Not clean. Maintenance staff is extremely rude, unprofessional, and always unhappy. Buildings are dirty and bugs, flyes, and roaches all over. Please fix your cleanliness and unprofessional maintenance staff

We got a great apartment AR space and love it!! The staff was very helpful. There were many small issues when moving in and the staff wrote them down then never followed up so I began repairing and fixing things myself. The location is great and very excited to be here though

I was happy with these apartments when I first moved in so i stayed for another year and that's when it got horrible. Me neighbors were incredibly rude and loud. I complained about people walking into my apartment, packages being stolen, and essentially being harassed and nothing was done. It got to the point where they were yelling at me as I walked in my apartment. This makes it incredibly hard to let my child play outside or even just go out to walk my dog. The front office was less than helpful and made me feel like it wasn't important.

I've only been here for about 2 weeks but it's been a awesome place to live. And we just recently moved to Georgia from Michigan. The community I.e the people are very nice. I had one issue with the upstairs neighbor the second night here. I got a little bit loud trying to move stuff. And she said she was go to call and complain. When I called the office the next morning they were very understanding and helpful.

I have lived in this community since March of 2018 and honestly miss my old apartment. I was mislead by both the staff and the online floor plans about the real size of the rooms (the dining area is about 4X5 ft, NOT 11x7 ft as listed), and I have had to submit every single work order AT LEAST twice before they actually fix problems. The apartment was tidy when I moved in, but not cleaned; the resident before me had a dog, and the entire place smelled like it; carpets were NOT cleaned. The appliances are cheap and don't work well, dishwasher doesn't even fit full size glasses on the top rack and the bottom rack keep falling out. Also got locked out of the community for two nights due to a "computer error" that deleted my (and other residents') gate fob and guest access code out of their system. The community is fairly clean, despite the garbage compactor regularly overflowing, and the pool is always clean, though the gas grills don't work. The 24 hour gym is great and the front office staff has been very friendly and helpful. Overall, I'd give it a 6 out of 10 and would recommend only after letting them know all the downfalls first. It's a good price for the area.

I very much enjoy living here. When I first moved into the apartment, we had a few issues that needed fixing and the maintenance was quick to respond and fixed the problems. The office staff is very friendly and are helpful. The apartments look very nice with granite countertops and wood floors. The only complaint I would have is that we pay for pest control each month, but I'm not sure what that goes towards. I never have really seen any sort of pest control being done and we've had a couple instances where we found bugs in the bedroom and kitchen. If we pay for it monthly I wish I knew what that was going towards. The pool is nice, but they close it quite a bit because of rowdy guests breaking things and bringing glass into the pool area. Not necessarily the complexes fault, but there should be some way to only punish the ones causing the problems. The grill is awesome, and usually clean. I run in the complex quite frequently at night, and I always feel safe. The fitness room is nice, although it could be larger.

The apartment looks and feels new. The kitchen/bathroom/washer/dryer are all very new feeling, which is a huge plus. Overall it is very spacious - feels almost too big for just one person. It is a bit far from things, and will be much better once the shopping center next door is built. It is very quiet, and I have had no issues with anything.

I highly recommend Waterstone at Big Creek Apartments. I have lived here for 10 months and I recently signed a new lease for a year. Ms Carrie the property manager and all of the staff is really helpful and take care of my issues with quick responses. The maintenance staff is always taking care of any needs that have come up. I have only needed maintenance 4 times for minor things sense I have lived here. They keep the grounds up well and neighbors are nice. I feel at home and safe here.

I love this community and all the amenities they offer here, so glad to be living at friendly place like Waterstone love it, love the easy access to alpharetta and Roswell too . Apartment is very spacious and looks elegant. Appliances are really good, like the cabinets and granite countertops. Like all the bedroom sizes. But the washer and dryer are not really good, it is manageable though.

1.The garbage collection situation is awful. The trash and recycling dumpsters are constantly overflowing. Mountains of trash are left outside of the dumpster on a regular basis, for days at a time. It smells bad, it looks terrible, and it blocks the access to the dog park. 2. The landscaping is poorly maintained. Grassy areas are scrubby and patchy. The pine straw areas are always messy and bare. Also, there is ALWAYS dog poop everywhere, including on the sidewalks. 3. The stairwells are dirty and often dark. There are cobwebs and dirt throughout the stairwells, even after they were "pressure washed." The lights in the stairwells do not come on in time when it gets dark outside. 4. Maintenance repairs have been sub par. Our dryer was "fixed" by swapping knobs, which made the settings not read correctly. I placed a request to have the garbage disposal looked at and it took 6 days for someone to come out. I had to request that the sink be properly sealed to the countertop and they left dried sealant in the sink. 5. The kitchen in my apartment was filthy when we moved in. There was a sticky black film on all the surfaces and the floor. I had to clean it immediately as we were moving in that day. When I spoke to the office about this they only offered to come out and clean it again. The carpet was in moderately bad shape when we moved in. Obviously worn and discolored in places where furniture and rugs had been. My inquires about this were brushed aside.

The property, by far, is the most BEAUTIFUL apartment complex that I have ever lived in! The floorplans of the units are charming. Definitely not Plain Jane apartments with four walls. From the crown molding, appealing color scheme, upscale appliances, Waterstone is absolutely gorgeous. The landscaping at the property, the pool, fitness center, business center are so comfortable and welcoming, I feel like I'm on vacation at a resort that I call home. I've lived here for less than two years and can't imagine where I would want to move to next. The convenience to 400 couldn't be better for me to get to work and around town. And with the new Halcyon in walking distance and opening next year, I can't see leaving! Ninety nine percent of the staff are a joy to be around with their pleasant, approachable demeanors, and smiling faces. They are very attentive and do their best to take care of us residents; kudos to the Assistant Manager that moved me in, LaTavia as well as the two other professionals in the office, Ashley and Nikaya. Unfortunately, that leaves the remaining 1% of the staff who is absolutely awful! And regrettably, this would be the staff member that matters the most - the property manager. I have never met a person in a high position such as hers that is so unprofessional, rude and disrespectful. In my opinion, she is a liability to the company. She doesn't follow through on anything that she promises. She lies about details in her conversations with you. She has no compassion for human feelings, although if you happen to be around her when a potential resident comes in, she'll turn on the fake charm. I won't spend time expressing all the horrific things I could say about her. Instead, I just stay away from her, pay my rent on time, and enjoy the beautiful property.
