in. We live our apartment and the complex and would recommend it to anyone.

It took 10 months to fix the AC in our apartment. Currently we have a dishwasher we cannot use because it does not drain. We have a kitchen light fixture that burns out light bulbs daily, and when our smoke detector needed replaced Maintenance removed it two months ago and have not replaced it. All these items have been submitted as maintenance reqests and yet are not delt with in a timely or satisfactory manner. I appreciate that IRT says they care, but their actions speak louder than words.

Staff is not helpful, don't return calls, and maintenance orders take way too long. I've been without a smoke detector for 3 months now, my dryer doesn't work, and there has been a beeping sound right outside my bedroom for about 3 months as well. There is no communication from staff at all about when things should be fixed. The gates are never working either.

Moving in did not go smoothly at all and we did not get what was promised especially considering we were moving from out of state. We although currently love our apartment and the location. The gym and pool are dirty. For the most part maintenance is prompt with urgent requests.

It's a place to live. Maintenance is inconsistent. Things have been broken or non functional at the pool since before I moved in. It's not a bad complex and feels safe but it's not managed in any way like luxury location.

100% the worst experience in apartment living in my life. The office staff is horribly rude, the lease has been a disaster, I have been charged fees that I didn't owe, the people below me are loud and a dog barks all day every day. I cannot wait to leave this horrific place.
